The author box will always show the same ID, it will not adapt to the actual author of the post when placed in a post template. It isn’t an element created specially for posts.

Only the single post author box will do that – http://prntscr.com/n6e1h5

Maybe duplicate the cloud post template and create one for each author if possible, with the author box configured for each author – http://prntscr.com/n6e3v1
Then each of the author can select their template for their posts, you could rename the templates to be easier to use them – http://prntscr.com/n6e47z – http://prntscr.com/n6e4f0

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also this can be cause from lazy-load, please check our documentation for Cloudflare (CDN) -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

Please not that our demos are build with tagDiv Composer, also some of them like Fast news, iGossip, Gaming need tagDiv Cloud Library , in order to make them to work ( to import them ) you’ll need to have tagDiv Composer activate, also if the demo use cloud templates you need to have tagDiv Cloud library activate too;

Hi,

They are still there from what I can see, deactivating the plugin should remove rating. I can’t say why they are appear so many times and also the rich snippets, quite unusual.

What if you leave the option enabled only for posts? Do they appear once then?

Also maybe try (if the plugin ratings can be displayed by shortcode) to enter the shortcode of the ratings in the cloud template itself, in a column text element.

Or maybe try using a different ratings plugin, maybe you can find one that works properly.

First please make sure that this is not a plugin conflict, deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and check to see if this is still happen.

Also please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again, is possible to have some plugins that use lazyload or may it is a plugin conflict.

Hi,

The buttons will not appear on mobile, they are not supposed to. The mobile header and menu are different from the desktop version.

You could design the header with the header builder, then you will be able to add the elements you want in the desktop and mobile header

Unfortunately, the CPT can’t be edited with TD Composer, sorry! By the way, using the TD Composer, please notice that you can create your own wanted post type using the Cloud Library template.
