We are using some custom Cloud Library templates and for our posts and coming modifications cause me a headache at the moment, because I simply get lost by all possibilities and how you can change things in the Newspaper theme. 🙂
So, let’s assume we starting with a fresh child-theme and I want to add some custom PHP Code to show up an Amazon buying box on a specific position in all posts, which is the best place to start? As we are using Cloud Library templates there are no “physical” files which I can modify and hooking up by functions.php maybe even not work as desired, that options do we have? Maybe I missed something. Could we do something with the Blocks?
I need a big nudge into the right direction. 🙂

I turned off every plugin but Cloud Library, and voila!, the ADD NEW button is there
Unfortunately this button is useless without Tag Composer, but as soon ass Tag Composer is turned on, the ADD NEW button is gone again

I watched the video and was a little surprised. I thought the indents were written directly to the template from the cloud library.
Because it’s easier to prescribe these parameters once, and so that they work in the future, rather than indenting each time manually when adding a new post.

So you write the posts in different languages. You can create for example cloud templates and apply them to the posts as needed. So for example the post content in a language can use one font set in the cloud template itself – http://prntscr.com/mtkmkk while another cloud post template can use a different font.

Unfortunately our the tagDiv Composer is a builder made for create/edit pages and templates from tagDiv Cloud Library not for creating posts, indeed you can create/edit single post templates from cloud library for post, but not to build post contents, sorry!

That notice isn’t be the result of actual issues in most cases. If you can successfully edit the page or could template then there is no problem, despite the message.
It could also mean that the page contains elements that are not part of the tagDiv composer, or the page has been built with with a different method, this can create problems.
The latest theme version and cloud library plugin contains the header builder and manager. The cloud library plugin has to be active – http://prntscr.com/mtii7p
Please check if that is the case.

Hello,
You can do this using the cloud library plugin creating a custom header and a custom footer page.
In the latest version, there is a header builder letting you create custom headers and add any element you want to it. including a bottom ruler like border.
As for the footer, you can create the footer on a page using the tagdiv composer adding your ruler at the top of the footer. Then you can set the footer as a footer page using this option:

I found that for some reasons in CSS there was this rule:
body.post-type-tdb_templates .page-title-action {
display: none;
}
In tdb_wp_admin.css I forced to “display:inline” on row 6 and 10.
This CSS can be found in wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/assets/css
Bu t now I have another problem, when I click on “Add New”, I don’t have anymore in the popup window of Cloud Library, the Singles Post layouts….
I can see just:

It is not possible, only default posts can use a cloud post template. You can display a product or woocommerce elements in a cloud template, with shortcodes

the cloud library template used on the fast news posts was set to hide this information for mobile devices. You can edit the post template using tagdiv composer and make these icons be visible on mobiles as well:

Unfortunately this option will not longer work if you chose to use templates from tagDiv cloud library, because those single post templates have set a customs sidebar that was built with tagDiv Composer and can not be inheritance.
Maybe this option will be available of cloud temples in coming updates.

Moving the search icon to the left could be done with some CSS, if possible post a link to the website where you want to do this so I can create a code for it. Let me know.

Unfortunately Elementor plugins is not tested with our theme, we have a spacial builder made for Newspaper theme ( tagDiv Composer ) and now you can do a lot more using tagDiv Cloud Library

Sorry but the fonts are not applied in the editor and are not applied for each particular post using the default settings. What you can do however is use the cloud library plugin to create custom post styles for the mentioned languages. You would set the font directly on the template and then if your content writers need to write in a specific language, they would use the template for that language selected from the post styles for each post. Sure. The width for the site you mention is 1400 px. This can be achieved by using a cloud library template for your post and changing the width of the post content to 1400 px.

Unfortunately yes, if you want to use a block that is not available among the widgets. As an alternative, you can simply use templates in the cloud library that do not need the widgets area s you can create the sidebar directly on the template using the tagdiv composer. Now I am using a cloud template, I see a new sitemap generated called tdb_templates-sitemap.xml. in my sitemap.xml.
Is it necessary to include the cloud template sitemap for indexing in google? can I exclude it? will it cause any problem?

So I decided to try the Header Manager. I didn’t like it so I exited out without saving. To my shock, I now have a completely random logo/header/menu. It has stayed even though I didn’t save it and even though I deleted the cloud template it was based on. When I tried to revert my hompepage to an earlier revision, it has made no difference. My settings are the same so I don’t understand.

The ADD NEW button is not working anymore
I got a new template yesterday, but today, the option is not available anymore. I have the latest theme and plugin versions (9.5), and I didn’t made any system changes since.
