Hello @spookyisles,
Please check our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ and check the settings.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please deactivate the tagdiv Standard pack plugin because this plugin is deprecated -> https://tagdiv.com/why-tagdiv-cloud-library-is-a-better-alternative-to-the-standard-pack/
Also, you need to do most of the changes with tagdiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xDy7Vvb.png
Thank you!
As title, the PHP error log shows:

It only showed when I tried to delete a cloud template.
I tried to set WP_MEMORY_LIMIT to 1024M, but nothing help.
Dear tagDiv Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with the tagDiv’s Cloud Library plugin on my website, resulting in the error message “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.” I have conducted some initial troubleshooting, but the problem persists.
Here is what I have done so far:
I made a test by deactivating all plugins except for the tagDiv cloud library plugin.
I also deactivated any cache plugins, cleared all caches, and tried again.
Unfortunately, the issue still exists after performing these steps.
The System status is ok.
I have also sent an email to contact@tagdiv.com explaining the issue and provided credentials to help me debug this issue.
As in the example you see below, I want to place a “custom” ad at the top, just above the text, in a length that will completely cover the top of the text. This will be a banner design and should be compatible with all screen sizes.
Which element would you recommend me to use for this? Do you have a good solution in your cloud template archive etc. I am open to your suggestions.
Hi,
I’ve an issue with updating few plugins : tagDiv Cloud Library is always inactive or failed, same with tagdiv Composer.
I tried to delete and install it again but it’s not working. So now, my website is a bit broken (header).
I’ve this problem since my website in on PHP 8.1. I can’t go back to previous versions due to my web hosting service.
Any solutions ?
Thanks a lot
Hey,
This started today, but the tagDiv Cloud Library themes are causes slow load times. When I disable the plugin everything is fast again. I made no changes to me site, just started happening today.
Thanks, jop
Hi, I have been having problems with Cloudflare recently – it seems to break the theme and it comes out strange. When I turn off Cloudflare, it goes back to normal. Has anyone else had a problem like this?
Hello!
These post templates have default styles, so there are no more settings. We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

Hello,
This usually happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support, the mobile theme version can be delivered instead. Please check the setting to enable mobile cache https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cache/
Also, you need to edit with tagdiv Composer the cloud template to change color, fonts, and so on-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please don’t use blocks 1 to 25, big grid,or standard templates for header, footer, etc. Use cloud templates and flex blocks and big grids flex, as the demo was made.
The issue with the homepage was resolved after I disable the mobile theme plugin as I said to you to do.
Thank you!
Looking for further guidance on the Newspaper theme font configuration, as the provided guides aren’t comprehensive. There seem to be settings everywhere, fighting for priority.
I want to set 2-3 default fonts of my choice for the entire site, but it isn’t straightforward.
Setting ‘page title’ font under theme panel -> theme fonts -> pages doesn’t actually change anything. Am I right in thinking these settings are only for the standard pack and not applicable to custom cloud templates?
If the above is true, I think I need to use Website Manager to create global fonts. I see the option to add fonts, but how can I assign them globally? i.e. how can I define a font for page titles across the site?
There’s also no option to choose font size or weights under Website Manager. Therefore, if I have multiple templates and blocks and want, for example, body text to be the same size, do I need to go and edit them all individually?
Lastly, are they any recommendations for optimisation? What implications does enabling/disabling Google Fonts have? Same for disabling the theme’s default fonts. Website Manager also has an option for iOS and Android when specifying global fonts, is this an override for mobile devices?
Thanks for the help, I’m sure some answers to the above will be helpful to both myself and the wider Newspaper user base.
Hello!
Please go to the Newspaper -> Theme Panel -> Categories -> https://app.screencast.com/6dtdqT2DtRRYF Choose a pro/cloud templates for your categories and their posts. You need to install a pro/cloud template from the Cloud Templates.
Thank you!
Hi,
Where can I modify the copyright content in the bottom left corner of the website? I did not add the Footer CLOUD LIBRARY Template.
Please check: https://prnt.sc/Rum83pInI7fM

Thanks.
Hello @amnaymag!
Hover over the Mobile Template, select Yes, and choose No Mobile Template. Alternatively, utilize the tagdiv composer to alter and personalize the mobile template.
The global tag means that a single template will be assigned to all your articles. But, also, you can go to each article and choose another template as well.
https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you!
Hello @amnaymag !
In the single cloud template, please use the element called ” Single Post Modified Date “.
In the homepage for example, you can use the flex block builder element using a custom module that have the element called “Module Date” -> https://app.screencast.com/zVWMZcnLiaaZW
Documentation here:

Hi,
You can activate the license on the two websites, one for testing/staging and one done live.
Using the import/export option from the theme will allow you to import only the theme panel settings, the cloud templates go in tool > export – https://i.imgur.com/3Wxk885.png then to import you need to go in tool > import, then install the wordpress importer and click on run import – https://i.imgur.com/tyxoVvg.png

Hi maryano, “the page created to contain the articles is customizable via TagDiv Composer, whereas the categories are not. It might seem like the same thing, but there’s a significant difference. When I need to make important changes, I won’t be able to do so in the categories, only in the page. My intention is to transform those customizable pages into categories.” – but if yo are using the Newspaper theme and cloud templates, you can customize all templates from the website, author, category, tags, CPT templates etc. using the tagDiv Composer, also you can use as many templates you want, for example you can use for each category a different template – https://i.imgur.com/q65q9GA.png – https://i.imgur.com/1sbm4ur.jpeg – https://i.imgur.com/1sbm4ur.jpeg
The articles/posts have categories assigned, so in database each article has a field with the categories ids and base on those are created the breadcrumbs.
If you need to continue with the code:
Here’s an example of how you can achieve this by customizing the breadcrumb output using the bcn_display function from the Breadcrumb NavXT plugin. If your theme uses a different breadcrumb plugin or custom code, you can adapt this approach accordingly.
Step 1: Install Breadcrumb NavXT Plugi
Step 2: Create a Custom Breadcrumb Filter
Add the following code to your theme’s functions.php file. This code checks the category ID in the breadcrumbs and replaces it with a custom page link. (example code)- https://pastebin.com/LBS8wixq
Now this is only an example and it is possible to be need to do many changes to the code.
Thank you!
Hello,
I recommend creating the custom post type and taxonomies. Then, you can import them from the cloud section of the design. You can install a plugin for CPT, but it depends on whether it will suit your needs https://forum.tagdiv.com/introduction-cpt-acf-newspaper-theme/
Also, you can check our guide about reviews https://forum.tagdiv.com/user-reviews/
Thank you!

Hello!
From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Unfortunately, AMP is not working with the cloud templates because the AMP’s layout is not fully customized.
The AMP version works best with default templates and not cloud templates. That’s why we integrated it with the Mobile theme plugin.
The feedback from our clients about AMP was negative and it is not used anymore, that’s why we didn’t add more customization options. We no longer recommend using AMP because it is deprecated https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp
Thank you!
Hi @Bettina,
I was hoping for a bit more of your help on the rest of the questions as well. I’ve seen the explanation in the screenshot and I use a Cloud Library Template — the same as I was using before when it was working, which is the case on the Staging Site too (where it works!)
Please can you also at least look at my question regarding publishing rights, etc?
Thanks and I would appreciate your help.

Hello,
I am unable to precisely set the width of my site (> 1150 px) and the width of the sidebar (> 300 px). Is it at the Cloud Templates level? THANKS.
