In order to hide dates or other information about your posts on a specific block you have to use flex blocks. These blocks are the only one who have multiple filters as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/sSorRAjyBV

You can delete the row pressing the delete button, click and hold and drag the row in delete section or using the right click on the row.

Those look alright. Usually that is caused when using older PHP versions, thius has been the case for some users, like here for example – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-plugin-conflict-with-image-upload-in-wordpress/

But with PHP 7.1 it should work properly. You could try the other two methods mentioned in the topic, more suggestions here – https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/http-error-when-uploading-images-to-wordpress

Most of the theme files were moved into the tagdiv composer plugin as per the requirements of envato: https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000472383-WordPress-Theme-Requirements.

You are trying to edit a non cloud post template, that will not work. First you must import or create a cloud post template, the guide from above explains how this is possible.

Then you can apply it to posts, it will appear in the post template selection options

So all you have to do is to import a cloud post template – http://prntscr.com/nkwu2f

It will open in the composer, you can make modifications to it if needed.
Or you can design your own post template from scratch, if you want to do this please select the blank post template – http://prntscr.com/nkwuj9 and use the single elements from the composer in it – http://prntscr.com/nkwv95

The cloud post templates can be edited with the composer, the default post templates can’t be.

1. The breadcrumbs are clickable only if they are a path. It seems that on your posts the breadcrums are only 1 item in the path: https://www.screencast.com/t/uBMSOAxkBjE I can’t click on the text with red arrow but I can click on the text with yellow arrow.

Unfortunately you cannot disable breadcrumbs on certain pages. It’s all or nothing.
