Hi,
Is the respective page built with the tagDiv composer entirely? Usually this error appears when the page is not built with the composer, or contains elements that have not been added with it. Try to edit a new page and check if the same happens. Let me know the results.
Thanks
Hi,
Did you set the code in .htaccess ? if not please set it
Also please check the language url format if is set on a different domain per language, the composer will not work properly.
Our developers team have this requirement note on the fix list.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,
I do not quite understand, you tray to use TagDiv Composer to make mobile pages, or when you want to edit/create a page for desktop is this happen, please provide some more details.
In mobile theme you cannot use the page builder elements
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Also pleas make sure that you have the last theme version and all theme plugins are updated.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hi Calin,
Thanks for your reply.
System status for the original language: everything is green. But: I have WPML setup to have a different domain per language.
So, original language is Dutch which is on a .nl domain.
The secondary language is English, which can be reached on the .com domain (a domain pointer has been set in the server)
When I go to the .com domain, everything is fine. It reaches the English page.
The issue is with the loading of the TD Composer for the secondary language. Could this be the problem: https://prnt.sc/mak1rx ?
Thank you in advance.
Hello!
I’ve just installed the mobile theme, and I realised that when I’m using Tag Div Composer at the page, the mobile theme doesn’t shows paragraphs.
I tested here: when I use normal editor at the page, the mobile editor paragraphs work properly, but the moment I start to use Tag Div Composer, the paragraphs disappear.

Is there something I can do to fix this?
Thanks!
Hi,
There is an option in the theme panel, block settings – http://prntscr.com/maii9o
Note that if a block header template is set per block in the tagDiv composer
– http://prntscr.com/maij0j
This will have priority over the general theme panel setting.
Thanks
Hi,
In order to change that background color you need to edit the page/template with tagDiv Composer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/QqdCn9Wj
You need to set the background color to the row ( for each row ).
Hope this will help you.
Thanks.
Hi there,
I have an existing website using the great Newspaper theme. Now we want to add an additional language (English) so I installed WPML.
I copied the homepage including the content to English version. When I go into the new English homepage and switch to the TD Composer, it keeps loading and loading: https://prnt.sc/mahduy
Then I get this message: https://prnt.sc/mahdhk
Why is the TD Composer not working on the translated page?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Nick
Hi,
Do you use a cloud post template? if that is the case you can simply edit the template with the tagDiv composer and set the name you want
– http://prntscr.com/mahc2l
If you use a predefined post template you can translate the related articles title, in the theme translation settings in the theme panel
– http://prntscr.com/mahcnh
Thanks

Thank you Simion,
I checked the PHP version and it was 5.6.3. I have updated the host to PHP version 7.0 and I can now edit pages in Composer while the Memberpress plugin is activated.

Also good idea to review the changelog for each new version of WordPress before updating; as the ‘classic editor’ was noted as recommended with WP 4.9 for those who needed to maintain compatibility while testing to see if theme would work with 5.0 where Gutenberg was enabled as default.
Some folks are using TD Composer with Gutenberg, since Gutenberg is primarily for ‘posts’ while TD Composer is primarily for ‘pages’ …… just so you know; they can work together.
Hi, I believe there is a bug in the button code when we set to open links in a new window.
When I add a button using TagDiv Composer and select it to open in a new window it behaves in the following fashion:
– if I click on the text of the button, it does not open in a new window;
– if I click on the button but outside the text, it opens in a new window
– if I add an icon and click on the icon it goes to a /null page (404 obviously)
Buttons from price tables do not suffer from this bug.
Kind Regards,
Hello,
I am creating my pages with the Tag composer and need to know how to add a link to my images. All I want is the image to be able to be clicked and enlarged in a lightbox. Is this possible?
Hi,
In order to make the tagDic Composer to work please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please add this code in the .htaccess , file at the end of the file:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
If there is still a problem after you set the requirements please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.
Also if you want to make an update to theme you can make a full backup to your website.
Hope this will help you!
Thanks.
this is True
Since WP 5.0.3 —
You need to use the Classic Editor plugin to hide the Gutenberg layout/style.
This is what I reported.
Without that Classic Editor plugin installed and activated on a WP 5.0.3 + installation TD Composer can NOT be used because the Blue TD Composer button will not be displayed in the Add New or Edit Page view.
My situation was not a bug — it was, as they say, a FEATURE, so to speak, of WordPress’s CHANGE with version 5.0.3 to simply install Gutenberg as the Default Page & Post editor with no Option link to switch to Classic Editor anymore.
To use the TD Composer plugin WITH 5.0.3 Gutenberg block editing CORE is not possible.
Perhaps you can make changes in the TD Composer plugin in the future to temporarily override Gutenberg so that TD Composer plays nicely with Gutenberg?
At any rate, thankfully, I discovered the stand-alone Classic Editor plugin last week and NOW TD Composer works fine.
Thank you, Catalin

Hi,
Please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-disabled-automatically/
Also please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Thank you.
Extra, my sidebar does not work with td composer?
Hi,
1. That information can be modified or removed in the Theme panel->Multi-purpose section
– http://prntscr.com/ma1gjl
2. Please check in the CSS tab containing the top header elements, there will be a couple of overlay colors set there
– http://prntscr.com/ma1iyp
3. Maybe with a plugin that you can implement something like that in pages, by shortcode. A plugin in which you can create collapsible text sections as you want, maybe there are such plugins. The tagDiv composer doesn’t have such an element or feature at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
Make sure that you have respected all of the steps from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ALso, check the plugin’s documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Maybe you have activated the optional mobile theme plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
In this case the content on mobile will be simplified, it will not be the same content as on desktop.
Note that if you use the mobile theme plugin you will have to create two versions for each page. One with the composer, and one with the mobile editor, as mentioned in the guide.
If you do not enter content in the mobile editor for each page, they will be empty on mobile when the mobile theme plugin is active. The plugin is optional, you can deactivate it and then the same content from desktop will appear on mobile.
If I misunderstand the question please correct me.
Thanks
Hi
I am getting the PHP memory issue
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3888882 bytes) in /home1/fastingw/public_html/womensgolf/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_main.php on line 609
This happens when I try to use TAGDIV Composer to edit a page and have the Memberpress plugin activated. As soon as I deactivate the Memberpress plugin, I am able to edit pages normally in Composer.
My host increased the memory limit: “I have set it to It was 256MB and 512MB now. And the input time limit changed to 30-60”.
but I am still getting the same error message.
Memberpress is a very popular membership site plugin. Can you suggest any fixes please?
The site is WomensGolf.com
Thank you
Richard
Hi,
First please make sure that the theme requirement are well set – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it to a value of double you already have if possible.
-> https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/requirements-and-recommendations/
If there is still some problems, make sure that you have the last version of theme, and all theme plugins are updated; deactivate tagDiv Composer until you make/edit the revolution slider, after you make the changes that you need, and you save the slider, activate the tagDiv Composer ( or you can make this revolution slider on localhost and import it to live website ).
Thank you.
That’s a new issue – had never problem with this one
When I try to go to the TD Composer I have a page (blanc) with the circle turning in the middle …
https://www.eucmh.be/wp-admin/post.php?post_id=132386&td_action=tdc
Being almost done with the TERRIBLE idea to upgrade the newspaper theme (still not ready yet) because I constructed my site while modifying the demo theme … I am really scared to make this step forward …. Especially when I saw that I have to delete all the early version of Newspaper with the modification done in it … I really don’t know if I will ever get this done …
