Hi,
The new look is caused by the Gutenberg
https://www.screencast.com/t/XfdE5TZVOmq
and that html ( shortcodes ) is becouse the page is made with TagDiv Composer, those are shortcodes for blocks and modules.
You can use Gutenberg or use the classic editor plugin which will deactivate the Gutenberg editor
– https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/
There should be no problem with each, let us know if you have more questions.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hi,
Here is how it need to be set the Instagram in tagDiv Composer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ZdvVjRtFFOS
Here is the Instagram in social counter -> https://www.screencast.com/t/oVC78gokB
If there is still a problem please deactivate all plugins, clear all cache and try again, it can be a plugin conflict.
Thank you.
If I deactivate TD Composer, my site’s design looks a bit different. Once it’s enabled, it looks good. From what I understand, you guys encourage TD composer but it isn’t mandatory.
Website (in development): http://seo.wrestleview.com
TD Composer Activated

TD Composer Deactivated (I circled the difference)

I am having an issue with Tag div composer! some options are not displaying fully on the Tag div composer, everything else works fine. I checked the requirements for tag div composer and it does meet all the requirements.
Have a look at these https://www.screencast.com/t/BkPIvLmw1MT7 , https://www.screencast.com/t/s5522GxBUt
You are talking about the page, my problem is on the post with Style 7 only. Post doesn’t have tagdiv composer.
Hello! I’ve been editing my main page with tagdiv composer, but there are some sections where I do not allow it.
The site is https://chiptecno.com/
and the sections are “latest posts” “most popular” and “recent posts”
Where can i change or eliminate those?
When I try to use Tag Div Composer I get this error:
Errors at columns elements: 1(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content
Any Ideas what to do?

help me please is urgent!!!
PD: Sorry for my bad English, I do not speak English and I’m using the Google translator. (I do not know if they have support in Spanish)
Hi,
You can use tagdiv Cloud Library and import a single post template and then customize it like you wish using tagdiv composer. You can also choose the limit for related articles – https://www.screencast.com/t/9eC5BQJKwaqk – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/ So you don’t need to alter the code.
If you don’t want to use a custom template, here you can modify the code – https://www.screencast.com/t/l7cIjd6xfsz
Thanks!
Hi,
the composer saves, it simply does not show the success message. Indeed it is a known issue and it will be fixed as soon as possible.
Thank you for understanding.
Hi,
Indeed, it is a current issue with the mobile plugin. The page should still save despite the composer hanging and no success message. We will fix it as quickly as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
Every page in our theme has a top padding of 28 px. If you want to remove this, please edit the page in the tagdiv composer and ad a -48px top margin on the top row of the page (access the row settings and add it in the css box model under the css tab)
Thank you!
Hello,
Well, you can. Please do not edit the code by hand. It is so to discourage hand editing. Any modification must be done from the tagdiv composer only. In order to remove a column altogether, you have to change the column layout from the row settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/NAcMOqH122SO
Thank you!
Hi,
Most issues with the composer are caused by limited resources allocated by the server. Hosting providers set limits or lower values by default, this may cause problems with the theme and theme plugins.
We created this requirements guide for a proper functionality, it is enough for most websites
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
It is important to read it top to bottom and if needed ask the hosting provider to make he necessary changes. Be sure to add the last code from the guide in the htaccess file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ljKH9l76P
Chances are that after fulfilling the requirements will solve this issue. If it does not please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel if possible. We will take a look. Also include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
I thick you can use some flex blocks and set the image radius -> https://www.screencast.com/t/3MQfvfvs this is the easiest way ( using tagDiv Composer ), or you can make some custom css for the image you want to make round.
Create custom code with the browser’s Inspector or the Live CSS Box -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Thank you.

Hi,
Once installed the tagDiv composer can be used to build pages and templates (templates will require the cloud library plugin as well). All that is needed to use in on a page is to edit the page with it, the composer sidebar will appear
– https://www.screencast.com/t/PGyQNvZmP
What exactly is happening in your case when you try to edit a page with the composer? Is the Add element sidebar missing? Please let us know.
Thanks
Hi All,
Just wondering on the homepage if there is any way to integrate Woocommerce products slider neatly? I use WooCommerce Product Slider and insert the shortcut code into text on the edit page but was wondering if there was any integration in the TagDiv Composer
Hi,
In order to have only the last post on homepage please create a new page set the page template on default template, open with td composer , drag a block ( for example block 23 ) and set the limit post number -> https://www.screencast.com/t/aQaik7an
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/8OTihSLv2roO
Set the page as homepage -> https://www.screencast.com/t/xM4EOMLBKy1
Also please deactivate all non theme plugins and clear all cache and see if there is still a problem on mobile.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hi,
From what I can see in their instructions they say that the images should be wrapped in a specific div with a class
– https://www.screencast.com/t/KZ7jiLuwzJyt
That can be done in a simple page that is not built with the composer, in the text tab. Or in a page built with the composer within a text element (this could work). Each image has to be wrapped in the div with class. Maybe try it like that and check the results.
Thanks
Hi,
There are filters available in blocks for users to sort the content (like the ajax filter), but these filters don’t take into account or track which user does it and display personalized content based on the user actions.
The theme or the composer elements don’t have such a capability unfortunately. Plugins that may be able to do this may not work with the composer blocks, if there are such plugins.
Thanks
Hi,
Yes you need to have the last version of theme if you want to have all the demo, also some demo need the tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Composer to be activated.
Thank you.
Hi,
Does that happen even for newly created pages? It might appear when the page contains code or elements that do not belong to the tagDiv composer. Or in some cases it may appear due to plugin conflicts.
We could take a look if you could send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Mention how we can recreate the issue on your website. Please include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
The theme container width is 1068px by default, the rows used in the tagDiv composer can be stretched as shown above. Within these stretched rows it would be best to use flex blocks instead of the predefined blocks (1 to 25).
If you force the theme container to a different width with CSS, there will be problems overall. It is not recommended to do so as it may break the theme design. Please try and use the available composer settings to build the pages/cloud templates instead of using CSS.
