Hi,
Im trying to make a new page with tagDIV composer. But 5 secs after the edior and workspace is opened, the right side of the page turns grey. I can not do anything, like adding elements or blocks.
Do you have any idea whats causing this?
See SS: https://imgur.com/yxXXV9y
Thanks!
Hello,
Everytime I use the footer page the site crashes. I then have to get into ftp disable the theme, and td visual composer.
I then re enable the theme, remove the footer page and then re enable td visual composer. My site went down four times today trying to do this. THere seems to be a bug somewhere.
Also with the footer page everything gets disabled such as the footer menu etc. Not sure if its suppose to be like that but please take a look at this.
@v3king It can only be used through the tagDiv composer. It’s not available as a widget. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Hello mapruter,
Try the solution from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/td-composer-not-working-9/
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
Is it possible to choose a Header Style for a single Page so that it’s different from the rest of the website?
Currently, when editing a Page with TD Composer, the Header Style chosen here takes effect site-wide on all Pages.
If not, I’d love to contribute a suggestion for a future release: Page-specific Header Style options which would greatly help with building custom Landing Page designs.
Thanks for your great support, as always!
Hi,
Currently tab elements or similar are not available in the tagDiv composer, they may be added in a future update. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
We try to only implement useful settings in each theme update, all user requests and suggestions are noted and will be considered. Takes a little to get used to the theme, tagDiv composer and cloud library, but with some practice after a while you will get used to it.
If you have questions you can always create new topics here in the forum, or use the forum search function. Chances are most usual questions are already answered.
Regarding the issue with the demo install, if that message is displayed it could mean that not all the demo files were imported properly.
First thing to check is the theme requirements guide, carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Contact the hosting provider if needed so they can make the required modifications if needed.
Also it could be a matter of permissions for the uploads folder. That is preventing the demo from installing successfully. Try to set the permissions like mentioned here
– https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/
Please let us know what you find.
Thanks
You could do that in the page itself. The tagDiv composer or Visual composer (depending on which one you use) have options to set a border around elements
– https://www.screencast.com/t/g0sXtYQJ8D
Also there are options to stretch the row to full width if needed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/sww5whA7Y
So there would be no need to use CSS code to do something like that.
Hello,
On pages, the sidebar is usually created in the tagdiv composer on the page itself Please edit your page using the tagdiv composer and remove the elements from the page itself.
Thank you!
Hello k49ivanov,
If the problem is still there regarding on TD Composer, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Also, provide the CPanel access for more further investigations.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Please provide a link to the website so we can take a look at the homepage you use. There are 2 choices, as mentioned below
Either use the Blog page – https://www.screencast.com/t/Reqe4jeSq5Ak
Or a static page you build with the tagDiv composer
– https://www.screencast.com/t/8ABhRcYm4Tw
When I try to view the composer for the homepage, never finishes loading the page and I cannot do anything on the page.
Does tagDiv Composer have a tabbed content option/block?
Thanks.
I have setup my page using TagDiv Composer which is a great plugin. All of my post titles for different blocks are aligned left except for block 1. In block 1, module 4’s titles are centered. How can I align them left? I am trying to get it similar to your demo here https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Thank you.
There is an important note in the tutorial:
The AMP template will only work on pages that do not use any page builder. Only pages that are created using the standard tiny mce editor will be valid AMP pages.
I think that means if your home page was built with TD Composer, it will not have AMP version

kekuleh. Reason: used block quote
You mean the homepage? Look inside newspaper>includes>demos>health>pages and open homepage.txt . Copy the shortcodes inside in a new page and edit with td composer.
See these guides: 1. https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/ 2. https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
You might need to edit the homepage as in step 2 after step 1. (I don’t work here btw)
Hello again,
So I double-checked the adsense code snippet. It’s correct.
1. Ads added using tagdiv blocks on the homepage insist on appearing as squares, even though the space would suggest they should be long and thin. These are Custom Ads 1 and 2 and the code snippet I’ve pasted into theme panel is:
<script async src=”//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js”></script>
<script>
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({
google_ad_client: “ca-pub-3503819165109177”,
enable_page_level_ads: true
});
</script>
Auto size is definitely on for all screen sizes. I haven’t changed any sizing from the default setting of auto.
2. Into my Cloud Template – property category (so still using the link/example from my previous post) I’ve copied and pasted the code for the ad from sidebar which I know is working. This is done using TagDiv Composer and editing the ad positions that you access when you click on “sample post content” within the template editor. I want the ads to appear top of the article, inline (after 3 paragraphs) and article bottom of the property posts. (I’ve now removed the titles from ads so you don’t see the positions marked anymore). Still not appearing.
3. Copied the ad code from the article top ad position (property template) and adding it to sidebar ad within theme panel. Saved. Refreshed. Sidebar ads do still appear.
4. Not sure I’m doing this right. Created new page. Opened in tagdiv composer. Added ‘Column text’ element. Copied my ad code snippet (the one that works for sidebar) into the ‘edit content’ editor – text view rather than visual. saved. I see nothing other than the block title? https://wmw-dev.co.uk/test-ad-page/ (Also added an adspot – sidebar) and that seems ok.
Any thoughts and advice much appreciated?
Thanks,
Naomi

I am using TD composer, and I don’t quite understand where should I see the “Widget Sidebar” element to add my sidebar, nor it is not clear from the tutorial you linked, how do I “create a sidebar by splitting a row in a 2/3 + 1/3 column layout and adding content directly into the column”.
Hi,
First check if you tagDiv Composer it’s still activate ( go in Newspaper > Plugins https://www.screencast.com/t/vdh3G764M0 ), if it is then are few ways to edit a page with tagdiv composer:
1. Go in pages and hover the one you want to edit then click on edit with td composer ( https://www.screencast.com/t/jaVUVuOW1s76 )
2. Go in pages click on the page, after opened click on the tagdiv composer button ( https://www.screencast.com/t/qZZcrQZWn )
3. From the view page click on the Edit with td composer ( https://www.screencast.com/t/ogVIcsEcpW )
Thank you.
Hi,
So you enabled the smart sidebar setting and the sidebars are not sticky? I could take a look, provide a link to your website.
Once enabled the sidebar will be sticky on all post pages, category pages etc. In pages created with the tagDiv composer you will have to use the dedicated “Sticky” column setting as mentioned in the guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/
Thanks
Button to enter the Td Composer mode is gone, I can not edit the pages of the site.
but it is a post not a page.
I do not use TD Composer. It is visual composer for this post.
https://ibb.co/mr1FqU
On all other posts (exept one more) from this template I do not have it.
For example here is the same template https://myukvisa.ru/tipi-viz-v-velikobritaniyu/biznes-viza-v-velikobritaniyu/
but no such block.
Thank you.
That would be impossible, the tagDiv composer is a front end composer. I have made an example.
Import the template you want – https://www.screencast.com/t/WQVEQlAjz
Press Create template – https://www.screencast.com/t/sOGj02Bc
And the template will be opened in the tagDiv composer
– https://www.screencast.com/t/CymPulxP
You can then make modifications or save it as it is
– https://www.screencast.com/t/2t1pqJTyOP
It will appear next to the predefined post templates
– https://www.screencast.com/t/WdwkSQOVG
What exactly is happening in your case?
Hello,
It seems to be a column text wrap as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/GKX3d5ZLwv Did you have checked it with TD Composer? Try to edit the page with TD Composer and check the results. Provide me a screenshot with your front end editor from TD Composer with your page elements.
Thanks for the message!
