Hi Guys,
i’m trying your visual composer for the first time but maybe I’m doing something wrong.
Dragging a new element leaves a loading gif on loop, nothing else happens, see here:
Can this be fixed?
Can this be fixed?
Hi Simion,
I didn’t add anything with any other way than the TD Composer. Everything was made with it.
Hi,
@Johann You can edit the page in the back-end
– https://www.screencast.com/t/O9kkhtkM8CQ
If you entered any code or non-composer element in the page you could remove it from there. Then try to edit it again. Once the problem element is removed the error should not be displayed anymore. Pages should contain only elements that were added with the composer, adding other content or code may cause such problems.
Hello Rohit Sharma,
Yes, indeed you will not be able to edit the standard shop page created by Woocommerce with the TagDiv composer. You should create a new page using the TagDiv composer and Woocommerce shortcodes:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/
Shortcodes are implemented like so in the TagDiv composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/LFAFqmzqyfIO using a column text element.
As a note, the tag div composer can only edit pages that have been originally created with it. The shop page is created by Woocommerce so it cannot be edited. Only replaced by a new one. Please use this guide to set another page as a shop page: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/
Also, you can check the following topic from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-display-products/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Please try the suggestions from these topics
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
If there is still a problem, deactivate all plugin except theme plugins, check if the same happens. Also try to edit a new page as well.
If nothing works, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login and cPanel if possible. We will take a look.
Thanks
Hello,
Indeed our theme supports iframes. It depends on the template you want to add an iframe to. If you want to add it inside a post, you simply place the iframe code in the post content in text mode. If you want to add it to a page, you will have to use a ‘column text’ element in the tagdiv composer and implement it through the tiny mce editor again in text mode.
Thank you!
Hi,
@anilbunny123 I will help you, but unfortunately I don’t understand what exactly you want to do.
I see you are using the default WordPress blog layout, maybe you want to create and set a static page instead, with the tagDiv composer
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
It would be very helpful if you can explain with more details what you want to do with the website, for a better understanding.
Thanks
Hello def.lord,
This issue happens due because you have both page builder to active. Please disable the Visual Composer and leave just to active only the TD Composer and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi Simion,
None of your suggestions worked. Here is what I have done, in case it gives you a clue:
I have created a staging site where I set up a front page. After checking the staging site, I copied it to the live site. Although the front page in the staging site can be edited with TagDiv Composer (where it doesn’t say that the page was not created by TagDiv Composer), when I try to edit the same page with TagDiv Composer in the live site, I get the message that it wasn’t created by TagDiv Composer and I cannot save it. I even copied the contents of the page (from the text editor) to a new page with the same results. I get the message and I cannot save it. The strange thing is that when I copy the contents of the same page when in the staging site to a new page, when editing it I get the message but I can save the page. So, the same contents in two different sites are treated differently by TagDiv Composer. Both the theme and TagDiv Composer are in their newest versions in both sites. Does this make sense? Does this say anything to you?
Nick
Hi,
It seems it does not work, thank you for mentioning this. There seem to be some problems after integrating the multi-purpose plugins with the composer. We try to test all the settings but some may be unintentionally overlooked. It will be fixed for the next theme update however.
Hover colors can be set for buttons individually – https://www.screencast.com/t/xfVg92aOgEF
Thanks
Hi,
In some cases the solutions from these topics solved various composer problems, give them a try

If there is still a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel if possible. Include a link tot his topic in the email.

Hi,
Indeed the general setting in the theme panel seems to not apply for the description of the icon box element. I believe Bogdan tested with a different element by mistake. I will add this on our list of fixes, sorry for the inconvenience.
You could use the tagDiv composer font settings for the moment

Hi,
I believe you are getting that error when you are editing a page. Does it happen if you edit a new page with the composer? if it only happens for a specific page only then the problem is there. Edit pages that were built with the tagDiv composer only, don’t edit pages built with a different editor or contain elements that were not added with the tagDiv composer.
Or maybe you are receiving the error while trying to access the Cloud library section. If that is the case, please re-save the permalinks in WordPress settings and try again

Hi again
I solved the problem by updating TDcomposer. Huh.
But how to delete my post? Even the edit option is gone from what I can see.
Hi!
I have next trouble:
Install WordPress 4.9.6, install Newspaper V 8.8.2.
Check “Newspaper system status” – all ok:

Install demo data “Construction”.
Go to home page, select edit with TD Composer.
Select element and want change image:

After select anoser image i receive message “Invalid data”.

What i doing wrong?
Can you give my ideas as to why I might get this error, only when I click Edit with TD Composer?
This page isn’t working
infosechotspot.com didn’t send any data.

Hello again,
I deactivated all plugins except TagDiv Composer but nothing happened. In Firefox the save icon disappears while in Chrome it keeps spinning but it doesn’t save. I checked the system resources and they are better than the ones recommended. I also deleted all cache. I’m in a loss here. Nothing seems to work. The only thing that may help you is that when I edit the front page with TagDiv composer, I see a message that the page was not created with TagDiv Composer. Any other ideas?
Nick
Hello, how do I change the color and underline the hyperlinks in pages created with TD Composer?
I did not succeed in applying the codes indicated in the forum.

Thanks!
Is there a way we can install a floating sidebar on the homepage created by TD Composer.
OR
if we can have Infinite Load on Post Loop Settings (under template ‘Pagebuilder + Latest Articles + pagination).
Basically I want to display my latest articles under the various elements I have created with TD Composer but I need to have two things together – 1) Infinite Load & 2) Floating sidebar..
I was referring to the Theme Fonts section in the Theme Panel where i can only upload and use three (3) custom fonts.
(I don’t like TD Composer, i only use VC).
Hello tocanitadejocuri,
Unfortunately, I do not exactly what you want! Notice that if you are using the TD Composer page builder you can choose what kind of font want to use an element, like this
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/d7y5Quy9jLr
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello prashanth,
If you still get 500 errors, please use this guide:
http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/ Also, if the problem persists, please check the following useful topic from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-not-show/
Thanks for the message!
What problem you are referring to? Maybe I am misunderstanding something. If you used Visual composer for your posts, disable the tagDiv composer after each theme update, it will be activated automatically. Then there would be no layout issues with your sidebars or post content.
