All ready done that and the plug-ins is not the problem. Have you updated the TagDiv composer?
Hello I have installed Tagdiv newsletter addon on my site Technosamigos and followed this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-newsletter-plugin/ but I am not using tagdiv Composer addon. Was that the only way to install the Newsletter addon?
Hi,
Now that is unusual, so the row divider setting is not available for you in the tagDiv composer

Check the composer version, if you use the latest theme version it should be 2.3

Thanks
Hi,
The problem with the Chrome flickering is fixed. There have been no other reports since the update was released that would suggest that the issue is still happening, besides our own testing.
So if you use the latest version of the theme and tagDiv composer (2.3) there would be no problem anymore

Maybe the composer did not automatically update when the theme was updated, sometimes this fails. Update it manually if that is the case. Let us know.
Thanks
Hello Mercuriel,
I saw that you are using the Page Template+Latest Articles+Pagination. You should change this page template to Default, for example, if you want to create your all homepage with TD Composer.
Thanks for your understanding!
I got an error when updte the theme to 4.3.
Please see the attached file. I only use TagDiv Composer.
I hope you can help. Thank you.

Hi,
Depending on the social counter location it can either be configured by editing the page with the composer, or in the Appearance->Widgets section.
So either by editing the page and entering your own information
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hcuG7TaS
Or in the widgets section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/8XzsCtet
Note that each instance of the counter has to be configured, configure it in one location will not affect the others. So for example if you place one in a page with the tagDiv composer and configure it, then place one in a sidebar as an widget, there will be no relation between them.
Let us know if you have further questions.
Thanks
Hi,
Please check if the composer has been updated automatically, it should be version 2.3 after the update. Deactivate it and re-install it from here if it’s an older version
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Cs5jJPhJq0n
Additionally check the theme system status to make sure there are enough resources
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Let us know the results.
Thanks
You can find that in the composer plugin files

Hello,
I really love this theme, but I’m having some trouble with the composer. When I attempt to edit with the Tag Div composer it does not work. Literally. When I click on the button I am directed to a blank page. At first I thought it was because I was using a demo version, but uninstalling the demo didn’t help. Then, I thought that maybe it was because I also have the beaver builder so I deactivated that, and it didn’t help. I would really love to use this composer as I enjoy watching the tutorials for it! — can someone please help? Thanks!
Hi there,
On my homepage, each section has the heading and then a small yellow line underneath it. E.g. on the homepage the “LIFESTYLE” section has a yellow line directly underneath the heading “LIFESTYLE”. Same for “LATEST ARTICLES”. However, for some reason, my “POPULAR” heading does not have a yellow line underneath it and I cannot find a way to make the yellow line appear. When I view it in TD Composer the yellow line is there, but not when I’m actually viewing my homepage.
Thanks!
Chris
Hi there,
Just above the footer there is a section with “LATEST ARTICLES” and “RECENT POSTS” just below “EXPLORE SPECTACULAR LANDSCAPES” which I cannot edit with TD Composer. Do you know how I can edit this section of my homepage?
Thanks,
Chris
I use Chrome and continue to experience annoying flickering when using TD Composer, even though it was claimed to have been fixed in the May 2018 update. I currently have the 8.7.4 version of Newspaper. If it was fixed, why does the problem persist?
In March 2018, TagDiv’s Blog posted on a feature in the Newspaper Theme called the Row Divider. I have the latest version of the theme, but cannot locate the feature in TD Composer’s options. Where is it?
Hello.
Thank you for your response.
The only plugins running are:
Accelerated Mobile Pages
Cookie Notice
Inline Related Posts
Rating Form (Custom Plugin)
tagDiv Composer
tagDiv Multi-Purpose
tagDiv Social Counter
AMP MyTheme (Custom Plugin)
Yoast SEO Premium
Yoast SEO: News
We have removed over 15 plugins before installing your theme.
We have purge the whole cache 2-3 times since then.
Its weird that the slow query log reporting the logo fetch as slow query:
SELECT post_id FROM wp_postmeta WHERE meta_key = '_wp_attached_file' AND meta_value = 'logo.svg';
Any idea where is this called from so to hardcode it?
Kind Regards
This one worked:
If you too are getting a blank screen when trying to use tagDiv composer, add this to your .htaccess file before the last closing tag.
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
Can anyone help me with this issue please?
Thank You
Brian
Hello guys. Just updated to version 8.7.4 and the TagDiv Composer Button is not showing on my pages. What can I do?! tried to
Thanks for the advice Catalin. This did not work. The version of NewsMag that I am running is version 4.3 and TD Composer is version 2.2. When you say install the FTP way, I did this when I first installed the theme. Are you saying I need to install the theme again via FTP? Does that mean I need to uninstall the theme and reinstall it?
I continue to get the 404 error on pages only. Categories and Posts are working. Even new pages I make get the 404 error when published. If I leave it as a draft it works fine.
WPBakery is formerly known as Visual composer, they changed the name of the plugin. But that is not important if you do not use it.
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login access as well as FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Hello, I have a problem with my site: http://www.ascolinews.it When i try to change a page with td composter, edit tex doesn’t work. It opens the window to insert the text, but i don’t see any button to confirm the text (so I cant change it).
Hi. But I don’t use WPBakery. I don’t know what that is. I use tagDiv composer.
Hello,
The slider can only be added into pages or posts. The category templates cannot be edited with the tagdiv composer so you cannot add shortcodes to them except with custom php code if you are comfortable altering php files. You can use a do_shortcode function:
https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/do_shortcode/ and place the revolution slider shortcode inside the function and then place it in the category template files: https://www.screencast.com/t/KYMkUxHej
Thank you!
So the problem is not with the page building part. You maybe want to use the tagDiv composer on posts? If that is so, for the moment that is not possible.
However in coming updates this will change. The tagDiv composer will be integrated in post template creation, among other new features.
Actually that bigger space would be normal. Please check the image info boxes on mobile emulator, while editing the page with the composer. There will be a margin of 2px set there
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hQeAgt4T
If you want the same for all your image boxes on mobile, set the same margin bottom for the image boxes.
