Hi,
There is no list unfortunately, these elements are not intended to be used like this. These are page elements that should be placed on pages with the page builder. The shortcodes can be seen for example, if you edit a page that contains them
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gaAWHFWG
In coming updates, there will be more functionality for the tagDiv composer. This will affect how post pages, category pages etc can be created.
Thanks
Hello jmedina0107,
First of all, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, the version of TD Composer, please enable GD Library and mbstring for PHP on the server and also, try to set up the below code in .htaccess!
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
1. Do you use any caching or CDN? If possible try without any of these as a quick test. How the website loads could be affected by such services. You can check the live theme demo, see how it loads
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
2. From what I can see you use stretched rows with blocks. The images may look blurry, the same thumbnails will be used, as in a non-stretched row.
You could use the flex block which allow you to choose a thumbnails size, this would be more suited for full width. Or use Full big grids
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/
3. I inspected the website, for me this issue is not happening
– https://www.screencast.com/t/QNu7izkp
That would be the header menu section, but it should not have a height of 1068px
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jiHw3rU2q
4. The latest theme version is 8.7.4, the theme and WordPress should always be kept to date if possible.
If you use WPBakery page builder for your website, remember to deactivate the tagDiv composer after you update. When both these page builders are active there could be problems with some elements.
Thanks
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict between 2 page builder. If you use visual composer, please disable the tagdiv composer and vice-versa. DO not use 2 page builders at the same time.
Also please update your version of the tagdiv composer if you use it by disabling and deleting the current one you use and installing the new version from the main 8.7.4 theme package.
Thank you!
Hi,
Those would be the number one cause of issues with the composer, the requirements
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Additionally try deactivating all plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. Check if this has any effect.
In some cases the solutions from these topics worked for blank pages and other composer problems, you could give them a try if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
Le us know the results of these suggestions.
Hello,
Please disable the yoast plugin and then disable all other plugins except the tagdiv composer. It could be a plugin conflict between the seo plugin and another plugin on your install. Remember to clear cache afterwards.
We cannot replicate the error on our end. The yost plugin does not provide any errors on any of our installs.
Thanks.
Hi,
At the moment you cannot add more page templates, there are some predefined ones
– https://www.screencast.com/t/bpspcmLYgZ
So you want to create a page that should have pictures, text and blocks in it. That is not difficult to do. The tagDiv composer contains such elements, so you can build a page like that with no problem.
Beginning from the top, as a post title use the column title element
– https://www.screencast.com/t/NF8lOSeZ1HIo
For images there are also elements. Blocks can be placed with no problem.
Or you could use a simple column text for the text and images
– https://www.screencast.com/t/xTC3xPJA
You can also save the row or the elements you configure, so when needed you can place them on any page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5vC09Ops94

Hi support theme
I have a problem TD COMPOSER “Style”
look at the picture
TD Composer error
thank you
Sasinipa
Sorry to keep replying, but I have been working on this all day on my end. So what I have noticed is that I am getting 404 errors on some pages. I do not think the issue is with TD Composer as it seems to be randomly happening to some pages but not all. I tried to create a new page with just text that says “test”. As a draft the page works. When I publish, I get the 404 Error. I have tried to refresh the permalinks, that did not work. I also tried to do this manually at the .htaccess file, this did not work. The only thing that brings them back is if I use the ugly links. But using pretty links will return the 404 error.
We are also seeing this issue after updating that the other 2 sites do not have…

Same error, but not using Visual Composer.
I’ve got three of them, all under the footer:

Hello,
I’m trying to use a blocks to display three columns of thumbnails. This is what I see when I edit the block (block 5) in Tagdiv Composer:
https://i.imgur.com/b5gHdwJ.jpg
For some reason, when I save and view the page, all the thumbnails/pages are listed in a single column, like so:
https://i.imgur.com/i8NUcuk.jpg
Please Note..
(1) The page is 1/4 + 3/4. The left sidebar was added in the row with visual composer
(2) This problem occurs no matter which block I try to use. Block 7 would also be good, but the same problem occurs (listed in single column).
(3) This is still a dev site. I can give a temp URL if you like but I don’t want to list it on the forum.
Thanks
Hello sattish,
The wide view does not mean full width. I guess that you do not understand what’s the difference between, right? Please notice that the default width of the theme is 1068px, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/iUFopoD4JX Our theme does not support the full width for all of the available elements which can be added from TD Composer. Please check here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/C8jgVjVhb -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ -> https://www.screencast.com/t/YhlFsJTXFv If you are using a background image, the theme layout will be automatically changed to the boxed for the full elements and the rest will remain the same.
Hope that help!
Thanks.
Also one last thing. I do not use Visual Composer.
So just a recap on what I have tried. I have disabled all pluggins on the site. Doing this resulted in the same error when I tried to access the TD Composer for the page. Adding the pluggins back one by one did not change anything. If this was an error resulting from a pluggin, removing it should have fixed the problem. I also notice that I am unable to edit any settings in SEO by Yoast anymore. The page blanks out. So I have the plugin deactivated now. I will try to reinstall it. But I think there is something broken in the theme, that is not allowing me to get to the TD Composer page.
Hello Olya,
If you want to customize your Registration page to look similar to your Article page you should use the page builder -> TD Composer and insert what kind of elements you want inside it. Please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
In the same way, you have to do with your second problem. Choose a block which is looking the same with your example and with a bit of CSS code you can customize it as you wish. Here -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/ you can preview our available blocks.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
In the mobile version of the page, HOME PAGE /”LJUBIMCI” one category you cannot click (images and title links). I am sending Prt Scr of that part: https://www.screencast.com/t/2XRGa1anvUP
When plugin tagdiv is turn off, that part you can click again.
Please help
Hi,
The first thing to check would be the theme requirements, system status section
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
It is imperative that the parameters mentioned in the guide are configured properly. Insufficient resources can cause many issues with the theme or the plugins, if needed ask your hosting provider to increase them as specified.
If there is no need for modifications in that matter, in some cases the solutions from these topics worked for blank pages and other composer problems, you could give them a try if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
Additionally try deactivating all plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. Check if this has any effect.
Let us know the results after trying these suggestions. Be sure to use the tagDiv composer on pages that were created with it only. All the elements in the page have to be added through it.
Thanks
Hello jmedina0107,
1)Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Please do not use this setting in Seo by Yoast:
https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh Also, if you are using the WP Super Cache plugin, please ensure that has been right setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
2)Also, the third important rule is to do not edit a page which was created with Visual Composer with TD Composer.
Also, I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues like this.
For more information about how you should use our page builder incorrect way on our theme, please check the following useful tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/
Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Check if the tagDiv composer is active. Deactivate it if that is the case. Then clear all caching and check if the WPBakery element is displaying properly.
Hi,
If you keep replying in your own topic it will only delay our answer unfortunately. The topics will be answered by oldest to newest.
Issues with the composer can be caused by many factors. The most common cause is simply insufficient resources. As you install more plugins the WP memory will be depleted and this will cause problems with the theme and plugins.
Please check the theme requirements guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/
The theme has a system status panel you can check to see if everything is set properly. This would be the first step to try and fix the problem. If needed contact the hosting provider again and ask them to increase them according to the guide.
The next possible cause would be plugins. Deactivate them all except the theme plugins. Check if this has any effect. Also test on a new page.
If there is still a problem after doing this, we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access, FTP and cPanel as well if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
For the aspect ratio there is no requirement, try a few videos and check the results. The construction demo uses this video for example
– https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hiOS06plNYY
All the theme elements are responsive. The issue with the video not playing on mobile will be fixed.
There is also a mobile theme provided, designed specially for mobile
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Note that with the tagDiv composer you can also for example not display the same elements per device, more about that in this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/change-moduleblock-12/
I’m trying to get used to Composer but still struggling with some issues.
I’d like to have three columns, each with a small image at the top of the column and under the image a text link to a file. I did that by setting up an inner row with three columns. In each column I added a single image and below it column text. The problem is the huge gap between the image and the text below it. Is there a way to control the size of the gap or am I doing this wrong and there’s a better way?
Greg
Hi, The browser window stays blank when trying to deploy the TagDiv composer in any page. TD Composer is not loading. Your help is greatly appreciated!
I’ve been building this website for a couple days, so it’s a work in progress. Today something changed and I can’t figure out why. When on the Homepage, featured images don’t load and the menu doesn’t drop-down. But, on the Blog page everything loads great and the menu drops down just fine. I try to open the Homepage with the TagDiv Composer and it just spins & spins and never loads. It’s been like this all day. Any ideas on what the problem could be, and how to fix it?
