I installed a clean wordpress 4.9.5, one theme (newpaper 8.7.4) and two plugins (Composer & Social Counter).
Again, I see no items in ADS tab!
The XAMPP PHP version is 5.6.33.
Could this be an issue?
EDIT: The problem is only in Chrome!
Firefox and Opera display the Ads tab OK.
I have install the visual composer but the frontend editor missing… i can have access only in back end editor…
Please note that i have disable the tagDiv Composer because is with limited capability’s
is anyway to enable VC frontend editor ?
Just purchased this. Dark theme installed demo files but nothing shows. Just an all black page. Home page is set but cant be edited. When you try to edit with composer this error shows:
Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Page just spins and nothing displayed.
Really not giving any confidence if out of the box the demo cant even work properly.

Now when editing in TD Composer…custom classes are with quotes and title of module/block is with quotes…

Now that is unusual, I have not seen this before. Check if this happens when editing a newly created page. Check the theme system status panel as well

Hi, I have very recently installed Newspaper theme and when using the tagdiv composer, I cannot scroll down the list of elements on the left-hand side. There is no scroll sidebar. The only way to access them is to type individual letter in the search form, but it would be nice to be able to scroll down, too. Is there any solution?

The tagDiv composer works with rows, these rows can be split into columns. Then content can be entered in these columns. So in order to have a single column that spans across the height of a page, only one row can be used. That also means that you have to work with a single row, split it only once and that’s it.
Or maybe use multiple rows with the same split to create that left column

Then in the main content on the right use inner rows to create further splits if necessary.

Hi,
Mailchimp would be compatible with the theme, you could use that as a newsletter/subscription functionality on your website

There is a newsletter element in the tagDiv composer, in which you can enter newsletter codes, currently from only a few providers however (Mailchimp works)

This element can only be placed on pages at the moment. For post sidebars you can use a text widget and enter the form code in it.
The theme by itself has no email options, it does not have any settings for mailing confirmations or sending any emails to users. You will have to manage these either through the hosting if they provide such a service, or with a plugin

Usually the theme system status is the main cause of such problems. Most hosting providers are limiting the allocated resources.
In some cases the solutions from these topics worked for blank pages and other composer problems, you could give them a try if possible

I don’t quite understand what the problem is. The tagDiv composer can be used only for pages. If you want to display bold text or dropcaps in pages, use text elements

Also, do not edit a page which was created with Visual Composer with TD Composer.
Whenever I try to edit Posts page in the WordPress by opening it via tag div composer it shows this error – tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()! and freezes. I have tried creating another new page and assign it the posts page to edit but as I set the page to posts page the error occurs and if I remove the page from posts page as setting Tag div composers working fine
Edit: Fixed the max_input_vars but the TD Composer is still not loading.
I bought newspaper 8 for my wordpress site two days ago, and after installing and activating it, I couldn’t load the TD Composer to start customizing my page. When I click the link to open it, it just redirects me to a blank white page and stops loading. I checked the system status, and fixed everything except for max_input_vars because I just couldn’t figure out how to do it(I tried the php method as well as the .htaccess method and none of them worked).
I’m very frustrated as this is wasting precious time.
Any help would be appreciated.
I made sure everything has updated the theme and WordPress just to make sure. But now that everything is updated, I still see this in my post. I checked my pages to make sure it was there too, but my pages work it’s just when I write articles I dont see what I am used to seeing and that’s affecting myself a lot with my other writers.

It is the visual composer plugin. Once I deactivated it, the social icons came back. Please use the wpbakery page builder provided in the theme package, not ‘visual composer’. Please use wpbakery page builder version 5.4.5 provided free of charge in the theme package.
