Are you using a third party login system by any chance? Our theme login will have to be disabled if you use a custom login. If you don’t use any other login widget besides the theme one, then please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you user it.

Make sure that you’re using V 3.1 of Newsmag which is available on themeforest and also update Visual Composer at V 4.12 which is included in theme’s path. We have no reports of this issue and we have tested it on our end but could not replicate it. Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. If the problem is still there please provide a link to your site s we can inspect it and provide the proper css.

2,3)Try to read all our documentation regarding on Sticky Menu and ensure if you have followed these steps in order to achieve as you wish. If your problem is still there after this, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
4)Here is talking about some .js errors which occur due your untested plugins used by you and which interfere with the theme code or with other plugins and cause this issue.
5)This happens due your untested plugins. Try to disable all of them and use the theme only with the required plugins which come bundled with the theme.

Unfortunately you cannot use post styles on pages. Post styles only work for posts. you can create your page in visual composer and add images and blocks to your page, but post styles cannot be used on pages.

The titles indicated in this image http://imgur.com/a/LEXTm are not from custom post types, they are blocks titles and can be changed for each block from Visual Composer or from Settings > Appearance id the block is used in sidebar: http://screencast.com/t/nzfSRBOtu1TZ

I am trying to set up my wordpress site using Newspaper theme. My domain, http://www.tynk.space, is hosted with Hostgator. When I try to install Visual Composer, I get an error page from Hostgator that says the following:
ERROR 403 – FORBIDDEN
Why am I seeing this page?

1. We have installed a plugin exec-php which will allow the php code to work on wordpress posts/pages. We have executed a php code on this page, http://192.185.150.175/~bmctest/kandarpada-ward-no-1/
It displays on desktop but does not display on mobile phones? Why is that
2. Also, any code which we write in the visual composer of classic editor, it displays only on desktop but not on mobile. To display it on mobile, if we write the same code on Mobile Editor, then it displays. Why is that so? We want that if we enter the content on the composer, it should display on both mobiles and desktops

Hi!
I have a little problem with Visual Composer. I´m trying to reconfigure it and It doesn´t respond to any click, I mean, I can´t add blocks, modify home template and what ever and I can´t see nothing ind the back en editor, it doesn´t show my grid, my block and everthing.
Things I did:
– Uninstall and install the plugin again.
– Create a new page and ttry to setup it from zero and doesn´t work. If I try to add, for example a block or template Home it stay thinking and fater a while dont do nothing.
What can I do?

I could settle here using a custom structure (1/3 + 2/3) in the visual composer.
With all this sidebar is going on normally.

Consegui resolver aqui utilizando uma estrutura personalizada (1/3 + 2/3) no visual composer.
Com isso todas as sidebar está rolando normalmente.
I wonder why the smart sidebar does not work when the sidebar is set to the left side. And if the line of visual composer also is the model that appears on the left sidebar.
With this setting up the visual composer sidebar line does not scroll (smart sidebar effect).
DETAILS:
1. I put both the necessary places the css code: td-ss-row
2. This setting’m doing on a page used to Homepage.

Gostaria de saber porque a smart sidebar não funciona quando a sidebar está configurada para o lado esquerdo. E se a linha do visual composer estiver também no modelo que aparece a sidebar no lado esquerdo.
Com essa configuração acima a sidebar da linha do visual composer não rola (efeito smart sidebar).
DETALHES:
1. Coloquei as ambos os lugares necessarios o codigo css: td-ss-row
2. Esta configuração estou fazendo em uma página usada para Homepage.

Actually updating visual composer does not require any toolkit or ftp method at all. You can simly deactivate the plugin and delete files for it: http://screencast.com/t/mjdRW5W5 And once you have the latest version of the theme installed, you can simply install VC again from the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/AyXUkuK6b

I went ahead and disabled visual composer in the theme and downloaded visual composer as a normal plugin. My home page is loading for both desktop and mobile but I’m getting some unwanted text below the menu: [vc_row][vc_column]

Current version of Visual Composer is 4.12 and was released in 8.06.2016: http://screencast.com/t/gMF8Kp7oQV This version is included in theme’s path so if you already have V 3.1 installed but Visual Composer it’s older then 4.12 just delete the plugin and install it again from plugins panel: http://screencast.com/t/cM3zy18T

If you disable that plugin and the errors disappear this mean that they come from that specific plugin. Also did you tested this without any other plugins active except Visual Composer and MyMail like Bogdan suggested? Just to make sure that there are no other conflicts between plugins.

I’m not sure what header code you are looking for. You can use the do_shortcode function to render shortcodes on the front-end. if you want to show an ad, you can use a visual composer ad box element filtered to show a custom ad. You get the shortcode for any element on pages in classic mode-> test mode like so: http://screencast.com/t/EWo5JAccNh
