I suppose that you are referring to Image Gallery as Visual Composer element. For your second request, unfortunately, the image will be fitted only by our width which is 1068 px. We cannot recommend increasing this because the layout of the site will be broken. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

If you want to do that, you have to alter the code from this type of template and use do_shortcode method to add the block. Please follow the next steps in order to achieve as you wish. Unfortunately we have no clue as to what plugin you use but you need to replace it if it is not compatible with our theme. (maybe the plugin had an automatic update and the new version create issues, or another plugin updated and creates a conflict with your avatar plugin) Please try to disable all other plugins except visual composer and your avatar plugin and check if it works. If it does not, then you need to replace the plugin.

Please also try it without any other plugins except visual composer to rule out a plugin conflict.

The most common cause of this issue is the plugins you use. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. If there is a plugin conflict, this will fix it. Then you need to identify the plugin that causes it.

The only thing that is customized in our demo is the shop page. You can create your very own shop page and have it look like you want it to by adding visual composer elements and woocommerce elements (make sure you have woocommerce elements checked in the visual composer settings: http://screencast.com/t/lXGQEQ6k). Here is how we set up our shop page: shop: http://pastebin.com/hxJ8ENx1 You can copy and paste the code into classic mode and text mode inside the page editor. I have checked your website but at first I could not find any trace of the theme at all. I could not even tell if this is our theme you are using. I could not even find the menu you showed in the screenshot. I’m sorry but the theme is customized in such a way that only bits and pieces of the theme remain. Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and check your website again. If the problem persists, you will need to get some hired help as we cannot help you with these customizations. You will need to restore the theme to it’s default state if you require support as we cannot offer any custom work. Sorry.

I have checked your website and saw your problem with Custom Menu Page. Also, I notice that you have used child theme…please try to switch to the main theme, ensure that you have updated the Visual Composer, disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache, purge CDN file is you used and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins and check it again and see how it works. I suspect this problem as could be caused by your child theme…probably is not updated to the latest version and might cause some errors when the code is overwritten.

The excerpt feature of the theme gets overwritten if the post has a custom excerpt added in post settings http://screencast.com/t/9BiejDCZtOj Please check this section for the posts that have a longer exceprt than the others.
Plugins can also cause issues with excerpts so please also try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear cache.
