Please try to update your permalink structure and also test this without using any plugins, disable all of them leaving just Visual Composer active.

You can try also without any plugins active, leave only Visual Composer and Crayon Syntax Highlight plugins active also empty cache and see if you still have issues with that. Also take a look at plugin settings maybe you disabled something there, I tested with default settings: http://screencast.com/t/hmsXC9T7rWu

Hi,

Please deactivate all plugins also minifications, leave only Visual Composer active after clear cache and purge your files if you use CDN and check again if you have issues. If you still have issues please verify your custom modification to the theme files(the code).

If you Social Counter plugin is activate, please also make sure that it is available for Visual Composer plugin from Settings > Visual Composer: http://screencast.com/t/ua7vI4utPLV and Save settings. You can also select all elements maybe there are more elements that missing.

Try to disable all plugins, enable only Visual Composer and this plugin and check if the issue is still there. If the issue is still there you may have to look for an alternative.

The Visual Composer latest version (4.4.3) will be tested and included in the next theme update.
We’re currently having it this under testing and we’re waiting to see if this is a stable version so if all is ok we will provide it within next week.
The grid elements function is also on our todo list, we are working on this and we’ll include a fix for this in the next update.

Normally the styling options you’ve set in the WordPress Theme Customize or in the Theme Panel – those options will not be effected by updating your theme, only custom modifications to the theme’s files will be overwritten.
Please follow this guide if you want to update your theme and use FTP method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ also update plugins that come with the theme’s files from the /plugins folder.

Hi,

First please make sure you also test this without any plugins active and leave just Visual Composer plugin active and also empty cache then check again.
If you still have this issue please make sure you download and update your theme to the latest version (4.6.2). Also if you are using child theme, please switch to the main theme and empty all caches and test again. If this solves the problem make sure you update the child theme to the latest version. Please let me know!
