The skipping line problem I solved by setting about 500 posts, so it doesn’t skip anymore.
The title issue I partially solved by deleting the page name, but it’s not a good solution as I can have lots of pages without a name.
The thing is, Infinite Scroll template (with Default template) creates a page with Title.
I believe it would be a good thing to have in the next version a specific Page template for Inifite Scroll besides the one on Visual Composer (like homepage + article list, homepage bg + …etc)
How can I really solve this title issue without having to delete all my pages names?
Thank you again,
Hi,
You have to customize it to look good for you. Make sure you go trough all it’s settings and adjust it to look good. You can also add and use a custom css class if you need it to style it some more, like I did here: http://screencast.com/t/auY537xS8
Unfortunately in the last version of Visual Composer we also lost some of the classes as they have changed and some Visual Composer elements lost their css, we have this on our todo list and we are working on it unfortunately we still have incompatibility issues regarding VC style.
Thanks for understanding!
Hi,
Please disable all plugins leaving just the Visual Composer active then empty cache and/or purge files if you use any cache plugins or CDN services and check again. If this still isn’t working please check your console for errors and also make sure your theme settings are saved. If not you have to increase the max_input_vars = 1000; value inside the php.ini file to max_input_vars = 5000;.
If you don’t have access to the php.ini file please contact the host administrator and let him know about this issue.
You could also updated the theme if the settings aren’t saved as we have made some changes in the latest versions so this won’t be needed anymore.
Hope this helps! Please let me know!
Thanks
Hi,
Make sure you edit your homepage, you will find after the Visual Composer drop-down panel, search for “Homepage latest articles” and “Homepage loop filter” fields. If you don’t find them make sure you have them checked from Screen Option, like here: http://screencast.com/t/R5vS8l6D0q6
Hope this helps, please let me know! You should also go through our documentation, you can find many useful info about how to best use our theme and it’s features.

Likely an issue for Visual Composer tech support as changing the plugin to something else might void the license, and isn’t really theme related.
You might want to contact them or check their forums regarding whether the plugin can be renamed without breaking (I doubt it). I’m sure it “looks for itself by name” for legal reasons since it’s a paid plugin and not an open source project.
Additionally you’d need to hack this WordPress theme in order to somehow work with the plugin, and that might require your developer to “hack” more than you want to.
But I’m sure Lucian or Marius will have better answer.
hello,
I have an issue on my multi site with 2 theme both with visual composer, my main site uses an older version and the developer modified customize it and will not up date it to the new VC. Newspaper which I’m also using in this multi site overrides the older VC for one of them has to go or the plugin file you provide needs to be renamed, but I do not know where and how to rename it, please advise.
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry for the delay!
Are you sure that the WordPress SEO plugin is responsible for this? I have inspected your site and found that you have some missing css from a plugin: http://screencast.com/t/0Oggd7Bkdv1
Please make sure you deactivate all plugins and enable just the Visual Composer, bbpress and WordPress SEO plugins then check if this is still happening.
Also remember to empty your cache and purge files if you sue any cache or CDN plugins.
Please let me know of what you find.
Thanks
TD Booster isnt doing anything for me. I’ve marked all the scripts and CSS like the tutorial, but nothing,
My code is this one:
//jetpack lost styles
$this->move_style_to_footer('jetpack-subscriptions');
$this->move_style_to_footer('jetpack-widgets');
$this->move_style_to_footer('taqyeem-style');
$this->move_style_to_footer('easy-social-share-buttons');
$this->move_style_to_footer('rs-plugin-settings');
$this->move_style_to_footer('wp-polls');
$this->move_style_to_footer('advanced-responsive-video-embedder-plugin-styles');
$this->move_style_to_footer('js_composer_custom_css');
$this->move_style_to_footer('jetpack_css');
$this->move_style_to_footer('td-bootstrap');
$this->move_js_to_footer('themepunchtools');
$this->move_js_to_footer('revmin');
$this->move_js_to_footer('tp-tools');
$this->move_js_to_footer('jquery');
$this->move_js_to_footer('taqyeem-main');
$this->move_js_to_footer('wp-polls');
$this->move_js_to_footer('devicepx');
$this->move_js_to_footer('td-external');
$this->move_js_to_footer('td-site-min');
$this->move_js_to_footer('js_composer_front');
You can check my site 🙁
Hi,
I can see from your screenshot that your are trying to activate the Visual Composer plugin which doesn’t need to be activated.
Please use this guide to activate the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-theme/
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
1. Have you tried to change your file permissions? You can read more about how to achieve this here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
2. Regarding plugins you should also be able to update them after you managed to solve your file permission issue. The speed booster plugin when activated automatically moves the style sheets and js files to the footer so that is why you had css issue when you activated it as this plugin can cause conflicts when used with other plugins so make sure you check this without any other plugins active, just enable the Visual Composer plugin and the speed booster plugin.
You can use this guide for your page speed: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
And also follow this tread where you can find solutions to many issues you can encounter regarding page speed: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/pagespeed/
You can use this contact@tagdiv.com if you want to send your login details.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Hope this helps!
Thanks

How to edit post template with visual composer?
I already find the answer, and is visual composer. Heres a video can show better what he does, and maybe someone will be benefit with this video.
Hi Lucian!
I know the visual composer can help me add sidebar in the article. But every time I write a new post will have to use a lot of manipulation. It’s very inconvenient, you have no other way?
Please help me!
Thank you!
Hi,
@manify
Please make sure you don’t have any errors in your console. Also please disable all plugins and enable just the Visual Composer.
Check if the TinyMCE is working – http://screencast.com/t/ZGoupEbtA
Enable all other plugins one by one until you find the one that’s causing the issue.
Let me know how it works.
Thanks
Hi,
Please make sure that this isn’t caused by a plugin by deactivating all of them leaving active only the Visual Composer plugin then empty cache and purge files if you use nay cache or CDN services and check for this again.
Please let me know if this helps!
Thanks
Hi,
You can go to settings > visual composer and enable the page builder on post pages also, like this: http://screencast.com/t/UorpqxF1j2KE
Then go to post editing panel and set this layout: http://screencast.com/t/yDuKepy1nqo
Thanks
Hi,
Thanks TheMediumUTM!
@papilleclandestine I’ve checked your page source and found that somehow all theme’s css is loaded within each page which could cause issues.
My guess is that this is a plugin settings which reads theme’s css and loads in into the page.
First please make sure you deactivate all plugins leaving only Visual Composer plugin active, after this empty your cache and purge files and check again.
Also please make sure you use this page speed guide right and use the tagDiv Speed Booster plugin to move the css and js at the bottom of the page avoiding the page render blocking. We only recommend this to advanced users so if you don’t have any php knowledge you should get some to help you with this.
Hope this helps! Please let me know!
Thanks
Hi,
1. First of all if you have set it right the drop-down should be there so double check that you have done this right and disable all plugins laving just the visual composer active this is to make sure you don’t have another plugin which could cause this. Also make sure you empty your cache if you use any.
If this doesn’t helps please let us know about it and provide more details and also your site’s URL so we can inspect this.
2. You can change the appearance of the mega menu is to change the theme accent color from theme panel > theme color or for the font you can do it form theme panel >custom typography section: http://screencast.com/t/MYr8tWhkDYY1
Another way would be to do it via custom css an add it in theme panel > custom css filed.
Hope this helps!
Thanks
hi,
Yes, unfortunately the speed booster plugin may cause conflicts in use with other plugins so empty all cache and also purge files if you use CDN, disable all plugins leaving active only the speedbooster plugin and visual composer and check for this again.
You can check your console on homepage to see the 403 error: http://screencast.com/t/0wm6n4TSUd
You should also consider updating your theme to the latest version 4.5 and check again for this.
Hope this helps! Please let me know.
Thanks

Hi,
I currently not being able to display X first articles with big thumbnails (M7 post template), then other articles with smaller thumbnails (M8 for instance). Is there a way to do that or is it an idea for next updates?
I tried to achieve that with the visual composer, without success.
Thanks!
I think some things can’t go into the child theme due to the changes that come up with sliders, visual composer, and mega-menu kinds of things.
In our case we just hack the main templates; keep a cheat sheet, and then skip theme version upgrades to every other one.
This is an issue with your WordPress install, not a theme issue.
You likely need to check your wp-config.php file and make sure it’s correct; also check your .htaccess file. Make sure you turn off any caching used by your hosting account.
Assuming your wp-config.php file and .htaccess file were not compromised or broken somehow and don’t need to be restored from your backup (you are making backups, right?)
Try
1) remove the theme folder via ftp or hosting filemanager
2) login to your admin, choose default theme (e.g., twenty fourteen)
3) make sure you do download/export of your site dbase for extra backup (unless it’s a new test site)
4) resave your permalinks just because that can reset things
5) again, clear ALL your caching; if using a plugin, or CDN, and in browser
6) upload theme correctly via FTP
7) upload the plugins which come with the theme via FTP
8) login to your admin panel again, activate only the visual composer plugin
9) activate the theme

Hi,
The theme uses WordPress date function, I suspect this issue may be caused by a plugin. Try to disable all plugins enabling just WPBakery Visual Composer, empty cache, purge files if you use any CDN or cache plugins and wait for a few days to see if this still happens.
Hope this helps!
Thanks
