I am trying to full-width my pages, but the Tagdiv composer loads infinitely.
Please help, I can provide pictures as necessary.
After updating the theme to version 12.6.1, TagDiv no longer recognizes its own codes in the page content, so the site is not loading correctly.
What to do?
I am unable to load my website in the tagdiv composer to edit. I am trying to make some content on my homepage … fullwidth and am unable to do so

We recently tried to update our site (bluedotliving.com) to version 12.6.1. As a result, we also updated and activated the TagDiv Shop plugin. This broke our WooCommerce listings at bluedotliving.com/marketplace. The page looks fine in the TagDiv composer, but shows posts rather than products on the front end.
I disabled all other non-TagDiv plugins to see if there might be a clash, but the issue persists. I’ve rolled back the theme version on the live site, but you can see the example in staging here: https://wordpressmu-896471-3995091.cloudwaysapps.com/marketplace/
It should look how it looks on the live site at bluedotliving.com/marketplace.

We have a problem while trying to save some changes on Tagdiv Composer. Especially, changes on Header and Footer.
We have suspected our hosting capacities, and they checked the PHP Memory issues and all is good on the server side.
Even, navigation on WP is really fast. But we can edit basic changes on header and footer and other parts (like changing colors and so on).
We do not have any error message except waiting for the editor to save a single or many changes with no results.

I have found this old post looking for solution for my website. I have live news portal page which has same issue as described above. In last 24h all setting reset itself to default twice. Yes, I have backup for settings and I import them back. Also I need to set to global my cloud templates which also resets.

Dear Tagdiv team,
We’re migrating a big website (1)(190gb) running and older version of Newspaper (7 or 8), custom modded.
We made the new website (2) on a temporary domain and copied over some content, to get a preview.
But now we can’t migrate the rest of the content from the old site, images aren’t getting copied over and/or attached to posts.
Then we made a 1 to 1 exact copy (3) of the old website and put the latest newspaper theme over the old one. And tried copying the code on the pages ([tdc_zone type=”tdc_content”] etc), to get the same look as (2) but not really working. How should i put it together to get the same on (3) as on (2) but with all the content?
I can’t copy the blocks from the tagDiv composer from one site to another..
Hope it’s clear what we’re trying to do 🙂

You can manage the social icons for the mobile menu from the Theme Panel -> Social/APIS -> Social Networks => https://prnt.sc/10112uu

Hi, in tagDiv composer there are 4 viewports.
Could you tell me what the breakpoint settings are for each viewport?
1 – Desktop
2 – Landscape
3 – Portrait
4 – Phone

If the header and all the elements made by another plugin is appearing in Composer, then the error won’t disappear. I recommend you to try on a new fresh WordPress install.

Edit the page with the TagDiv Composer and change the search modal width. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

The screenshots you’ve posted don’t seem to be relevant to our question. They only talk about why Newspaper switched from WP Bakery to Composer, and why we should recreate our pages in Composer.
We would love to recreate our pages in Composer, but the error is thrown on every page, even when creating a new one. See this screenshot from composer when trying to create a new page. https://gundigeststg.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/composer-error.png
Composer doesn’t function while this error is present – no elements can be added at all.
How do we resolve this error so that we can create new pages or edit with composer?
Also, you didn’t address the main issue, which is the header not showing on one of our sites after the update, but showing on the other. What would cause the header to not show or be available? Please look at the production (Newspaper9) and Staging (Newspaper12) links I posted for each site to see what I mean.
Am I correct in assuming that we need to have Composer functioning correctly (ie resolve the error) to edit the header? Is editing the header in Composer the only way to resolve the issue we are experiencing?

I creating vendor profiles on my website that will show vendor related articles and events using a Block 9 module to display them. That said, when no related articles or events exist is there a way to have a message stating “no articles found” or “no events found” on the front-end, I see the “no posts” displayed in the TagDiv Composer, however it does not show a similar message on the public front-end.
I’ve just installed the latest newspaper updates on my site and now can’t edit my pages. All I get is the composer sidebar with grey page to right trying to load the page.
Ive modified the .htaccess file with following code as per your troubleshooting pages but still no change.

In the Prebuild website News Magazine Pro, how do I change the background image of the horizontal menu at the top?
I want to replace the default image (a dark grey photo of tree branches, image “bghd.jpg” 1600x105px) with a solid color background: do I need to upload another image of the same dimensions in a solid color or can I set the color somewhere?
I tried through TagDiv Composer, but I was not successful.
Please help me.

You can have different header templates (one for the page you need to assign) and the other to be global.
Duplicate the existing header, change the name of the template, and make the changes. You can assign it when you access the page (near the green button, Edit with the TagDiv Composer).

If you are referring to this – https://i.imgur.com/PvCpUPk.png then it can be done using the theme panel settings for standard templates – https://i.imgur.com/43YGPB8.png for a single poste template from cloud you need to edit that cloud template using tagDiv Composer and use the right click on elements you want to remove.

You can’t have the same footer from the desktop on a mobile theme.
For the mobile theme you can customize it from Theme Panel-> Mobile Theme -> footer => https://i.imgur.com/7ABDfSe.png You can’t edit it with tagDiv Composer.

Please check with tagDiv Composer if the page where you use the pagination has on rows set the option to be “hide on pagination” – https://i.imgur.com/QwImtVz.jpg – https://i.imgur.com/wwkA1QY.png if the option is enabled, on pagination that row will be hidden.

Usually, the ads in prebuilt websites are set in the element AD BOX, and you can remove it, edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport for phone and select the Ad box element and with right-click you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/2GfCVx9BCAw7 or with drag & drop place it into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page

Hello, hope you are doing well. I use the Newspaper interface at the web address https://tapchibeer.net
After I upgraded to the latest version, my secondary columns became corrupted. Specifically, they are not located on the right column, but automatically jump down to the first column on the left (please see picture 1).
But everything displays correctly when I use TagDiv Composer editor (please see picture 2)
I tried turning off the speed optimization plugins, but it still didn’t work. Please help me with this case. Hope to hear from you soon. Best regards
