Also, please check the console when you try to save the changes made with tagDiv Composer maybe is possible to be from the firewall or securitymodule which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

1. Go to cloud templates
2. Hover on Header template
3. Three dots will appear> Click edit with td composer
You will have to edit the header from cloud templates using td composer.
If you are using td composer, edit the header in cloud templates. From there, select the logo and switch to mobile template. You can replace the logo then.
P.S- Strictly do some work on your page speed, it takes forever to load. Start with cache and cloudfare first.
Hello. I’m using ACF Pro and I’m trying to crate a custom post form where users can submit videos but the “oEmbed” isn’t working for me. Tagdiv composer does not recognize this field type. Is this something to be implement or a currently issue?

Trying to use FlexBlock 1 on our site. Pulled in a sample template to get the look we wanted. Also tees to add the same look on my own. Neither are working. Can not edit the # of posts per column. Can’t edit the photo placement. And can’t edit the fonts. When I make a change in the settings nothing happens. Once I hit save it reverts back to the original. Any ideas. I’ve spent a few hours trying to figure this out with no success.

I recently observed that 46.7% page requests are made by Fonts alone (274KB). I am me mentioning the top three below:
1. td-composer/assets/fonts/td-multipurpose/td-multipurpose.ttf
Size- 74.2KB
2. td-composer/assets/fonts/fonts-awesome/fontawesome-webfojt.woff2
Size- 75.2KB
3. Newspaper/images/icons/newspaper.woff
Size- 32.1KB
I am using WP Rocket. I can preload google fonts but I am unsure how preloading the above 3 will help (or not).
Is there any way I can remove dependencies on them?

I want to add a Copyright on the footer. I want the year to be dynamic and not static. I have used this pluginCurrent Year and Copyright Shortcodes and used the provided shortcode on an Inline Text element in tag div composer. However, the shortcode does not generate the year.
What is the way to a dynamic year in my footer either through Newspaper or a shortcode like the above?

yesterday we did update to latest Newspaper release 12.2 and now mega menu isn’t loading sub-categories anymore.
Loading icon keeps spinning.

We tried to disable all plugins on a staging site but issue still persist.
Firefox debug console shows this but I’m not sure if it’s related:

If you want to update the theme, you should download the latest version of it from Theme Forest account and download it.

I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/

when I updated to the Newspaper 12.2 , I found my website was infected with virus where the website was completed dead and my hosting company told me it was sourced from one of your auto installed plugin – td composer. Please see the below for details.

Hello, I’ve been using your Newspaper theme for quite a while. Purchased the theme and whenever I have tagDiv Composer plugin activated, my website is struggling. First the speed is absolutely decreased and I’m often getting different errors. The site is going down and getting this Bad Gateway 502 error too! And yes, I’ve read the requirements, and my site meets them all.
I’ve also updated my .htaccess file as u wrote in the requirements. However, only the speed improves while still getting the same errors way to often.
I need some ASAP assistance because I need my website alive, and if I deactivate the tagDiv Composer plugin the theme is useless because I’m not able to edit it.

I was able to change the author box font successfully but, unfortunately, the tagdiv composer doesn’t work for the excerpt text on the home page. Even if I change all the fonts to the same sans-serif (Lato) it still shows the default serif font (Brawler): see screenshot. Not sure what is going on. I can share login details with you privately if you want to inspect?

Please edit with tagdiv Composer, not use the option Customize; select the banned in the tab image you can set your image or code.
The ad box has 3 sections for ads: using theme panel ads -> https://i.imgur.com/KFa9ibl.png, using images/banners -> https://i.imgur.com/MfAPTaE.png and custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/2rh8SuD.png save it and will appear on the post (you can set a shortcode like a shortcode from adrotate plugin or other plugins).

The “Errors at columns elements: 3(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or a plugin conflict, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on the header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persists), this is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and it can be fixed using the page revision.
