Hi! Every time I do an update of Newspaper, the tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library plugins uninstall themselves.

This causes my website to look like this after every update:

Now that I’m aware this is happening, I know that I just have to go and re-install those plugins everytime there’s a Newspaper update, and then clear the site cache to make the site look normal again. But it’s a bit annoying, and I’m fairly sure it’s not meant to be like this.
Any suggestions for how I can fix this?
Hello,
If you want to create a sidebar please do it with tagDiv Composer like in this guide from the frontend https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/. Also, I recommend you to use a Flex Block -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
Hello!
The child theme is not overwritten by the update. If you’ll have some custom modifications directly in the theme files, then better save the code and replace it after the update.
Make sure that the posts use a cloud template in order to edit them with the TagDiv Composer.

Hi,
The content of a page can be anything you want, build it with the composer for example
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/
The header however will be the same across the whole website. The Newsmag theme doesn’t have the capabilities of the Newspaper theme, which allows using different headers/footers for each page if needed. So the header will be the same one everywhere. The content and design of the page content can be built in any way possible.
If you have questions or need help, let me know what you would like to do and I will provide assistance.
Thank you!
Hello!
That element is a flex block, so you have some settings to adjust the way images looks like in the TagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello!
It should be in Composer too, otherwise please make sure there is not a plugin conflict or a sticky row. If that row is sticky, disable the option or deactivate the sticky header from the Website Manager.
For easier navigation, we have this tool: https://www.screencast.com/t/JVYklvqk
Thank you!
Hello,
The element is the WOO Menu Cart, which is use for shop (you need to have the tagDiv Shop and WooCommerce plugins activated). This can be added with tagDiv Composer, where you want -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ntcc9iPHv
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m glad you resolved the issue.
Also, to translate the “If you’re not happy with the results, please do another search.” you need to go in Theme Panel -> Translations -> Translations -> https://i.imgur.com/6umDNqI.png -> https://i.imgur.com/vnH5GZp.png
The text “Search” can be changed in the search template, edit with tagDiv Composer, select the search form and edit the text -> https://i.imgur.com/aQZtnmi.png
Thank you!
Hello,
Please notice that we are using bbPress for creating our forum but it was custom made. For more information about how you can create your own forum, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-bbpress-forum/
Also, this cannot be edited with the tagDiv composer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/edit-with-tagdiv-composer-not-showing-on-pages/
Thank you!
The new updates are hugely buggy. I had to downgrade from 11.4.3 to 11.4.2 because the menus on desktop were inaccessible. Update to this: the menus are inaccessible on 11.4.2 when logged in.
After downgrading, I can no longer access the admin panel from the homepage when logged in because if the location of the little buttons to create a mobile page and to ‘load templates’.
The recent update (maybe to 11.2 or so) broke the formatting for the posts loop of latest posts. The photos disappeared, and now it’s only 1 column even though 2 columns is set in the options. This issue is weird because it looks fine in TD Composer, but doesn’t work when it renders the page.
When can we expect the bugs to be taken care of?
Hello,
Which should be done first so that the change does not go away in the update there is no problem with the operation of the theme ?
1-First create a Child theme. then making changes to the child theme.
2-Making changes to theme files. Then create a child theme. Then select the child theme.
I see tagdiv composer only on pages. I do not see it in the posts. Is this normal?
Thank you for reply.
Please read above, I was already stated that –
Mobile new look/version is seen on desktop (already shared screen shot), but on mobile device it shows old look/version.
I was already cleared all chache from browser, wordpress cache plugin, CDN and from hosting account.
But, If “I deactivate tagDiv Mobile Theme”, then only it shows new changes/look on mobile device.
and When “I activate tagDiv Mobile Theme”, then site shows old version on mobile device.
Pl. Note: I was not created Mobile page with tagDiv Composer and here is the proof of that – https://www.screencast.com/t/RKTEORAy
I was also tried to deactivate all pulgins and activate one by one. Also uninstall Newspaper theme and install it again, but no works.
I also checked on different mobile devices, but it shows old look.

And this is what I see on the front page of my iphone when I pull down the page. You can see the extra block, that I cannot see in Composer.
https://prnt.sc/oaYXCb8zbl8-
I do not see this extra block on the other pages of the website. And like I say, I cannot see it in composer.

Hello,
You can use AMP, but we offer support for the mobile version only with mobile theme + AMP plugin and set for AMP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/ => https://i.imgur.com/1kMs1ds.png and set the AMP for posts => https://i.imgur.com/GLEeeoZ.png, but you can’t customize the layout for AMP with tagDiv Composer.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!
Hello @frank3011 !

Hello!
This issue has been discussed already here, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/rollover-color-for-hyperlinks/
Please note that the link color for cloud templates can be changed individually on each page from the TagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Getting below error when I try to edit my home page with tag div composer
Error at zones: 6(models) : 7(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
I tried by deactivating all plugins, but nothing fixed. When I deactivate Tag div composer, its just showing code and no errors 🙂
How to fix this?
Hello!
I’ve checked your website and it seems to look correctly on responsive.
You can adjust the images from the elements in Composer from desktop/tablet/mobile viewports.
Thank you!
Thank you for information on how to delete rows and columns but I have known how to do that for a long time. The problem is that I cannot SEE the row to delete in Composer. Here is a screen shot of what I see in composer https://prnt.sc/6FL9VeClBx7l. How do I find the row that appears in my iphone but that I cannot see in composer?
Hello!
In Composer, you can drag & drop the elements in the header how you’ll like, split the row in how many columns you need and design it visually in our builder.
For more information about the TagDiv Composer builder, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thank you!
Hello!
By editing a page with TagDiv Composer you could delete elements but also the row called “Empty column”.
You could try to delete it like this: select the row, press the button delete from your keyboard, then with your mouse select “YES”.
Also you have another option too, check this: https://www.screencast.com/t/pxuOzYIIpcG
Please let me know which problems are still persisting, so I can help you efficiently.
Thank you!
I have setup the Mobiel Home page successfully. It has four Menu options. All work fine except the “Home” option. On clicking it shows the Desktop Page and not the Mobile Home page which is showing correctly in TagDiv Composer. Pl advise. You can check this here http://www.captainajitsirohi.in
Hello, I am getting fatal error on tag div composer

What to do?
Hello!
It is working well. Right-click on the link and open it in a new tab.
You should import a cloud template in order to edit the way articles look with the TagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
