Hello,
If the template looks fine in the editor of tagDiv composer, but after it is assigned to a post it appears without a sidebar most likely it is a problem caused by the WPbakery plugin.
Please notice that we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
Let me know about your results!
Thank you!
Hi,
I edited the search page with TagDiv Composer and and deleted the offset in the Post Loop element and this helped.
But now I have noticed that when I search with a word which has more than one page search results, then all the 10 pages show the same results of first page.
Awaiting solution.
Sophia
Hi,
Yes, you can filter the posts that you want to display on your homepage, for this you must have a static homepage , this can be edited with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/55qIWkz.png -> https://i.imgur.com/NUoNRnQ.jpg select the blocks and check the filter tab for blokes
Hope this will help you!
( https://prnt.sc/11s0bty ) this is the correct form that should appear but it is appearing like this in all mobiles: ( https://prnt.sc/11s0dls ) it’s not the way I left it in the newspaper.
1 https://prnt.sc/11s0p2d
2 https://prnt.sc/11s0pqc
3 https://prnt.sc/11s0qe6
4 https://prnt.sc/11s0opq
If in my tagDiv Composer settings are correct, why on mobile phones the layout format does not remain as I left it ??
Thank you.
Stripe checkout stopped working after the last update of newspaper 10.4. The memberpress and stripe support team investigated the problem and said that “The tagDivComposer plugin is breaking the Stripe.js library. You will need to contact the developer to fix it as it’s breaking the global javascript code.” They put a temp fix that got Stripe checkout working again and you can see what they did at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Sjq1UyiezdsfG0GDIKKEUdaH3WHWpITX/view?usp=sharing
However, this workaround has stopped a lot of TD Composer’s functionality (like right click, color selection etc.)
Could you provide the download link for the previous version of TD Composer please?
Thanks
I have had the same problem since the last update of composer. The memberpress and stripe support team investigated the problem and said that “The tagDivComposer plugin is breaking the Stripe.js library. You will need to contact the developer to fix it as it’s breaking the global javascript code.”. They put a temp fix that got Stripe checkout working again and you can see what they did at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Sjq1UyiezdsfG0GDIKKEUdaH3WHWpITX/view?usp=sharing
However, this fix stopped a lot of TD Composer’s functionality (like right click, color selection etc.) I have reported this information to Tagdiv two weeks ago as a bug report but haven’t heard anything back yet.
I’m really hoping that the next update fixes it.
Stripe checkout is frozen, until tag div composer is disabled, then it works. So far , I have tried:
1. checking on a different server on staging
2. disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, Stripe and tag div composer
3. reverting the theme and tagdiv
4. reverting woocommerce
5. trying a few different stripe for woocommerce plugins
6. creating a COMPLETELY NEW BLANK SITE and installing WooCommerce, stripe plugin, theme and tagdiv
And the issue is still there.
If needed, I can provide access to the staging site. Thank you.
First of all, try to do these steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cahce plugin exists)
Also make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Let us know about your results!
Thank you!
Hello,
I tried to update the Newspaper theme from 10.39.1 to 10.4 on a staging environment but WordPress responded with a critical error on the frontend. I deactivated all plugins except the composer and cloud gallery and the issue is still there. The staging is not public so I can’t post a URL.
No cache plugin active and the system status is alright. All requirements are good.
I tried only deactivating the composer and the issue was gone. Of course, the whole website wasn’t looking nice without it. According to the debugger the issue lies with the new CSS analyzer:

Hello!
From the theme panel settings you are not able to set the width of the content or set up some custom margins. All these settings are available in TagDiv Composer plugin which is compatible only with a cloud/PRO template.
Thank you!
After a lot of effort, I couldn’t get the theme for my site. I cannot find an email contact on your site so I will send this here. I found the Tagdiv composer very cumbersome. Please let me know how I can can a refund. All best
Hello,
You can enable the option the Auto Loading on the Single Post Template with tagDiv Composer -> Show site wide settings => https://www.screencast.com/t/4RnV1CnxiuA
From here, you can choose to display previous posts, recent articles, or ones from the same Category.
Thank you!
Hello!
Yes, it is ok. Edit that weather element with TagDiv Composer, delete it and add it again.
If there is still persist the issue, then check in the files if you have that picture from that error.
Let me know about your results!
Thank you!
Hi,
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Seems you have installed the Mobile theme plugin => https://www.screencast.com/t/KqhPuJV43yf. If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Also, if you create a mobile page, please check if is set correctly => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
Thank you!
Hello !

Hello!
Try to re-install the plugin Cloud Library and TagDiv Composer and please start looking for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello !

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.

Hello !
That you should be able to change using tagdiv Composer. Open tagDiv Composer and scroll to the bottom of your page, there you should be able to click and change that element: https://www.screencast.com/t/oN4gT1cIeB

Hello !
Newspaper Theme does not offer in Post editing options. By using the tagDiv Composer plugin you are able to edit only the Templates, not the actual content. On pages you can use tagDiv Composer to create content using different elements from it ( text with image, RAW HTML, etc.. ) but on post content you will be using the standard features.
On the 3rd. Question, unfortunately that cannot be done.
Question 4. Can you send us a link to that demo in order to inspect and see what can be done.
Question 5. It is what we recommend. Mobile Theme plugin offers less customizability but better page speed.
Newspaper theme is fully compatible with Adsense ads.
I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !
Hello !
Using tagDiv Composer you can only edit cloud library templates: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Single post templates can be edited using tagDiv Composer where Standard templates can be edited only from Theme Panel.
Can you let me know which setting of Instagram do you mean please ?
Thank you !

Hello,
If you have a Pro Prebuilt Website, then the settings will not be applied.
You can disable the date/comments count and author if you edit with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/2vHDs0uoirb, select the block and in the tab called “Layout” are the options for date/comments and author to hide on each module => https://www.screencast.com/t/4iV60yIz -> https://www.screencast.com/t/XWcO58ogc -> https://www.screencast.com/t/zbYiWa9zeX
Hope this helps you!

Hello,
In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 2(models): 0(dom). T.. The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
For this error, you can check our guide from here at point 5 -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ also after trying the steps from our guide you do not get any good results, You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin login, as well as cPanel and credentials. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Let me know the results!
