All I need is for the support team to point me to the function /hook that is responsible for the AMP pages to pick the single.php from the td-composer plugin and not from the child theme.
Hii, 2 Days back I installed Newsletter plugin and then activated that plugin after that TagDiv Composer has been stopped working. It is showing “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions” this when I open TagDiv Composer… Please resolve this problem.

Hi, I have few subpages under /feature page at my website which are created using tagDiv composer.
I did “Edit Page” and changed the page heading text. And as I saved it, all of the subpages of /feature page automatically added a string at top. Please take a look at following link

I can understand, I should have used the “Edit with tagDiv Composer” option. I want to know the reason of adding the text at other subpages of /feature.
Please try to explain the reason of it.
Just installed the theme and it looks great. But, the tagdiv composer isn’t showing at all. I tried deactivating it and reactivated it and still nothing.

On my newspaper theme on the category page it does not have ‘edit with TagDiv Composer’ … all the other options are there, just not the composer.
How can I access the composer in another way?

After installing 10.4 and the basic demo site, I noticed that the drag and drop function is not working in the Tagdiv Composer. When I drag and drop a “row”, the word row is added, that’s it. None of the other elements can be added either. All needed Tagdiv plugins are installed, all other plugins are disabled, still broken. I have uninstalled/reinstalled Tagdiv Composer from the folder, still broken. I downgraded theme to 10.3.9.1 and Tagdiv Composer works perfectly. I am using WP 5.7 and PHP 7.4.16. This doesn’t work for me if I use TagDiv composer. It is possible that this css that they indicate works only in the template without TagDiv visual layout and for the composition with the visual editor you need a different CSS.
Latest update version 10.4, Tagdiv Composer does not work properly, getting section drag and drop problem, section delete problem, etc. Please fix these error and let me know quickly. Until, I am going to use the last version 10.3.9.1.

we just upgraded the theme to v10.4 and started using the TagDiv Composer.
We copied some widgets written in raw HTML code into our homepage and single posts template, but we encountered this error: “Errors at columns elements: 4(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”.
Now the TagDiv Composer editor is stuck at the error and doesn’t allow to add, edit or remove elements.
We’d like to remove the last HTML widget we inserted that caused the problem, but we can’t for this reason.
How can we solve this issue to get the composer working again?

Hi – I’d like to change my default post template. I’m currently using Style 7 from the theme panel. I started trying to use the cloud templates but way too many errors and confusing – esp with fonts – they never work. Can I import Style 7 as a start to the cloud library and make adjustments from there?
Also, when making changes, how can we use a sample post as a test? The way I’ve been doing it, is actually changing a live post to the new template, so I can see how it looks because the composer is blank. Is there a better way to see what the template will look like with my actual content?

Hi,
i now made some changes to the design of http://www.basketball-pressemeldungen.de so that i am fine with it. I am just having the problem that the area latest posts (= Neueste Artikel) at the end of the content cannot be deleted. If i open the tagDiv Composer i can edit or add all areas in the content section just not this last part of it.
Any ideas what i can do to delete this?

Hi,
i was editing my website with tagDiv Composer and after i finished my work i saved and closed this menu. But if my friends go to the website it still shows the old design even when i my browser is still the new one which was saved. I tried several browsers on my computer and just on the one i did the changes they are shown. In all others not. I already delete history and caches in the browsers.
Anyone has an idea why the website is not updating?

My 404 page is broken as well. I deactivated the tagDiv Composer plugin, reinstalled it through the Newspaper theme, and purged my cache, but the problem persists. I believe the only issue with the 404 page is that the menu bar is not displaying correctly.

I tried clearing the cache, but it had no effect. When I went back into tagDiv Composer, I saw that my alternate logo had not been saved, so I put the URL back in, and then it showed up in the preview again — but it still didn’t show on my phone. I saved everything, closed the composer, and went back in again, and the logo was gone again. So it seems like my changes are not being saved by the composer. Am I missing a step somewhere?
