Hi,

I think that you want to have an overlay, the one from your screenshot is an overlay menu – https://i.imgur.com/no6gI6E.png

Hello!

I could really use your help!

I’ve set up a new website using WordPress (on GoDaddy hosting), installed the theme with all required plugins, and successfully imported the demo content. The site is working fine, and I can create and edit posts.

However, whenever I click on TagDiv Composer, I’m redirected to an error page.

Here are some additional details about my environment:

Hosting: GoDaddy

PHP version: 8.3.20

Database: 10.6.21 MariaDB

htaccess:

php_value max_input_vars 5000
php_value max_execution_time 300
php_value post_max_size 50M
php_value upload_max_filesize 50M

<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>

<IfModule mod_headers.c>
Header always append X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN
</IfModule>

I’ve followed all the recommendations in your documentation, including plugin activation, memory limits (256M).

Could you please advise what might be causing this issue with TagDiv Composer and how I can fix it?

Thank you in advance for your support!

I just moved to TagDiv composer recently. When I edit posts, I don’t see a button where I can edit using the TagDiv composer. Instead, I can only see the default wordpress editor. How do I edit the post using TagDiv composer?

I have the same problem: “Issue 1: Filters Redirect to Archive Page

When selecting a filter on a page using Flex Loop elements in tagDiv Composer, it redirects to an archive page instead of updating the content dynamically on the same page. This issue occurs when the ‘multiple’ setting is disabled. We need the filters to work without redirecting, updating the results dynamically on the same page.” Is there a fix for this issue?

Hi,

I’m using the latest version of the Newspaper theme with tagDiv Composer, but I can’t find the filter options for:

“Show Exclusive Posts Only”

“Show Bookmark Posts Only”

Can you please confirm where exactly these options appear and how to use them?

Thanks.

Calin, your obligation is to maintain a static website. I can’t just put a simple HTML code. Both through the DAV Composer and the WordPress editor, everything comes out crooked and misconfigured, as I showed in the video.

Look at this. I can’t put any HTML code that is crooked and misconfigured.

I tested the same code in an HTML test and it should stay that way.

About support, I was going to buy two more themes from you to use the same website in other languages. Another simple problem to solve, I’m reluctant to analyze the problem in depth. Something fundamental is to keep the theme static, without pulling it from one side to the other. I’ve never seen this before, besides making everything crooked and out of alignment, it even messes up paid plugins. Then you come and tell me you don’t have to do it, I tell you, I can make a sequence of videos in English, exposing to millions of followers, all my anger that I have with this theme. The ones who will lose out are you.

it was supposed to come out this way, as the forecast shows, with my HTML ready.

the radio above and localization with the Brazilian flag.

look how it’s coming out. horrible, this theme is messing up everything

Hi,

If I’m not mistaken, you’re currently using the latest theme version, 12.7.1 — is that correct? If so, please download the updated tagDiv Composer plugin from the following link: – https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/td-composer.zip
After downloading, replace the existing plugin on your website with this one. It includes a fix implemented by our developers.

Thank you!

Hi,
I’m glad that the problem has been resolved!
For Tag Div Composer Draft are you referring to page, that one has the name of builder? if not, can you please provide some more details? maybe a screenshot?
Thank you!

Thank you very much for your advice. I followed it, re-downloaded the theme from Themeforest, installed it, and everything is working fine except for one detail: I see the words ‘Tag Div Composer Draft’ on the homepage and I can’t figure out how to remove them. How can I do it? Thank you very much

Hi,
This situation is caused by an extra plugin that push notifications in tagdiv Composer and move the composer editor down – https://i.imgur.com/5I2KpDa.png
Please try to edit the footer from this place – https://i.imgur.com/a7GAKe4.png the footer should be set at the middle of the screen, like this – https://i.imgur.com/x5YrHbD.png
I hope this will help you to edit the latest line without needed to disable the extra plugins.
Thank you!

Hi,
Use tagDiv Composer, edit the homepage and scroll down to the footer and select that copy right text and just replace it – https://i.imgur.com/UEP5R9j.png

Hi, I just want to implement a filter bar in Tag div composer similar to standard pack where user can choose between latest and most popular content within the category. How I can do it?

Calin

Hi,
First please make sure that you use the last theme version 12.7.1 and last WordPress version, after that please do a test using only tagDiv plugins to see if the problems with “When we try to upload a post we get the following error:” is still persisting, is possible to be a plugin conflict.
The “Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Tra …” is just a notice, this will note affect the website for logged users or visitators.
When you see shortcodes like this [tdb_header_weather icon_color=”#ffffff” …] it is because one of the theme plugins taht provides that shortcode is disable and you need to install/enabled the tagdiv plugins (can be tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library …)
Thank you!

The website is maintenance mode, therefore I can not see the problems you are facing. Can you provide some screenshots? Those problems are only when you edit with tagDiv Composer?

Hi,
The logo image from momentum is a svg, you need to use tagDiv Composer select the logo element and remove the svg code from svg tab – https://i.imgur.com/jRt7D5U.png

Hi,

If you no longer want the website to be boxed check in the theme panel to be sure that you do not use a background color – and the boxed version is unchecked – https://i.imgur.com/s6xkqkR.png also you are not using any background image – https://i.imgur.com/GfALDMv.png

Related to Contact forms, make sure that you remove the css from all places, the css can be set in the theme panel, can be set using live css, can be set inside tagDiv Composer using a css element or even in a child theme, after that you need to make sure that the cache is cleared.

Thank you!

Hi,

This deepens on the elements from your website, there are elements that use the global settings from the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/uP8AcOm.png but most of them use fonts per page and per template, those can be edited using tagDiv Composerhttps://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
Thank you!

Hi Ari,

1. You need to use tagDiv Composer edit the homepage and select the logo from header, then select the svg tab and remove the code from there – https://i.imgur.com/zkR1mV6.png this operation is need to be done on all header logos you are using (header, footer, sticky header, mobile header) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
2. From blocks it can be removed globally using the theme panel settings from Theme panel > blocks settings > meta info on modules/blocks – https://i.imgur.com/daSq2MT.png and for removing it from articles use tagdiv Composer to edit the single post template, and use the right click on element you want to delete – https://i.imgur.com/rl6q5O2.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/GTJmGPV.png
3. Unfortunately the element for the location is not working like that to display for each user the location where he/she is accessing the website, sorry!

Thank you!
