PRO/cloud templates are the same and those can be edited by TagDiv Composer plugin.

In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 6(models): 7(dom). T.. The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.

Also, this page was created with tagDiv composer or did you use another page builder?
Sometimes this problem can also be due to a conflict the plugins, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

If you use a Prebuilt Websites Pro you can set ads in the Ad Box from tagDiv Composer
The ad box has 3 sections for ads: using theme panel ads -> https://i.imgur.com/KFa9ibl.png, using images/banners -> https://i.imgur.com/MfAPTaE.png and custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/2rh8SuD.png save it and will appear on the post.

Also, the shortcode can be set with tagDiv Composer in column text or text with title in text area -> Edit Content =>https://www.screencast.com/t/yzHiFcS8g8 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/uDXaxJ8JSKFB.

The shortcode is automatically saved.

For the news ticker please try this setting in the tagDiv Composer for mobile layout only: https://prnt.sc/zukvr5 That will add a line height that should fix the issue. That can be adjusted to your preference.

The back to top arrow can be changed only using CSS code. For example, if you want to remove that arrow you can use this CSS code:

}
Set this code in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom css.

Please check if you have the latest version of the theme, v10.3.9.1.
Also, if you have the last version please deactivate the tagDiv Composer plugin, delete it and re-install it from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/hpckcc2K
