Hello!

I checked your website and everything seems to work fine. Also, you can not edit a homepage with Mobile Theme plugin.
If you will create the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thank you!

Hi,
The default Google Fonts: Open Sans and Roboto.fonts can be enable/disable from here -> https://imgur.com/eViu8D4 those are use for classic elements and templates. For pro it can be set only with tagdiv Composer.
The footer template can be edited only from frontend, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to footer, or if you want to assign one, use the manager -> https://i.imgur.com/Q5PeHkp.png (the footer templates does not have the button to be edited in backend).

Hi,
Indeed is look that this problem is only on homepage, is possible to have set an individual header and not the global one.
Also make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict to have problems with tagdiv Composer, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem still persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and include wp-admin, cPanel and the link of this thread. I will investigate the problem.
Thank you!

Hi Topfgartenwelt, if you want, you can use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, edit it with tagDiv Composer, and set the featured image size that you want on responsive version -> https://i.imgur.com/tnA3MAu.png this can be done for each view port.
Also you can use the mobile page and create mobile post templates -> https://i.imgur.com/Pn7UN8g.png
Unfortunately for the moment this option is not available on mobile theme.
Thank you!

It looks like your page configuration is not set properly. Edit the page using tagDiv Composer, and set the ROW to have only 1 column: https://www.screencast.com/t/pYjjRZiWOQlV

You can add a podcast by following these steps:

Post Format => Audio,
Paste your audio link in the empty label called “Featured Audio”.

Hi,
After automatic wp update to version 5.6 the tagdivcomposer is not showing up anymore on pages and posts on the backside.
If you are logged in and are viewing a page from frontside it is there though and i’m able to work with the page.
Is there any option to enable it again on backside? Or is there something else we can do?

Regards

I have created a page using TAGDIV Composer and saved it as my home page. This page now appears on top of every other page I have created. not sure what I have done.
