Hello !
Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.
Let us know the results.
Thank you !

Hello!
If you are using the Newspaper Pro demo which has cloud templates for posts, categories, etc, then the modifications made in the theme fonts section of the theme panel will not be applied on these templates.
The solution for your problem is to edit a post with TagDiv Composer, select the element called Page Title and modify the font down there. When you modify a post like that, all your posts using that template will reflect the changes.
Thank you!

Hello !
Now you can do that by using the Website Manager in tagDiv Composer as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/S3cWRrg1aR

Hello!
In our theme you can use TagDiv Composer to easily edit your pages.
For more information about it check our tutorials right here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello!
This link which you provide me is not working.
There are 2 options here:
1. If you want to set up an URL and you use the default footer templates, then you can access Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Social Networks -> Social Networks and find the Twitter section and paste your URL there.
2. Or if you use cloud templates, then go to your front page, edit it with TagDiv Composer, go to the footer section, find the social element, edit it and there you can find out the Twitter label and paste your URL there.
I hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
After some weeks of working on my website with TagDiv Composer, now, it isn’t working (blank screen).
I got 2 errors from the admin console when i try to load the page with TagDiv COmposer :
1 :
td_wp_admin.min.js?ver=10.3.7:135 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘outerWidth’ of undefined
at td_wp_admin.min.js?ver=10.3.7:135
2:
Failed to set referrer policy: The value ” is not one of ‘no-referrer’, ‘no-referrer-when-downgrade’, ‘origin’, ‘origin-when-cross-origin’, ‘same-origin’, ‘strict-origin’, ‘strict-origin-when-cross-origin’, or ‘unsafe-url’. The referrer policy has been left unchanged.
(but i modified the htaccess to put the “sameorigin”)
Can someone help me ?
Hello !
You can use the column text element in order to render shortcodes or use HTML codes.
Simply copy the shortcode and insert it in the text area of the column text as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/UEMEsVKog
Column text is an element from tagDiv Composer.
Thank you !
Hello !
That can be done using tagDiv Composer. Set your row using css tab as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/fXIkzsN6m set the bottom margin to -15px or adjust it to your pleasure.
Thank you !
Hi Calin & Tech Support,
See this https://prnt.sc/vm0h3z
My question is what is the name of modules and/or block is that if that can be applied using tagDiv composer? I can’t figure out myself, hoping you could help me out on this.
Thanks!
Hi Jukey123, normal the sidebar from desktop version should be set on responsive version (mobile) after the end of post content.
After some investigations I found this css -> https://i.imgur.com/Sif8UOR.png that is set the sidebar to the left. Did you made some changes to the single poste template with tagDiv Composer? Because is possible to be some custom settings that are apply on mobile version too. To see if this is, please get a new single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library and set it on posts to see if those are still displaying the sidebar on mobile.
Let us know the results!
Thanks Calin,
The mobile menu is now working. 🙂
The last thing I need help with is that my hero section on mobile is not showing the same on my mobile as in the td composer – please see my message above for screenshots of the issue.
Cheers,
Anna.
Hi Calin,
Never mind as I saw it in the Layout tab for that tagDiv composer “Post loops”.

Hi,
I’ve made a mobile page using cloud template – Magazine Pro
Using TagDiv Composer (and cloud template), I’ve made a mobile page for my Home Page (with Header: Video News).
All works perfectly on Home Page, but the Header does not appear on the whole site – for example, on the articles, there is the Header version of the responsive website.
How can I make the Home Page Header appear on the whole site and not only on the Home Page?
Thank you for your help !
Regards,
Are there any TD Composer Developer Consultants out there that are looking for a new Gig? We have a number of projects we could use FAST help with.
I have resolved the issue with the TD Composer. The issue was found in htaccess in the root directory which prevented the editor from loading in two different themes that were located on sub-domains.
I still have the following error when I inspect the home page, maybe this is an issue, or maybe it is an error that can be ignored, please let me know either way.

Hello Support,
I am currently using your Newspaper Pro demo, but my default “Post title” font in the theme fonts of the theme panel is not reflected in the single post template instead of using my custom font but the family font remain “Rubik”. Here’s the screenshot
Theme panel: https://prnt.sc/vlouro
Single Post: https://prnt.sc/vloxi9
Need your input on how to change it so it will reflect all blog post articles by not editing the element via tagdiv composer.
Thanks
Hi,
Normal if there was only a theme update, then there should be no changes, pleas clear all cache and purge the CDN (if you have CDN).
Check with tagDiv Composer that you have set the code set in post content -> https://i.imgur.com/YJGdxPC.png
Also the code that is apply (the one from your example) can be set like that only from elements, also check if you have set in theme panel a custom css -> https://i.imgur.com/Om2NrVm.png
Let me know the results!
Hi gogame, you can set svg logos on cloud headers from tagDiv Cloud Library using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/VcwrJ2s.jpg click on logo and remove the logo image and text if you want only the svg logo-> https://i.imgur.com/lJnTZZm.png then in SVG tab set your svg code -> https://i.imgur.com/qfuxAHH.png
Hope this will help you!
Hi m.wilhard,
This can be very easy achieve if you are using cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Composer. For example you can use a single post template -> https://i.imgur.com/TslFX9R.png then set the newsletter -> https://i.imgur.com/m5KVn8w.png
Or you can set the code that you set normally in Newsletter plugin in appearance > widgets in a text widget in text tab -> https://i.imgur.com/b9yLukt.png in this way you can use it in the classics way.
Hope this will help you!
