Hi,
I am using the template “Magazin Pro” and am looking for a normal GRID element to create a WP-Page [Posttype Page].
All elements of the composer are grid elements in which articles are already loaded automatically. Are there no elements that can be used to layout a landing page? Do you have to build them yourself in HTML?
If you have to build them yourself, can/should a regular <div class=”row”> be put into a ROW of the composer?

When NextGen Version 3.3.20 plugin is activated it’s not possible to edit Composer block – screen – https://prnt.sc/vccpei

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem persist, please set this code in functions.php -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/functions.php

Now the best way is using tagdiv Composer, but if I do not know exactly how the elements were set I can not help with screenshots step by step.

Hey TagDiv Team,
after moving to the live server the page is not showing/rendering properly and I just get a white page.
I imported the sql-dump and changed the URLs accordingly. Also a search&replace in the database was done.
Now when trying to edit any page in the TagDiv Composer I get
Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
All checks in the Newspaper system status are green.
When enabling the WordPress Debug the site ends with

Hi, thank you for your response.
But the mobile theme is not enabled, I haven’t installed the mobile theme. So why when editing in tag div composer the changes are visible on desktop and not on mobile.
For example, I added a “hero” on my desktop, but when I see on mobile, it’s not there, only header and footer. Also, the changes I make, the logo I change on the desktop is not reflected on mobile.
Is there any way to reflect the changes in the desktop on mobile too? i.e. responsive?

Hi,
We have disabled the mobile theme on some of our pages such as the ones below, but all the items in our menu (on mobile) are not showing, so its being displayed as an incomplete menu on mobile.

When we try to select a menu for the mobile display from the tagdiv composer, it saves successfully, but it turns back to “no menu” upon refreshing the page.
In comparison, here are some pages/posts with the mobile theme enabled, and the menu is being displayed completely on mobile.

We had to disable the image loading – animations (lazyload) feature. It’s working now.
for the auto placement of adsense ads…
I had to place the ads manually in the template using the composer and theme panel > ads
and use the adsense code and add some lines of code.

When I open a posts page and click Edit with TagDiv Composer, I cannot edit anything on it, same with the home page and I have to click open with tagdiv from the WP dashboard, but I cannot do that with my posts my only option is the top WP bar. Please help.
Also how do I edit the menu on the mobile version, as I want to remove the background image?
yep the problem is i use cloud template, but i need to use the comments.php from the child theme because a plugin that i’m using (wp comment addon of newsletters plugin), only works with the comments.php of child theme….. how can i do ?

Ok, now I understand, you want to edit the homepage, normal our theme was 3 page templates, now depends one the one that you have set -> https://i.imgur.com/d1QvjpE.png these files are on this path wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/page.php -> https://i.imgur.com/8yn5gyr.png or if you are using the latest posts -> https://i.imgur.com/uI50hCj.png then you need to edit this file -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/index.php

Indeed if you use WP 5.5 then you need to use Newspaper 10.6.1 or 10.3.7 because the compatibility was added only in 10.3.6.1
What you can do is to use and WP under 5.5 or update the theme.
Now I understand that your website is base on WpBakery, what you need to to is to use enable tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Standard pack and WPBakery, do not activate tagDiv Cloud Library because these plugins are not compatible.
Now because you have an old version, is possible that after update to appear some problems, but most of them we should be able to help to fix.
Unfortunately there is no plugin or tool that can convert the content made with WPBakery in content for tagDiv Composer, sorry!
What I suggest is to try this on staging or sub-domain to not affect the live website and after the update is stabilized you can change it on live website.

If I understand correctly, you set the ads in theme panel, here -> https://i.imgur.com/c6m9lYJ.png and there are no changings on live website.
You are using a pro demo, with a cloud header, those are not using the ads from theme panel. Pro demos are made using tagDiv Composer and cloud templates, all these can be edited with tagDiv Composer and the ads are set in ad box element -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-ad-spots/ ; the ad box has 3 sections for ads: using theme panel ads -> https://i.imgur.com/KFa9ibl.png, using images/banners -> https://i.imgur.com/MfAPTaE.png and custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/2rh8SuD.png

I think that the problem is that you have set an overlay header as global in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/aL31ECR.png this will apply on entire website.
What you can do to this this, is to set a different cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library as global, then edit the homepage with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/383IVrI.png select the header manager and set that overlay header -> https://i.imgur.com/4FVw8Xg.jpg
Or if you want to set the overlay header to a fix one, edit a page/category/single post template with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/DJ7oULy.png click on logo, then one header menu -> https://i.imgur.com/safAshz.png then set to display the menu as default -> https://i.imgur.com/Smuj33u.png -> https://i.imgur.com/6y3gete.jpg

I see that you are using a pro demo and you edited the single post template with tagDiv Composer to set the shortcode, but this is set on post template and it will apply for all posts, you need to set that shortcode in post/article -> https://i.imgur.com/Lk4tm2E.png.

You can edit the mobile layout using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/WdjlIo1.jpg select the flex block 1 and set on mobile view -> https://i.imgur.com/M1vO4kh.png then in layout you can set the numbers of modules per row -> https://i.imgur.com/Rnxn6m2.png
Unfortunately the number of posts is global for all view ports. If you want to have only one post on mobile, what you can do is to hide the current flex block on mobile and set another one with only one post, this need to be hide on rest of view ports and display only on mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/sM3qAkk.png, unfortunately this option will increase your page size.
Another option is to try the new option for mobile page -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
