After your reply my site was working fine until today, I have again the same issue: This page isn’t workingdiplomat.ccaceres.net didn’t send any data.

I tried following the next steps but still doesn’t work:
Please try the below steps:
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Clear all cache from your website, host and browser ( for browser use force refresh Ctrl Shift R ).
If the problem still persists, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
I don’t have any plugin active at the moment but the tagDivs.
Could you please help me?

That code need to be set in functions.php, if you are using the mobile theme plugin, then the code need to be set in the file from this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/functions.php

This can be done in two ways:
1. Use two tabs, in one of them you need to have the category cloud template and in the second one the search cloud template, then you should be able to use the right click to copy and paste that element.
2. Save that post loop as an element in tagDiv Composer -> https://tagdiv.com/right-click-menu-tagdiv-composer/ then this element will appear on cloud templates and pages where you can use it.

Is it possible to filter for specific categories in the header live search block that you can place on a page with the TagDiv Composer?
For blocks, such as Block 14, the filter tab provides the opportunity to apply a category filter. So in other words, is that function also available for the Header Live Search block?

The footer can be edited only from frontend, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to footer, or if you want to assign one, use the manager -> https://i.imgur.com/Q5PeHkp.png (the footer templates does not have the button to be edited in backend).
Also now I can see the footer and the page seems to be display correctly -> https://i.imgur.com/qwN88ZB.png but indeed sometimes appears the mobile version, this can be from the cache plugins you are using.

The problem is not the speed of the front office, i’m very happy with the front-office speed, the problem is with one specific feature of your theme… the TD COMPOSER, it will simply take ages to load, when it loads… its not a server problem, i’m using Siteground.com cloud server with 3 CPUs, 6 GB RAM, 40 GB SSD…
It wasn’t always like that, but about one week ago it started lagging…

Using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders or shortcodes ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor -> https://i.imgur.com/ho41rUl.png and this content will be display on mobile theme, also the mobile theme will not display any sidebar)

These options are like this:
Mobile -> the mobile theme will apply only on mobile version.
Mobile + amp -> it will apply on both and it will have the same layout.
Amp -> the mobile theme plugin layout will be use only for amp version.

Our mobile theme plugin, does not had a sidebar page from beginning, this can be done only if you are using the responsive version not mobile theme plugin, or maybe you use the responsive version from mobile for some posts/pages -> https://i.imgur.com/iBw8NgX.png

For a Third Party (Ad Inserter PRO) using on cloud templates or pro demos, you need to edit them with tagDiv Composer and set an ad box where you want to have the ads -> https://i.imgur.com/Jra5zj3.png then in custom ad set the shortcode for your ads -> https://i.imgur.com/J2rmgQU.png
If you are using a standard post template is possible to work directly the Ad Inserter PRO.

Using Newsmag theme, you can use only the ads fields from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/WLUXJyG.png also the is another method to add some ads on pages, for this you need to use tagDiv Composer and the ad box element -> https://i.imgur.com/K4RzugA.jpg, this method can be apply on homepage only fi you are not using as homepage a blog (Your latest posts), only if you have set a static page -> https://i.imgur.com/LWb83SE.png

If you are using the Newsmag theme, then the button for tagDiv Composer should be display like this -> https://i.imgur.com/SgFqhSw.png but in order to can do this, you need to make sure that the homepage that you have set in Settings is a static page not a blog (your latest posts) -> https://i.imgur.com/jL3lyxD.png

I have setup my logo’s in the theme manager but also in the template from the tagdiv composer.
the image I chose has a alt text. but rank math say there are 8 images without.
what do I have to do? remove the logo’s from thememanager?

One question that I have regarding the new “Mobile Page” function, I’ve clicked by mistake on the option “Mobile Page” beside the “Edit with TagDiv Composer” button, on the top of my screen when editing my home page, now every time I log in into my home page it has a different format (Not configured in the same way it was before) and even after I delete the “Home Page – Mobile” from the Pages Menu on WordPress, it doesn’t go back as it was before…
If you guys wanna check the difference, just go to my website (https://ciclick.com.br), go to any other page (For example any post page), check how the page is build (Header and Footer especially), then go back to my home page and check the difference.
So with that in mind, do you guys know if there’s a way for me to rollback this process and make my Home Page behave the same way as the others (In a responsive way)…

I can’t even edit Footer – Default PRO template with tagdiv composer… what’s the problem ?

I deactivated, deleted and reinstalled the TagDiv Composer plugin. Cleared/ deleted the cache but the problem still exists.
The header has disappered on all templates (pages and posts) except for Home Page where I have used a different header. The TagDiv Composer opens on the home page but on any other template it just keeps on loading but does not go anywhere.
Please help urgently.

I had already created new content using tag div composer as you suggest in the third option.
If I use the mobile theme plugin with AMP only, as you suggested, I can only see the home page correctly, the other pages keep being blank.
I’ve set up the AMP: serve all the template as AMP.
What do you suggest, do I need to deactivate the mobile theme plugin or are there other solutions?

I also wanted to add a shortcode using td composer. I followed what you mentioned above. I don’t see column text element. I just see Text with Title (https://imgur.com/kc7RZHC). I tried adding Text with Title (https://imgur.com/DyRpyUl) & when I select Edit Content, editor doesn’t do anything it keeps spinning like this.
Any kind of help is much appreciated.
