Hi Calin,
Yes, I have added the reviews, but it still does not show in the posts. As soon as I update the post after adding review content, it switches back to general.
No other plugins than the newspaper’s own library are installed or activated.
Are you suggesting that I need to edit the template using the composer, just converting the single post into a review won’t work?
Hi Komal,
The Gourmet pro demo use cloud templates, therefore it can be edited using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/VouHHH9.png and make sure that you have add the reviews -> https://i.imgur.com/Ox914M2.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Sm7pyya.png the results will be -> https://i.imgur.com/0OdQz0R.png
Thank you!
So the link you provided has a link to a second article, moving away from wpbakery. https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
I deactivated and deleted the wpbakery and going to use the tagdiv composer option.
Hi,
The above screenshots are from the last theme version, Newspaper v10.3.7, in this version you can use tagDiv Composer to create a separate content for mobile devices.
Now if you are using the mobile theme plugin, then you have two options for pages:
1. You can display the responsive version -> https://i.imgur.com/onyOQiG.png
2. Set the mobile page content in mobile editor -> https://i.imgur.com/h2Jpt6P.png (please note that if you copy and paste the content from desktop page will not work in mobile editor).
Thank you!
Hi,
If you have hidden it on all devices then it won’t appear anywhere. Open the CSS section in the composer and enter this code in it – https://prnt.sc/pqi1z7 the row should then be visible so you can interact with it. Then you can remove the code, after you make it visible on at least one viewport
.td-pb-row.vc_row {
display:block!important;
}
I made a note to our developers to to try to find a way to can see the hidden element.
Thanks
Hello !
Each block is customizable using tagDIv Composer and you can change that as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/6pyZvtny
Thank you !
Hello !
Unfortunately WP Bakery will not automatically update with the other tagDiv Plugins. You have to do that manually as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Thank you !
I’ve created a Cloud Template Header with Fontawesome icons in it, for example shopping cart. But these don’t show up in the site. Also, when I look in Chrome devtools/Network/Font, I don’t see the Fontawesome font loading.
I can find a workaround for this when I put icons on a page, but obviously I can’t use this workaround on all my pages.
Could you please help me resolve this?
P.s. Please don’t refer to the old article about using the Fontawesome plugin, because the Fontawesome font is included in the Tagdiv composer, so this should work out of the box.
Thank you so much in advance.
Hi Pulse_editor,
If I understand correctly you want to use banner, for this you need to know that you can add theme using our guide from here -> https://i.imgur.com/CdzjKm3.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/
Now if you are using standard demo with standard templates, then you need to use the ads sections from theme panel.
If you are using a pro demo this is using cloud templates and it can be edited entirely with tagDiv Composer, therefore the ads can be set with this builder in ad box elements -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-ad-spots/ now the ad box has 3 sections for ads: using theme panel ads -> https://i.imgur.com/KFa9ibl.png, using images/banners -> https://i.imgur.com/MfAPTaE.png and custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/2rh8SuD.png
Hope this will help you!
Hi,
If you are using a pro demo, then you can edit it only with tagDiv Composer, the settings from theme panel are only for standard templates (normal demos).
You can change the Background Image from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/tWuLEFq.png or if you are using mobile theme plugin you need to change it from here -> https://i.imgur.com/Q3HcSri.png
Also the mobile menu in a pro demo can be set using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/iUNcnZd.png select the mobile view port and click on menu ->https://i.imgur.com/7vGS5wx.png
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, then you can set the menu from here -> https://i.imgur.com/yTICVO1.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi Pierre Graff, I’m sorry for the inconvenience and the problems you are facing using our theme!
Lets try one more time to see what are the problems and fix them.
If you are using the Influencer PRO – demo then all the settings need to be made using tagDiv Composer.
Also to can use tagDiv Cloud library the theme must be activate with a valid license key and the WP Memory Limit must be at list 256M.
If there is still a problem, please let me know what is the message that you get when you try to use the cloud library.
Please let me know what you want to edit and is not working, you can make a list with theme, if is possible please add some screenshots in this way it will be more easy for me to understand the problem.
Also please let me know what settings are not working and we’ll try to find a solution.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi @Calin,
From time to time I have problems that elements are hidden in the TagDiv Composer/ Cloud Templates or that I can’t show them anymore. e.g. After I had hidden the category grid for all devices yesterday, there was no possibility to show it again today, because I couldn’t see/grasp the raw anymore.
My suggestion would be to insert a small list in the TagDiv Composer Editor in the menu on the left side under the breadcrumb path. This list could contain all elements used on a Cloud Template/ TagDiv Composer Site and coud be used to select specific elements.
Thanks for considering this!
Hi,
If this posts loop is set with tagDiv Composer, please edit it and check these settings -> https://i.imgur.com/xqRPgrj.png also make sure that you do not have some plugins that are interfering with theme plugins, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there s still a problem, please provide me a link where I can inspect this problem.
Thank you!
Hi be2name,
Yes, now you can use tagDiv Composer to create pages and templates for mobile version as for desktop (using tagDiv Composer).
You can do that using this “+” -> https://i.imgur.com/4AIYKRB.png -> https://i.imgur.com/NJO7xlC.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
if you want to change the default post template then you need to copy the files -> https://i.imgur.com/X19arG2.png from -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/single.php
wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/loop-single.php and set theme in child theme, then the changes should work!
Thank you!
Hi
https://snipboard.io/VpKdk1.jpg
I don’t see the tagDiv Composer on frontend as well.
Hi ladof,
I think that you set an author using the plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/AXQGvf9.jpg only the normal author can be set using the flex block with tagDiv Composer, the authors set with plugin, maybe it can be edited using the the settings from that plugin or using css.
Thank you!
Hello !
Simply edit the post template using tagDiv Composer and insert a subtitle element as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/3LSXOIaLO5U

Hello !
Please note that on PRO templates you will have to use the tagDiv composer in order to edit the template. Find out more about it here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOT1RiNysIPCTPSnVZskwtQ or here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello !
Please edit your menu using tagDiv Composer and check your shadow settings as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/5GNUOSWZY

Hi! I have added the footer in cloud template and assigned it on the Theme Panel: https://snipboard.io/T2qzVL.jpg & https://snipboard.io/QAmbUE.jpg.
You can also see that when I want to edit the Footer – EN, the tagDiv composer is not available https://snipboard.io/N5qO3C.jpg
Some additional information – it seems when I create a new page, edited with the TD composer – it applies that page to every page. For example, it applies my ‘about us’ page to ‘home’ and the rest of the pages I created.
