That is a plugin conflict and appear only when you have enable WP Bakery plugin and you are using cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud Library or a pro demo, these can be edited only with tagDiv Composer.
Please check the plugins you have enable and if WP Bakery is one of theme disable it, clear all cache and check again.

You can make this in more ways, for example, you can create a menu in widget area and then you can set it in a list menu using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/2n2IFOP.png or you can use a column text and in wp editor the text and link -> https://i.imgur.com/0McaB8Q.png

So you just tell me now that i bought a template that is supposed to work with wpbackery as you sell it like this, but that is in fact not sure to work correctly with wpbackery??? And tagdiv composer is having lots of issues. So, what to use to edit properly pages with this template, text editor, maybe pen and paper???? Really not serious

You can edit your templates footer by opening the template using tagDiv Composer on the template: https://www.screencast.com/t/inVOnAjq after that you can choose your footer from web manager: https://www.screencast.com/t/yIYuLl7aCRIt and make sure that you have the same footer all around.

Hi, I am using Classic Pro Demo on my website. I was able to modify “Header Template” using tagDiv composer, but there is no option to edit “Footer Cloud Template – Classic PRO” using tagDiv Composer. Kindly guide me, how can I do that.
Hi Pierre Graff, I understand that you are upset, unfortunately I can not say for sure that in the feature will be no problems, the only thing that I know is that there will be some improvements between tagDiv Composer and wp bakery, but there will still not be recommend to use WP Bakery with cloud template.

Hi, I’m using Gourmet Pro. I want the top menu row to expand all the way to the edge of the screen. I can’t figure out where to do this after searching a lot in TD composer. My top menu has background color so it looks very weird now because there’s a lot of blank white space on either side of the menu. Thanks.

How do you create a hyperlink for a text in the TD Composer using the module it provides in Newspaper Theme?
Example such a “Terms Of Condition”, Privacy Policy, etc. I want it to link to another page pertaining to its headline.
I am trying to edit my homepage using Tag Div Composer however, each time I add an element, the screen darkens (as if it’s loading the edit) but it doesn’t actually edit the page. Also, it won’t let me edit the blocks/delete the blocks. I’ve had this problem several times.
I use Newspaper – Theme version: 10.3.6.1
For some day now, the TD Composer has been frozen.
I can no longer work.
When I click to modify an element or a block, it takes 5 minutes before I can work.
Often everything is planted.
Note: I can browse the articles on the website without any problem. In the back office, I can modify the other elements without problem.
The problem is with TD Composer.
1) I have installed the bundled js_composer. The error is related to the auto update feature which is NOT available when bundled. I uninstalled and reinstalled and for now the error is not being triggered.
2) Slider Revolution has an update available, BUT Newspaper does NOT have the updated version available for its customers. Slider Revolution references that the current installed version is 6.2.17 and states that version is 6.2.18 need to be installed for projects to be saved. Since it is a bundled version, the update needs to come from the Newspaper theme’s team. See: https://www.sliderrevolution.com/documentation/install-activate-and-update#plugin-updates
2a) what you are telling me is Newspaper bundles plugins as an incentive to purchase the product and then fails to provide timely updates, which is too bad because overall Newspaper is a great WP theme.
Solution:
As stated by tagDiv team on previous post, the cause is most likely from plugin incompatibility. Most common plugins to cause this issue are in relation to SSL, and SEO plugins. To troubleshoot disable all plugins aside from tagDiv > enable your plugins one at a time > clear cache after each activation > refresh TD Composer and see if the error persists.

Hi, the WP Bakery Plugin is an extra plugin that we provide for the users that do not want to use tagDiv Composer with tagDiv Cloud Library.
For the moment you can use this plugin only if you do not use cloud templates, also it can not be use on the same page where was use tagDiv Composer.
Hope that in coming update this plugin will be more compatible with tagDiv Composer, but with cloud templates I do not think that will work.
