The only changes that where made was only for Instagram and we added some new demos, there are no other changes for theme panel.
Please try the follow steps.
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
If the problem persists, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I got the answer of 2 and 3, however, in case of 1 I don’t get the options of Edit Template as shown in the video. Instead, I got the Edit post link, and when I click on that I got redirected to the edit post page, with the Gutenberg editor, not the td composer.
Instead of that, it could have better and easier if we had a place where we could mention that this ad should repeat after n paragraphs.

Using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders or shortcodes ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme, also the mobile theme will not display any sidebar)

For all following this topic and having the same issue please make sure you reinstall the tagdiv composer plugin then remove the connected Instagram account from theme’s panel > social networks section then use the “Connect Instagram Account” to reconnect your Instagram account.
For other 3 problems:
1. To solve the problem with the log title you need to add an inner row and set the layout like this -> https://i.imgur.com/EduX1C4.png and set the left inner column the icon and in the right one the post title after that in css tab set for the icon inner column a fix width -> https://i.imgur.com/aVN2tbC.png and for the other one sit it 100% – that fix width -> https://i.imgur.com/oHx2xan.png
2. For the number of subcategories, you need to edit the cloud header with tagDiv Composer and change the -> https://i.imgur.com/HBfJDew.png
For 3 problem, you need to activate the og: image, you can use our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/ use yoast seo (in this guide you will know how to display the og image using yoast plugin).

Hi Suuzzzz, indeed is look that the profile image from Instagram is not adapt on iPad/tablet also if you are using the widget Instagram and not tagDiv Composer the option for load and profile image is not available. I note these problems on our fix list.

Hi Aveine, as long you can continue editing the website using tagDiv Composer, you do not need to worry about that message.
Also what demo are you using? only pro demos are full editable using tagDiv Composer, if you are using the one mentioned above (Classic Blog Demo) this is using classic templates not cloud templates, therefore you’ll be able to edit with tagDiv Composer only the page content -> https://i.imgur.com/yNDPXBk.jpg.

Yes, for the logo only you can use SVG. In order to upload a SVG logo you will have to use a Cloud Library header. All the cloud library templates ( including headers ) are fully customizable using tagDiv Composer. Save your logo as .SVG ; open the saved file using notepad ( for example ) and copy the logo text and paste it in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/7iiOpnu7uoiR

Update: I deactivated all my plugins via phpmyadmin – I can access my backend again. But as soon as I activate td composer or td standard pack the site breaks.

However, I came across the following error. The profile picture is not responsive (see vertical tablet view).
Also, I cannot add a profile picture through the wp widget pannel. And I cannot change the look of the ‘follow’ button in this same panel.
