Please make a test, disable tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library, delete these plugins and reinstall them from Newspaper > plugins.
If the problem persist, please check the plugin conflicts, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I create a new page withtagdiv composer.
When I edit the page, select “Column text” element, and click in “Edit Content” botton.
The WP Editor open with no content, but que element have content.

Last week I migrated the site through cPanel. Everything went well except for two problems with the Newpaper theme.
1. I cannot import an save a pre-designed Templates from tagDiv Cloud Library. On click Import Template the page remains gray;
2. I cannot save or delete items in tagdiv composer. The page remains gray.
1.I tried to disable all plugins, empty the chache and try other solutions found on the forum but the problem remains unsolved.

I have a fresh Newspaper installation in my local computer and I have found the following problem:
– I create a new page and put some content in it with the tagDiv composer.
– I create a second, third, fourth… page with tagDiv composer and all of them are clones of the first page.
– If I delete all pages and create a new one, it comes with the same content.
This has happened twice already. First time I deleted the database and reinstalled the theme, but it has happened the same. I need to know what’s happening to continue with the site.

In order to remove the gap you can edit the page and set to the first row a margin top

Indeed if you are using PRO demos, the settings from theme panel will no affect website, because PRO Demos are build using cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library and are build/edit with tagDiv Composer. The view counter can be change, stop or reset, also you have the possibility to set manually the number of view, go in posts and enable the custom fields -> https://i.imgur.com/NavHTFn.png after that down in post will appear the the custom field options -> https://i.imgur.com/waKZBHe.png chnage it -> https://i.imgur.com/NAFEi9p.png and check the results.
The theme will count using the theme counter and analytics counts using it’s own counter. There is no simple way to make them both work using the same parameters.The real and unique value for your visitors is given by Google Analytics. Our post view counter will count any post-visualization, even if the post is visited twice by the same person and that’s why appear that difference.
To remove the view count from a cloud template like in your case, you need to edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer and use the right click to remove the elements you do not want to have.

It’s an emergency. I’m supposed to launch my media on sunday and i’m facing a problem with my TD Composer.
Many of the options doesn’t work. For exemple, I can’t get a previsualization when I click on the screens icons, of tablets, smartphone or desktop.I can’t neither delete a row or a block. When I click on delete, a black layer appears then nothing … like an empty pop-up. And the block element stills there.
Even when I delete the row with the css option “hidden”, I put a new element (block or grid), i can’t, few seconds after, change it again. The modification sticks on row or column, but no way to change the element.
I don’t think it’s a plugin conflict because i didn’t install a new one. I already worked with those I have without any problem.
How Can I Solve that ?
I have to design the main page for sunday. I can’t wait for the weekend !

Using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

I think that for mobile theme this can be solved if the sticky header will be remove, this can be done from wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js and search for tdAffix.init(“td-header-wrap”) this need to be comment like this -> https://i.imgur.com/EK2EIXq.png the the sticky from mobile theme will be remove, but I do not think that the problem is from there.

For displaying featured audio you need to use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud library and edit it with tagDiv Composer to make sure that you are using “Single Post Featured Image” not “Single Post Bg Featured Image” -> https://i.imgur.com/aMxxTqm.jpg this will display the audio player on post.

TagDiv Composer is a page and cloud templates builder and it can be use for single post templates (post layout), but you can not write post content with it.
Pages are use to display the summary of posts, is total different from posts.

If you set the BBpress forum shortcode in a row using tagDiv Composer, then you can use tagDiv Composer to stretch the row -> https://i.imgur.com/IRUKIJz.png this method can be apply on single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library too. another solution will be to use a custom css that to be apply only on BBpress forum

What Vlad S, want to say is that the theme is not resize the images, the theme is generate thumbs -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
The footer can be reduce from theme panel (if the footer is a standard template) or using tagDiv Composer and check the stretch row from footer template (if you are using a pro demo or a cloud footer).
