Hi,
I think that on the menu element is set a css that is apply first and only after that is apply the right css to make the menu look normal, unfortunately i can not say for sure what are the wrong settings, this can be find only checking the setting from menu with tagDiv Composer, if you want we can take a look, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
Hi,
The element should be there from the moment that is displaying on source code – https://i.imgur.com/pgxy9AR.png, pelase povide soem screenshots from the tagDiv Composer with this single post template.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can set back the “single post content” using tagDiv Composer or you can re-download the single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library and set it global -> https://i.imgur.com/QuSC6IZ.png -> https://i.imgur.com/VOE1RK4.png
What you need to know is that cloud template can be edited only using tagDiv Composer, this will not follow the settings from theme panel, these will be apply only on standard post styles.
Thank you!
Hi pratiek and Nagarig,
Please note that in this way was design the live search, that’s how it should work, now it was add the option to remove the live search, but you still do not like the way its displaying now the mobile search. What I’m trying to do is to help you to find a solution. Your ask is for a custom work these are perform by developers, not support staff, but I ‘m trying to help with a little custom work that I’m able do do.
To remove completely the ajax from mobile search you need to replace the js from file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js with this code -> https://pastebin.com/LBJxbytw in this way the mobile theme will no longer call the td_ajax_mob.php unfortunately for amp I can not find a way to prevent the ajax to be use.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello !
This can be found in here: wp-cah perontent/plugins/td-composer/mobile/style.css
Thank you !
Hello !
All the Newspaper Theme has been created using tagDiv Composer. Using any other page builder on them will not work.
Number of columns can be set as you can see here from tagDiv Composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/PoLUTDxgR
Thank you !
Hi,
Unfortunately this is not indicate, if you want to have inline ad placement you can achieved it for standard post style using the ads from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/mpEZ9HV.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/ or if you have single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you can edit it with tagDiv Composer, click on content -> https://i.imgur.com/DCnPKAO.png
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link to your website.
Let me know the results!
Hi,
This can be done using tagDiv Composer, in style tab you need to set the color overlay -> https://i.imgur.com/LK0RsjY.jpg
Thank you!
Hello !
Sorry for misunderstanding !
In order to edit a post template you will have to set one from Cloud library: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/ All the Cloud library templates are fully editable using tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello !
1.All the templates and pro demos are fully editable with tagDiv Composer. So you will have to use tagDiv Composer in order to make a change.
2. Please provide a link to your amp post so we can have a look at it.
3. Loop ads are not coming from Newspaper Theme. This option is not available at the moment.
4. In a post you can have a normal post content and smartlists. Therefore you will be able to set your ads for each one individually.
5. That seems to be a plugin conflict: please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you !
Hi,
If Home URL != Site URL Home URL not equal to Site URL” this will make problems for tagDiv Composer, this will not work correctly -> https://i.imgur.com/YlKdr2Y.png

Hi jvalin,
The extra shortcodes from classic editor that are set using custom code or extra plugins will apply only on the bcakend editor, the editor from tagDiv Composer will be keep clear, in this way it will prevent the problems that can appear.
Thank you for your understanding!
the multimedia content of my template is not seen, in the tagdiv composer is displayed perfectly, but no longer online
this is an entry with the template https://clinicadreo.mx/cuando-el-trabajo-depende-de-tu-imagen/ https://subefotos.com/ver/?2baf27b69425b5edf6b59a2f073d46a0o.png
this is my template https://clinicadreo.mx/tdb_templates/historias-exito/
7 days post sorting shows nothing
i read instructions from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/7-days-post-sorting/
and it says “Note: To use this feature please make sure your view post are active because the sorting option will pick posts that are popular in the last 7 days, ordered by page views. 7 days post sorting will not work if the page view is deactivated.”
But what does that mean, or where is the setting for it ?
I do not want post view count to be visible (the eye) and i hide it already from the views with cloud templates composer.
Hi there, sorry but that does not work. Since Template_7 is a TagDiv default template it is not editable in the TagDiv Composer. None of the default style templates are. Which is a real pain as they are great templates.
Is there a way to edit these templates in TagDiv Composer that I am unaware of? If so please let me know.
if not, could you provide Custom CSS for me to change the Title Text ins the modules.
Thanks
b…
I try to save a change in my TagDiv Composer, but it fails. I have to force the exit to register the change and it is annoying.
When I click save, the button is in an infinite loop and is not saved and it really stresses me out.
All the settings match the requirements and the problem persists.
Thank you for your answer. It is really helpful, but it does not fully cover all customization that I need. No issues with customizing CSS, I got that.
But, for example, these changes https://cl.ly/ef82ab315ae9 definitely required to add additional HTML code. So my question is how can I do that with “dynamic content build with tagDiv Composer”? I was hoping that you guys can point me to the way of creating custom blocks or something.
I know that I can create my own shortcode and make it work, but I want it to build it right, so that way my custom block will be native for the theme and TagDiv composer.
Tank you!
Thanks for picking this up but I have found the answer. It was not obvious that in composer you have to switch device view in order to see the template used a different logo. So simple when you know!
Hi,
You can do it using tagDiv Composer if you want you can add the widget sidebar element -> https://imgur.com/kdF2npr or you can set the code in a column text or text with title in text area -> https://i.imgur.com/dY3qluv.png -> https://imgur.com/CSPcls9
Thank you!
Hi,
1. You can do this by setting a different cloud header on the single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, in this way you can set on that cloud template the menu you want, this can be edited using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/NFrZATI.png -> https://i.imgur.com/6PjYfE2.png -> https://i.imgur.com/E6OTifc.png
2. If you want to set these post on pages, you can do this using tagDiv Composer and flex blokes.
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes, this can be done.
If you are using a standard footer style from theme panel that text will be set here -> https://i.imgur.com/eUJp6F1.png
If you are using a pro demo then you can edit the homepage with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/KsvGHN0.png go to footer section and use the right click to remove the text -> https://i.imgur.com/LTxIl4L.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
For a part of these changes is no need to edit any file, also this is a dynamic content (there are no html file) build with tagDiv Composer and cloud library.
-> https://i.imgur.com/NjxAYpa.png click on flex element and check the settings -> https://i.imgur.com/rAyEY3l.jpg the only think that con not be moved using the settings is the next prev buttons, but this can be done with some extra css, you can assign an extra class on element and use the custom css -> https://i.imgur.com/9rzqbrf.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Hope this will help you!
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
That line is a separator element, it can be remove using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/mB20ORd.png
I also see that you are using infinite loading option, but this is block by autoptimize -> https://i.imgur.com/bUSUcF7.png is possible that the settings from this plugin to block the search functions too.
Thank you!
Hi,
The social share buttons that you want to have on your website can be set from theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/ now if you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud library, you’ll need to edit it with tagDiv Composer and use this option to remove the like button -> https://i.imgur.com/fpS5KMG.jpg and you can set theme where you want in page/post content.
Also this -> https://i.imgur.com/UXVxix0.png is not a social share button is the newsletter widget -https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-newsletter-plugin/ you can set it using tagDiv Composer.
As for the performance using share buttons, I do not know if there will be some changes, these are static elements should not be affect the site speed.
Thank you!
Hi Eirini Malliotaki,
Unfortunately our support is not instant and it takes some time until we reply (we start answer in topics from oldest to newest).
Cloud templates are not affected by the settings from theme panel, these can be edited using tagDiv Composer for example -> https://i.imgur.com/QNXPfU2.png and use the right click to remove the elements you do not want on template -> https://i.imgur.com/hx5u9JF.png (also you can use drag and drop to delete the element).
Thank you!
