Hi,
Unfortunately I can not manage to recreate the problem on my install, may this is only on some cases or if you have same settings.
All cloud templates are saved in database like the settings from theme panel and these made using tagDiv Composer, therefore if you delete the theme or theme plugins, these will not be lost (in this way it made the update for theme).
Also make sure that you have the last version, Newspaper v10.3.5 and you do not have a plugin conflict.

I updated Newspaper and then went to try to edit my page using TagDiv Composer and it came back with this crazy ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR. Can you help fix it please?
Whenever I activate the tagDiv Composer, wordpress throws an error that I have to go in to cPanel’s file manager and delete the plugin manually so my wp site will work again.

I’ve recently came across this notice just before the wordpress tagcloud widget:

I would like to fix it just in case there’s something wrong.
It appears right before the WP Tag Cloud widget which I’ve added through the WPbakery pagebuilder.
I’m not too sure why and how this is appearing, would appreciate any help.

Is there a way to get these corrected?
I am updating 4 servers’ Newspaper theme from 10.3.4 to 10.3.5. They all connected to the same database. First 2 server updated successfully but till the 3rd server. When I pressed auto update button, WordPress said I have no right to access the page. And when I reload the page, Composer and Standard Pack Plugin become inactivate and even the 1st 2 servers also deactivated.
I have tried to reactive the Composer plugin on 1st server again but it failed. I have checked the file in 3rd server and confirmed that no theme files is changed. I think the problem is in database side. Can anyone tell me what how can I activate the plugin or downgrade back to 10.3.4?
P.S. I failed after it begin to verify the plugin. I have already tried to uninstall the Composer plugin and install again.

When I attempt to enable tagdiv composer I get a white screen of death.
I don’t have the website any more due to the undefinable issues, but this was the website I was creating.

You can see that the PageSpeed Score was 96% and YSlow was at 91%. I didn’t have any conflicting Plugins. And the website was hosted through WordPress.com.
Total Page size was 1.28 MB, but somehow the Fully Loaded Time was 18.9 seconds.
The site only had 10 posts, so it was not an issue with too much news.
I am aware that tagDiv Composer was essential to the theme, it seemed that the site speed was fixed after I uninstalled and reinstalled a demo, but after two weeks it just went to extremely slow loading time even though the page was optimized.
I looked at your guys’ guides already, and those didn’t provide a solution to this specific issue.
Maybe you guys can find something out through that GTmetrix link?
After the latest theme update, my newsletter block doesn’t work and I don’t see a newsletter block option in the composer. Is there any replacement for this??
I noticed recently that my td-composer isn’t working properly. I contacted my host in regard to an issue accessing a particular category (and one subcategory under it) of my website while others are working perfectly well. I get the HTTP ERROR 500. they channeled the issue and discovered it is from td-composer plugin. Whenever I disabled the plugin, the category works perfectly but you know I can’t make use of the newspaper theme without the plugin.
Please, I need your support on this, as the issue is from the plugin.

Hi,
In most cases that is a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
I think that this is a plugin conflict between tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery, you can use only one of them, you should decide which one you want to use, we recommend to use the tagDiv Cloud Library with tagDiv Composer these are the theme plugins.
Please deactivate the WPBakery and check the results!

Yes, you can use tagDiv Composer to adjust the theme width, unfortunately there is no general option for this, but it can be easily achieve, for example on homepage edit it with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/CaDwOxI.png click on row and stretch the layout -> https://i.imgur.com/VkAvQuC.png in you case you need to select it on 1400px after that click in css tab set margin right and left auto and the width you want (1260px) -> https://i.imgur.com/KU163G0.jpg
Also there is one more solution, you can stretch the the row on 1200px and set only margin left and right using “-” for example -30 -> https://i.imgur.com/w0QQ4dq.png -> https://i.imgur.com/s09N1uV.png

If you are using mobile theme plugin, then you’ll need to go in theme panel> mobile theme> theme fonts -> https://i.imgur.com/qpSkp9g.png and make there the changes.
If you are using the responsive version some PRO demo is possible to be set a custom font on cloud template, this can be change with tagDiv Composer by clicking on elements and check the style tab -> https://i.imgur.com/gnNSdVU.png -> https://i.imgur.com/zGf5Fs1.png

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also make sure that you are using https not http.
Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Please note that we always recommend to make firs a full backup to your website and database before any updates.
Also during the theme update the theme plugins and theme it self will be deleted, therefore any customization made in these files will be lost (if you made some customization, then yes, you should use a child theme).
All settings made with tagDiv Composer or set in theme panel will be save in database, these should be no affected by the update.
