TagDiv Composer doesn’t work on my website, all my pages become blank when I turn on TagDiv Composer, can’t edit any page at all.
Appeared alert: Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
Hello!
The problem could be with images that are not the same size. Also, you can adjust the media width value. Are they looking the same as in Gutenberg? Please also check the width of your rows in the tagdiv Composer because I see they are different.
Thank you!
Hi,
The images are the featured images set for the posts. That big section at the top is an element that displays one post, this one https://prnt.sc/nIRgMuD-U1Gl The image is the featured image of the post.
Then there is a block which you can customize with the composer https://prnt.sc/vYy2-euuVvdT
The latest articles is added in the page by the page template, the settings for it are in the backend page edit screen https://prnt.sc/JbUWzp9ORFM- here https://prnt.sc/Omm05rdb2F8y If you want you can remove that latest article section by selecting the default page template https://prnt.sc/sfjO8So0M6lH and then add more content blocks on the page with the composer https://prnt.sc/fuH3HSBHVUbD
Please let me know if you have more questions.
Thank you!
Hello,
You have a prebuilt website with cloud templates, so if you have the tagdiv Standard pack plugin activated, please disable it.
You need to customize everything with tagdiv Composer.
Please let me know what you want to change.
Thank you!

Hello There,
While I am editing any page in td composer, it is showing 404, although the page is there
I am editing my site and when I try to open a page and edit it, Tagdiv Composer will not open the page. It opens the page with only the left panel showing to access the cloud library and the “Welcome To TagDiv Composer” message. The right side where the content is supposed to be only displays a blank page, and the loading icon just keeps loading. Nothing else. The page can be previewed with no apparent issues except the menu and header section won’t display.
I have 6 pages and none will open with Tagdiv Composer except one but it is not a page I need to work on. I’ve tried clearing the cache, disabling plugins, unistalling and reinstalling the TagDiv Composer and TagDiv cloud library. I’ve also tried reinstalling the theme. Nothing works.
The site is not live and has never been published. Any suggestions?
Hi,
“Show search results in composer” feature no longer works after updating to 12.6.9.
How can i fix?
I’ve managed to work it down to where the problem is, but still can’t find what’s causing it.
I have all plugins switched off apart from TagDiv Library and Composer.
I have 2 mega menus that link to pages.
The DOM issue comes when I add in either the ‘flex loop builder’ or ‘flex block builder’ into the 2 pages i’m using as mega menus.
For the Module Template that i’m calling, I created a blank template, with no details on it – and even that is throwing the DOM errors, so there’s nothing broken/wrong in the template.
Even if I create a Flex Block Builder on one menu, and Flex Loop Builder into the other menu, I still get the DOM issue.
I’ve also created empty pages where i’ve stripped ALL of the header/footer/content and just left the menu, and I still receive the error.

I am running a site with a Newspaper: Urban Observer theme. I have tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Opt-In Builder and tagDiv Standard Pack plugins installed. My site is running very slow, loading time is above 3 seconds. Note that database returns queries in less than 0,2s.
I have tried to find what’s slowing the page down, including upgrading the server etc but nothing helped significantly. I have decided to change the theme to Twenty-Twentyfive and the site loads under 0,5s. Ovbiously,Newspaper theme is to blame for the slow response time. Since I’m running another site with Newspaper that runs faster, but using another theme (Gossip that is not cloud based), I have tried to see if the tagdiv cloud is slowing my site down. I have disabled tagDiv Cloud Library plugin and the site loaded in less than 1s. Of course, the site design was broken. But still, obviously, tagDiv Cloud Library plugin is responsible for greatly reducing site speed.
Here are my questions:
1. Am I using the Cloud theme somehow incorrectly?
2. Can I still use the theme but disable cloud features (and have a site that is not broken)?
3. If I change to another non-cloud theme, what’s the best way to do it in order not to lose all the settings?
Side note: two other themes that I’m using with different sites are also slow, but not so slow: Publication PRO and Video News PRO. Both are running with tagDiv Cloud Library enabled.
Hello!
Go to Cloud Templates -> Taxonomies, add and install that template, and then edit it with the tagdiv Composer. Make sure that you import the custom module https://app.screencast.com/T2zJ1KM18Ysdk

Thank you!
Hello!
1. Please use the same header with the same menu. Clear the cache and try again.
Also, I recommend checking to see if there is no plugin conflict. Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and check again. Somehow, you can see which plugin caused the issue.
2. This issue with the error from Composer has also been discussed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/errors-at-columns-elements-5/

Thank you!
Hello,
Yes, you need to use the cloud templates. The standard template from tagdiv Standard pack plugin are deprecated.
You can use the smart list element. You need to use the smart list from tagDiv Composer, instead of Single Post Content ->
https://i.imgur.com/dbipPWQ.png according to the documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-lists/. You can create the smart list in Gutenberg.
Also, you don’t need to use the classic editor, you can use the Gutenberg editor, which is the default editor for WordPress and select/add the element classic https://i.imgur.com/9sWuCtW.png to add the smart list.
Also, please make sure you have the same heading in the post editor and in the smart list element.
Thank you!
Hi,
Ok. Please let me know the results.
You could consider reinstalling the WordPress version, and checking for this plugin wp-zexit.php. It might be wise to inspect via FTP if it doesn’t appear in the WordPress -> Plugins. Additionally, using Wordfence to scan the website and remove unknown users would be prudent.
Change admin passwords and delete admin accounts you are not familiar with;
– Delete any weird/unknown plugins;
– Delete the weird/unknown themes;
– Clean unfamiliar Theme Panel injected code (example – https://i.imgur.com/4q70kCv.png);
– Clean WordPress files (example – https://i.imgur.com/stJCqiK.png)
Please block /wp-json/tdw/save_css
If an attacker wants to target this URL /wp-json/tdw/save_css they can do so. Even if the website uses a different theme, the attacker can still try that URL. We could add an option to be able to enable/disable the Live CSS, it will be considered. But for now in order to remove it this can only be done with a modification to the composer plugin. I think that all that removing it requires is to comment this line of code – https://prnt.sc/RtwvL5Nc4ikR -> https://prnt.sc/ymZmhdUfp57U But as I mentioned, the attacker can still try to access the URL.
Thank you!
Hi,
We recommend WPML plugin for translations: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-theme-translations-together-wpml/
You need to translate the English (original language) the template for each language in part – https://i.imgur.com/CDmeHCf.png you should have them for each language cloud template – https://i.imgur.com/4agmUtg.png
A much simpler and faster alternative is to duplicate the cloud template you want to use in another language, edit it and select the desired language – https://i.imgur.com/z1CqgBo.png (edit the name) – https://i.imgur.com/dPX8ROs.png – https://i.imgur.com/Lc81IgP.png This method needs to be used to translate all cloud templates.
The pages are created with tagDiv Composer which is a page builder, when WPML is used it cannot translate everything that was built with the page builder and must be edited for each language separately. Please open the page in the editor and click on translate – https://i.imgur.com/TXH6y1c.png. After, if you duplicate the template, you can edit it to change the logo, menu, and whatever you want.
When you make the corrections, make sure you are on the page with the language you are editing, and if you use the cache, or object cache, please clear it.
Please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/missing-strings-on-wpml/
Have a great day!
Page speed on my website is 70 performance on page speed (https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-www-brain3r-com/yrpdvf2sej?form_factor=mobile)
My server support says tagdiv composer plugin is causing website to be very slow and provided with a slowlog
See the slowlogs on this link: https://jmp.sh/s/HAlWSkUTD77lgL4lBf3w
Do you see any errors in the slowlog?
Hello tagdiv team,
I am facing an issue with modifications of WooCommerce Checkout. So basically I started making changes using WooCommerce Checkout drag and drop element. (See the Image 01)
I have enabled the WooCommerce Express Checkout option enabled. So on final checkout page there is Google Pay or Apple Pay button, but somehow, I am not able to modify those button placement on the TagDiv composer. Even I cannot see it. When I make modifications it doesn’t reflect on the final checkout page. So the Express Checkout button (Google Pay) button appears on top of Element everytime. Which is annoying. (See the Image 02).
Image 01: https://fuljitrading.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Arc_KG1lCzrbap-scaled.jpg
Image 02: https://fuljitrading.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/brave_oItixZcc3j.jpg
Is there anyway to make custom changes to the placement of those buttons?
Please help me.
Hello,
You not need to habve them there, in cloud templates section. Create a new page in Dashboard -> Pages, press the publish button, and view. Edit it with the TagDiv Composer: https://prnt.sc/gGw1zq0zdf3r and start customizing it as you like to add text, using the element column text, image using the elements from tagdiv Composer. You can import from the Cloud Library sections, blocks, etc. already designed. Also, you can save the elements from your page with a right-click and use them on the other pages.
Thank you!
Hi,
To change the logo please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the header logo and change it => https://i.imgur.com/cR7F0v4.png -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
For mobile please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport on phone, select the header logo and change it => https://i.imgur.com/cR7F0v4.png
Thank you!
Hello,
Please deactivate, delete, and reinstall tagDiv Composer from Newspaper -> Plugins and check if the issue persists.
Also, clear the cache from your plugins.
Thank you!
Hi,
This is a category template, so if you want to use some blocks, you must ensure they can be used. For example, you can use the flex block builder on the page and save that block with right-click, but you can not use the category background image, or category siblings.
Thank you!
Hello,
to be honest, that was the case with me at the beginning, too.
Now, a lot of things don’t work anymore, not even with other browsers.
Example: With Firefox, for example, many inputs disappear in the CSS tab in the Tagdiv Composer, with Chrome etc. you can see them, but I can’t edit anything under Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi, Edge etc. under “Column Text” > “Edit Content”, the WP code window is always empty.
This was just one example, I have 2 websites here that urgently need to be adapted and for weeks everything has been standing still.
At the moment, I think, because the cases are piling up here, that it is directly related to your tagdiv composer plugin, who knows how the plugin is running, maybe the license is checked every time it is called and something goes wrong there, or whatever.
Please fix it quickly, my customers are already pressuring me why nothing is going on.

Thank you!
Sent an email to support but also didn’t see an answer to this topic in forum. Suddenly getting this error on my ‘home page’ when trying to edit it with Tagdiv composer.
Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
Tried turning plugins off but still seems to be an issue. I did email this to Tagdiv as well and provided user and pass for their tech support team.
