Hi,

I guess that you are referring to the line height Popular categories: http://screencast.com/t/G4iZnyfn

.td_block_popular_categories li{
line-height: 10px;
}

Also for block 9 please use this custom css: http://screencast.com/t/hwXcy6L1FRUQ

.td_block_9 .td_module_8 .item-details{
line-height: 20px;
margin-bottom: 0px;
padding-bottom: 0px;
}

Thanks!

Is there any custom css I can use to reduce padding in these blocks so I reduce the height of the items?

I thing there is quite a lot of white space in these blocks.

Hi,

That css comes from the theme settings (Theme Panel -> Custom Typography and Theme Colors), you can find them here – http://screencast.com/t/CQIeZ1hG8yp , when you change the theme color a css is generated for all those elements.

Thanks.

Hi,

Not sure, i didn’t do a test. You could also doit manually, each page has a custom unique class based on it’s id. – http://screencast.com/t/cKPI8Ib3 – You could use custom css to set a background.

Thank you.

Hi,

Speed Booster is optional and it only moves the js/css at the page bottom, it’s not a substitute for cache. By doing this it creates the illusion that the page loads faster because the html loads first followed by css/js.
This problem may appear because of a conflict with another plugin, try to disable all plugins, enable Visual Composer and Speed Booster, then enable the rest of the plugins one by one, see which one doesn’t work with SpeedBooster.

Thank you.

Hi,

1. For Classic Block stack we made a special header, this one http://screencast.com/t/FEoXVhLMpcv and in combination with other headers is not guaranteed that everything will work fine.
Anyway if you want to use it like this please can try this custom css in for logo:

.header-logo-wrap img{
display: table;
margin-right: auto !important;
margin-left: auto !important;
}

2. Also for borders:

.blog-stack .td-menu-background{
border-bottom:none;
border-top: none;
}

3. That option were removed because we change grid and it won’t be available.
That is page padding, you can try to remove that with css:

.td-page-wrap .td-grid-wrap{
padding: 0px;
}
.td-page-wrap .td-grid-wrap .container-fluid{
padding: 0px;
}

Try to inspect with Chrome and see where you have padding.

4. You can use TagDiv gallery on full width post(without sidebar):
Post settings: http://screencast.com/t/eYQ0RfJ87

Hi,

Unfortunately there is no option to simply switch theme to a dark version. But from Theme Colors you can change to a dark color different parts of the theme and general theme colors: http://screencast.com/t/oNonPS4YEz Of course you can use also css code to reach to the desired result.
You can also import predefined styles from the demo if you like: http://screencast.com/t/zFbSOv1ih4

Hi,
I don’t see an option to simply switch the Newsmag theme to a dark version. So I thought I would ask if there is a dark version or if one is coming before I dive into adding the custom CSS to make my own dark version.

Thanks!

Hi,

You should add it above the top-menu container – http://screencast.com/t/K8nQEltCnCTP
Please provide some details on the code/css you used, maybe a copy of it via pastebin – http://pastebin.com/

Thank you, Emil G.

Thanks Lucian! I removed from style.css all the FORUM / BBPress and WOOCOMMERCE parts. Should i remove codes from other files in order to have a lighter code on everypage?? Which ones?

Hi,

Try the following css:

.td-post-text-content .wp-smiley {
display: inline-block;
}

Add it in Theme Panel -> Custom CSS.

Thank you!

Hi,

Please edit menu-top.php and add this code: http://screencast.com/t/FLiykdlZn
I paste the code also in pastebin: http://pastebin.com/4820ncGg

<div id="td-top-search">
                    <!-- Search -->
                    <div class="header-search-wrap">
                        <div class="dropdown header-search">
                            <a id="search-button" href="#" role="button" class="dropdown-toggle " data-toggle="dropdown"><span class="td-sp td-sp-ico-search"></span></a>
                            <div class="dropdown-menu" aria-labelledby="search-button">
                                <form role="search" method="get" class="td-search-form" action="<?php echo home_url( '/' ); ?>">
                                    <div class="td-head-form-search-wrap">
                                        <input class="needsclick" id="td-header-search" type="text" value="<?php echo get_search_query(); ?>" name="s" autocomplete="off" /><input class="wpb_button wpb_btn-inverse btn" type="submit" id="td-header-search-top" value="<?php _etd('Search')?>" />
                                    </div>
                                </form>
                                <div id="td-aj-search"></div>
                            </div>
                        </div>
                    </div>
                </div>

Also you have to use some css code in Theme Panel > Custom Css: http://screencast.com/t/A5oAS0QV

.td-header-menu-wrap .span3{
position: relative;
}
.td-header-menu-wrap #td-top-search {
right: 0px;
}
.td-header-menu-wrap .header-search-wrap #search-button .td-sp-ico-search{
top: 0px;
left: 0px;
}
.td-header-menu-wrap .header-search-wrap .dropdown-menu{
top: 30px;
left: -310px;
}

Result: http://screencast.com/t/7wZu0KKFI
After that if this work you can delete search code from main menu: http://screencast.com/t/luqpz3zxFv

Thanks!

Hi Alin,

Our server admin checked it and the problem stems from the request itself:

http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Roboto+Condensed:400italic,700italic,700,400|Open+Sans:400italic,600italic,700italic,400,700,600&subset=latin,latin-ext?ver=1.4

There is ?ver=1.4 at the end. If you delete it, it starts to work. When you leave it added, Google responds with 400 bad request.

Hi,

1. You can try to add some padding, but the grid was not designed for this and some elements may not be displayed properly: http://screencast.com/t/OUUOFmcyQT4Y

.td-post-sidebar{
padding: 25px;
}

2. It is more difficult to target sidebar for pages, please try this css and see how it goes: http://screencast.com/t/ERH4XUQG

.td-page-wrap .td-grid-wrap .span4{
background-color: red;
}

Please provide your site URL if this doesn’t work.

Thanks!

Hi,

1. Here you have to edit and remove share buttons: http://screencast.com/t/pawTnpy4xz
2.Use this custom css: http://screencast.com/t/pDJgmBDtRQ

.td-social-sharing-buttons{
font-size: 25px;
width: 180px;
height: 50px;
}
.td-social-sharing-buttons div.td-social-but-text{
top: 5px!important;
}
.td-social-sharing-buttons div{
top:5px !important;
}
.td-tags-and-social-wrapper-box{
display: table;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
}
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-social-sharing-buttons{
width:auto;
height:auto;
}
.td-social-sharing-buttons div{
top:auto !important;
}
}

3. Please follow this solution: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-add-sharing-options-on-top-of-the-postarticle/

Thanks!
