If you do not have a demo installed and the one that you’ll like to install is ClearVoice, then there will be no wipe of content, usually this is when you already have a demo installed with content and you edited the pages/posts (content from that demo) and after that you want to change the demo -> https://i.imgur.com/R0jGIrE.png

Just purchased the theme today, installed and imported a demo layout. Now trying to update my logos and favicon but it can’t updated. Tryed uninstall, reinstall, downgraded to the lowest version on dash borad but still I’m unable to update the logos. Anyone can help please?

Hi. I recently updated to the new version of Newspaper and downloaded the Default demo. I had to redo all of the custom settings I made. Now, I have to change the mobile menu background color to white. I have used #ffffff in all of the color settings in Theme Panel. Do you have a good solution for changing the mobile nav background color and hamburger bun / search icons to dark color on white? Thank you.

We didnt really want to have to do this but our old theme is no longer supported and has now broken with WP 5.5.1
So we have purchased & installed the NewsMag theme on an EXISTING website with 1,000+ posts, with the intention of applying the ClearVoice example.
I can see its possible to install the demo with or without demo content.
What I want to know is will installing the demo (either with or without content) wipe all our site’s existing content – posts, pages, images etc?
And if yes, it will be wiped, is there another way to apply the a demo theme without having to painstakingly rebuild it bit by bit to try and match the layout etc?

I’m using Gossip Demo as a basis for building a site with Newspaper theme.
Now trying to integrate fixed-width ads (I don’t have full access to responsive ads / variable size ads) into the right side column of several Cloud templates, specifically Medium Rectangle ads (300×250).
I see that the left column is set to 75%, the right column to 25%.
On large enough desktop screens, 25% is larger than 300px, so the MRs get displayed at the full size.
On mobile, the responsive layout let’s the right column flow beneath => also good.
But on tablet view, 25% is smaller than 300px, so the MRs overlap outside of the column.
What I would like to do, is:
* fix the right column to a minimum of 300px
* size the left column to the remaining space inside the row
Is there a good way to do this?

A link to the website would have been helpful, so I can see what demo you have installed and what type of header/footer templates you are using.
Changing the logo can be done either in he theme panel, if you use the default templates https://prnt.sc/udlthz

Please provide a link to the website so I can inspect it. If you have installed a PRO demo for example, then you will have to use the composer to edit all the templates. The cloud templates don’t use the theme panel settings, they are designed in the composer. You would have to use default templates instead, if you want to use the theme panel settings for them.

If the theme panel does not appear, that would mean the composer plugin is deactivated. The composer plugin is required, the theme panel and other theme pages won’t be available without it – https://prnt.sc/udf94k Please check if its active.
The Newsmag theme does not have a Pulses PRO demo. You must be referring to Newspaper. I will move the topic in the Newspaper forum.
Pro demos use cloud templates fully. These templates must be edited in the composer, there you can customize it as needed, and add/remove elements. If you are reffering to the cloud post template, you can edit it with the composer and remove the tags from there https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

I have checked the website, at the moment it looks like this https://prnt.sc/udekjz
I see that some images are not displayed, I see you are loading them from a CDN, for example the logo image https://856769.smushcdn.com/1950651/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/NATURA-logo-300×92.png Also the images inside the post seem to have the same issue, the CDN you are using does not load them.
I would suggest to check/disable the image CDN, there may be an issue with it.
Regarding the demo installation, if there is a problem, the first think to check are the theme requirements https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/ (they are the same for Newsmag). Increase the parameters mentioned in the guide if needed, then try installing the demo again.

Hello, on your demo https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-1/ you have unique categories or tags per “block” in this grid. Did you achieve this by assigning specific posts in the grid settings? We want to achieve this on a different preset grid without keeping the posts static and having them automatically display the latest, while preserving the limitation of *unique* categories or tags. The images you enter in the post content should by default occupy the width of the post content, if they are large enough, like this image inside that demo post for example https://prnt.sc/ucx1a0
Please provide a link to a post that uses that post template, from your website, where the issue happens. I will take a look at how the images are displayed in it.

That is a non-PRO demo, it uses the page template + latest articles template. The settings for the latest articles section in this case can be accessed like so https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/

Hi, yes I realise that thank you, but I’d like to change the fonts on a global level rather than doing every single page’s individual elements over and over again. Can I do that once I’ve installed a demo? When I change the fonts in the fonts tab of the Theme panel, they get overridden on every page by font-family: Oswald !important;. Thanks

In order for the cloud post template to display the post subtitle https://prnt.sc/uctgss it must contain the post subtitle element https://prnt.sc/uctgex Please add that element in the post template with the composer.
Not all the demo cloud post templates have it by default, but it can be added if needed.
