Hi I have imported Default PRO demo one my site.
Following issues I am facing.
1.I am not able to edit Footer – Default PRO template using tagDIV composer.
2. Footer section on site is not displaying correctly except home page https://www.attingal.in/category/education/coaching-centers/

What is the best practice to change my website to one of your new demos? I want to switch to the UK demo, but I want to minimise my website downtime as I am sure it would need a lot of customisation work to get the website to where I want it.

If you are using a pro demo, the footer is a cloud template, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).

All pro demos are using cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud Library, these can be edited only with tagDiv Composer, so you are using a single post templates this can be edited with tagDiv Composer and you can adjust it as you want -> https://i.imgur.com/eMV43pi.png use the right click to remove elements -> https://i.imgur.com/MVBO1sm.png after you remove all the elements from sidebar set the set row from 2 in 1 -> https://i.imgur.com/ofpISOQ.png

I have installed Newspaper 10.3.4 version, each time I try to install de demo I got the same error message several times:
“tagDiv detected an error. The importer will try to recover and continue to install the demo after you click ok on this dialog.”
Steps to troubleshoot:
– Check the permissions on your upload folder
– Please make sure that WP_DEBUG is set to false in wp-config.php
– Contact our support via email contact@tagdiv.com (please provide your product license key)
Permissions and WP_DEBUG seem is ok

Hi, we just bought the theme and I’m trying to create a page with Tagdiv composer but when I add a element, it’s loading infinitly, same as if I save the page. Another question is about the demos templates. I installed a demo to try but the home page is with shortcodes and when I try to edit with Tagdiv composer It say that this page hasn’t beed created with this, then I don’t know how to do.

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

If there is still a problem, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme, cache plugin or CDN, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I’ve followed instructions on removing the sidebar in the post and nothing has worked. How can I hide it? I’m talking about the sidebar with “Share this article” etc.

I have two queries:
1. In theme home page there are categories listing has shown right next to the title.
Please check this image:
But on my website, I can’t see it in the home page.
Please let me know from where I can set the category there.
Where I can find settings to set category?

if you rollover the mouse thru the pic you’ll see text showing ’44-1′, now I still want the title for photos, I just don’t want them displayed on live website. Is there any solution for this?

The links should be working as the categories exist. These are from the demo, but even if I create my own it’s the same result ‘page not found’.

Usually the theme panel are for standard templates/demos, the ads set with tagDiv Composer is for pages and cloud template /pro demos.
You can use each one you want, the results should be the same. But if you are using a cloud template for posts, on this will not apply the ads from theme panel.

Please note that Revolution Slider that we provide is a Bundled Plugins in our theme. No need to activate it, simply ignore the activation messages and you can use it for the sliders that our theme is providing -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/. It is a bundled plugin, you can use it fully without the need of a activation key.

If you want to have full access to this plugin, then you’ll need to buy a licence key for it, the licence key that you get to activate the theme is working only for our theme, you can not activate other theme or plugins with it.

Also if you are using a PRO demo or cloud templates, that is why the theme panel settings are not apply. Using cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you’ll need to edit the cloud template using tagDiv Composer and set on the elements the color and style you want.

Please enable the option in PHP.Ini as you can see here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/37531149/php-getimagesize-not-working-on-external-links That allow url is 0 on your side. You can ask your host to do this.

I’m using 10.2 and want to update to 10.3.3.
When I update, will various things be maintained?
a. Settings be maintained? Or do I need to upload them again?
b. I’m using the Default PRO demo. Will all design customizations to the homepage be maintained?
c. I’m using a couple of the cloud templates. Will those be maintained?
The Very Large ALL CAPS blockquotes in Newspaper (using the Default PRO Demo) that are centered, blue in color, and a larger font, don’t look good.
How can I adjust them so that they use:
a. A smaller font
b. Have a gray background
c. Are justified (as opposed to centered)
d. Use black or other basic color for the font
?
