A part of them are custom made by our developer theme for us.
You can set some pages or that from cloud library the homepages .
You can achieve most of this design using image box and set a link to each page ( or make some sub domain for each demo ).

That is the social counter – https://tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-plugin/ it comes configured with demo data, but you can configure it to direct to your desired social pages.

You can customize every instance of the social counter element. It can be directly placed while editing with tagDiv composer – http://prntscr.com/nqwozl in this case you can edit the page with the composer and configure it.
Or as a widget in sidebars – http://prntscr.com/nqwpdy in this case you can configure it in Appearance->Widgets in the sidebar where it is placed.

Unfortunately, this option has not been implemented in our theme, sorry! This functionality should have to be custom implemented in the theme if you want to have it but for achieving this, note that you need to make some custom changed over the theme core files which are not covered by our support. This is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry! Installing a new demo will uninstall the one you have now. The settings you have in the theme panel now will be replaced by the settings in the new demo. Everything related to the previous demo will be removed and replaced by the new demo.

You could for example create a testing install on a sub-domain if possible, or locally, with a copy of the current website. There are plugins that can duplicate the website, or clone it (like the duplicator plugin). Then install the new demo there first, to see the results. This would be better than trying it on the live website, it is worth considering
