Sorry but the description cannot be moved easily from the top to the bottom of the category page. The page is made out of 3 sections the top template, the grid layout and the articles. You will have to get some hired help on this as there is no easy solution to move the description from one section to another. It can be done, but it takes a bit of time and effort to do and we cannot tackle complex tasks.

The category template is not meant to be at the bottom of the category page, but rather at the top.
As fopr the popular category, it is a demo block that is added inside the footer template. This block cannot be changed as it;s a predefined element. If you want to replace it with something else you will have to choose a different footer style that does not come with predefined content and add new blocks and widgets to it from the wp widgets area. Please provide an example, a link to your site pointing at these images so I can inspect them. Is the issue on posts or on pages? It could be the post template. Some post templates have full width featured images while others don’t:

Yes, if you want the black background, it’s easier to simply use the black demo than to change lots of css to overwrite the white backgrounds.

I understand what you mean but unfortunately you cannot mix 2 demos into one. You can however use the black version as a starting point and then start customizing your theme settings and adjusting colors in the theme panel to resemble the video demo. A demo will only provide the style and demo content if you want it, but you can create your own content by adding video posts and grids to your homepage.

1) Unfortunately our theme does not allow such a secondary menu spot on the mobile menu. It will have to be made custom but it will be no easy task unfortunately as there is no such spot for a secondary menu and it has to be created from scratch. We suggest hiring a developer to help out on this task.
2) The space can be adjusted with css by using the browser inspector and removing any extra padding. The space comes from the author name and date. I will need access to your site so I can provide the proper code though.
3) The comments color can also be changed with css as there is no setting for them in the theme panel. You can use this code:

4) I have tested the zoom-out issue on our end but we do not get a zoom-out effect. Please also test our demo at demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper to see if you still gfet a zoiom on our demo. Try to write a comment and see. I tested on android and ios but there was no zoom. it could be a local issue, maybe due to plugins.
5) Again I weill need access to your site so I can figure out which module is being used there and check it;s code to see if there are any hidden options available to fill the space. For some the category tag or author/date was hidden with css as a design choice.

8) As for the custom title you set to your contact form, it will grab the theme accent color. If you want to change it you need to change the code a bit. Try this one:
