1. Unfortunately, there are no options to disable the animation on mentioned elements, sorry!

3. If you want that the featured image to have the light box option, then you’ll need to replace the “Single Post Bg Featured Image” with “Single Post Featured Image” and apply this option -> https://i.imgur.com/aHwCpN2.png (and you’ll no longer need to make the step 2).
4. The footer is a cloud templates, therefore it is full editable with tagDiv Composer, when you select the text should be display like this -> https://i.imgur.com/XZ4XBAn.png

Setup: WordPress + the theme + yoast
Action: setup Yoast -> run optimizer -> Yoast is doing ajax requests to its own API and the WordPress API
Most requests are parsed correctly, then suddenly on one of the /post responses, the modal is added (while the json response is there too, it’s not an authentication issue).
Can I do something to fix this myself? Also, why are all the tdb_templates reachable on my site and how did the crawler find them?

It happens frequently that in random URLs old single post pages show up, with old headers and old footers.
It’s like if my website would use cloud templates that no longer exist and are no longer active.
The problem is that, is when this happens, my page doesn’t show ads, and it happens randomly a few times every once in a while.
I have already cleared my DB, cache on cloudflare, OP cache, WP Rocket cache, devices cache.
Also this only happens on mobiles.
I have tried everything and nothing seems to solve the problem.
Would anybody know how to fix this?

Hi, I just recently purchased the theme and love it so far. However, I’m running into an issue that I haven’t found a way to resolve yet.
Whenever I save the footer after making changes, 2 popups appear in the top right corner saying “Footer successfully saved” and “Header successfully saved”. Also, whenever I save the header after making changes, 2 popups appear in the top right corner saying “header successfully saved” and “footer successfully saved”. This typically wouldn’t be a problem, but when saving either template it overwrites the changes I have made to the other and reverts it to the imported demo.
In the theme panel my header and footer are set to different templates.
Any help would be appreciated.

I bought your theme back in 2016, used it a bit but abandoned the project. I am happy to find your new templates and i am particularly am interested in NFT Pro. I have just renewed my support licence because upon installing the template i got many challenges
(1) When i try to activate the theme using the envato purchase code, theme remains unregistered and i can not figure out why. This is the purchase code associated with my account which i received when i bought newspaper theme
(2) When i install the NFT pro i get this issues
(a) The home page is fine but when you open any of the articles, the outlook doesn’t look like it appears in the demo version
(b) The menu and footer do not load or appear like they do in the demo version and its very annoying
(3) May i know the size of the logo you used for NFT Pro demo version because it doesnt appear to be an image (at least i could not download it to establish the size)
NOTE: I would love my website to look exactly like the NFT Pro version.

i can confirm that i checked plugins and cleared cache. i did that prior to bumping.
i am able to edit all of the other templates except for the footer. and yes, i see the option to edit the footer template has now added, but i am unable to edit both my current footer and any new downloaded templates.

i actually was previously able to edit both header and footer templates with the composer. tnow, i am unable to do it for the footer.
when i open it, i can see all of the content now, but am unable to click to add/edit rows anymore. i tried opening other templates to access footer that way, and can’t edit there,either.
Thanks, I’ve got the required plugins installed. I was hopeful that the tagdiv Standard Pack would help because my theme panel now lacks all of the templates (header/footer/etc.) that I used to be able to toggle between but now I’ve installed the Standard Pack and I don’t see any difference, still none of my previous choices. Upon trying to upload Cloud templates for header and footer styles, I have encountered an error. Uploaded headers are broken and displayed only as a list of tags on the frontend. I’ve tried a couple of different ones, all making the same error.

Prior to this problem, even trying to fetch existing cloud templates result in a red error message (500 Internal server error). The website was set up yesterday, with all the latest plugins and theme versions (all activated).

I think that this is a misunderstanding!

Now the Google Adsense Auto Ads code need to be set only once in one place in the theme and will be display randomly in the website. The place is this one -> https://i.imgur.com/ZacGf3j.png and most important the code need to place only once.
After an inspection on one post I see that on this post the auto ad was set 6 times -> https://i.imgur.com/rqqrC9j.png so only one of those will apply and this look to be after the footer -> https://i.imgur.com/gh8RuT4.png
Please remove the Google Adsense Auto Ads code from all places and let it only in the theme panel, here -> https://i.imgur.com/ZacGf3j.png
Also, all the 3 demos from your examples are pro demos, this means that all are made the same and only the layout is different, therefore if the code will work on one of them, then will work on all of them if there are no interference and if the code is display correctly. The only problem that I can see it is one of the singe post templates is broken, in this case the one from the newspaper_classic_pro, what you can do is to import a different single post template from the cloud and set it as global.
In case that you did all those above steps and the problem persist, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide wp-admin access. Include the link of this topic and make sure that you have a full backup.

Those Theme Panel options were designed when using standard templates from Theme Panel (header, footer, etc), but now due to the fact that the theme can be edited from the frontend, this option has been introduced by the Website Manager -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQvA64uTLkI

You can edit with tagDiv Composer the footer template can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF

We’re using the latest Newspaper Theme and after installing last version of WMPL plugin we lost the possibility to edit header and footer from TagDiv Composer. Plz see screenshots https://prnt.sc/26nk9x4 and https://prnt.sc/26nka91
We still could edit the Header from the Cloud Templates menu, but the Footer lost the link “Edit with TagDiv” https://prnt.sc/26nkat2
I think it was after WPML install but I’m care to lost all work if we uninstall WMPL.
Please help me to resolve this.

I have a problem with my Footer module in the cloud templates (Footer Template and Footer Template V2). They are no longer accessible in “Edit with TagDiv Composer” mode so I can’t change them. When I edit it in classic mode, I can’t change anything because it’s just syntax. Moreover, in the Cloud Templates tab, if I look at the header, it shows “site” for the “Used On” column, and nothing is indicated for the two footer modules.
Can you look at this and help me, I don’t see how to solve this problem.
The header and footer are selected in the Themepanel Newsletter.

You can’t edit/modify the default global footer with the TagDiv Composer. You’ll need a cloud/pro footer template, so you can import a cloud one from Cloud Templates or you can do it from scratch also by importing a blank footer template: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg
For a cloud/pro footer template, you can access the homepage and edit them with the TagDiv Composer(scroll till down for the footer).

We are using welaunch’s plugin to provide custom descriptions, headers, footers etc. for each category. In a manner similar to the way Woo Page Description module is working but the welaunch team have produced this plugin https://www.welaunch.io/en/product/woocommerce-advanced-categories/ that adds complimentary definitions in each category that further improves the SEO of the shop.
The integration is rather simple: You just add shortcodes like these:
[woocommerce_advanced_categories_footer_text term_id=””]
You can set the term_id or, when not set, it will try to get the current term (category or attribute) data automatically.
Well this is happens to most wordpress/woocommerce template but not on TagDiv. So we have to implicitly specify the term_id for the content to be presented. This means writing (in our case about 100 different category templates!).
Following the examination of the situation by the welaunch engineers they asked us to convey to you their findings:
“it seems the “cloud template” plugin is overriding the queried object (see attached). Normally the current quried object should be the category but they change it to this post: https://femmefatale.ecode.gr/wp-admin/post.php?post=28380&action=edit
Tell the plugin devs to not override queried posts OR at least return the queried post to original state.
”
It will be great if you can guide us on how we can bypass the override.
