Hello apastor
Notice that our smart list features are too sensible and if you have some untested plugins or if you made some additional customizations, it’s possible to break them. To be sure, remove all of the untested plugins, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files, remove all the custom code which can affect this, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, you should try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results.

Hello,
This seems the theme was not installed properly.
Please use this guide to properly install it via ftp and follow each step properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
If the install was done properly, there should not be any error. If there is one, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Also try to resave permalinks and uninstall and install the theme demo again.

In order to not have this situation again, please structure all your questions and issues in separate topics. From now on, please create a new topic for each question in particular so we can track each and every question separately.
I understand the issue now. Please try to add the !important tag to your code:
td_block_9 .td_module_8 {
padding-bottom: 0!important;
margin-bottom: 0!important;
}
.td_block_17 .td_module_8 {
padding-bottom: 0!important;
margin-bottom: 0!important;
}
And then add it at the bottom of style.css
If it still does not work, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and ftp access so we can login and investiogate
Thanks.

Hello sector,
First of all, make sure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way because this is the surest method, in this case, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if you are using the child theme, switch the theme to the main theme version, remove all of your additional customisations and check the results. Notice that if you are using some untested plugins, most of them might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues.

Hello pedropapito,
First of all, make sure that you have installed the latest theme version via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Also, ensure that you do not use both page builder simultaneously as TD Composer and Visual Composer. You should use only one of them. Check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ for more information. You have to provide some useful screenshots with your problem and also, your website URL so I can take a closer look at it.
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello sil2,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using a minified version of the theme using Cloudflare-static/rocket.min.js and also if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these, clear all the caches and check the results. Until now, notice that we do not have any bar reports in this case and the theme works as expected, without any problems. If the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results.

Please notice that kind of ad has always been available. Make sure that you have correctly installed the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case.
Thanks for the message!
You need to install just the theme folder, not the all files zip.
FTP is always best way.
All of the images for my theme disappeared and are no longer in my media, but they show-up on my FTP in the section.
Please advise, website is http://www.protribune.comm
PS
I can rename td-composer using FTP and log-in. Then I set it back to the old name and reactivate it whilst logged in. I can then happily move around the site dashboard with no problems. But if I log out then I can’t log back in again.
Just grab the code from Adsense and paste it between the <head>/</head> tag in your header.php file (Newspaper theme folder via FTP) and you are good to go!
