Please keep in mind that this type of issue happens due to your unproperly theme installing. Please try to make a new clean install from scratch, disable all the plugins, install the theme only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches nd check the results.

I’m not sure why your folder structure is altered but we suggest deleting the theme files and uploading them again using ftp: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
I’m not sure what happened on your end but it may be due to your customization so we suggest installing the theme again in it’s default state and we do not recommend altering the theme folder structure.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an options in this regard, sorry! Regarding on updating theme we have three way which can update the theme, like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

The theme will not automatically update if you do not use Envato WordPress plugin. Please notice that our theme can be updated using three ways, as you can see here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ We recommend using only the FTP method because this is the surest way in this regard.

Please notice that the theme is changing a lot and if you want to bring best results you should keep up the steps with our updates because we cannot provide support for older versions of the theme. Notice that the WordPress has been changed and if you are using the latest version of it with an older version of theme it will not work.
Try to update the theme to the latest version of it and also, use only the latest version of required plugins in order to bring best results.

As a note, there is an issue in the current version of wordpress that will not allow you to delete any theme so updating through wordpress could not be done. If this happens, we suggest using ftp

It seems to have a problem with your frontend. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme which is Newspaper 7.5 and also, the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Make sure that you have updated the Visual Composer to the higher tested version with the theme ->4.12.1. Notice that the theme is fully compatible with the VC and until now we do not have any bad reports in this regard! If the problem is still there, please try making a new fresh install from scratch via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard.
