Hi,
Yes, this is possible, using a cloud header you can assign it globally (for the entire website) and you can also use it as an individual, only for a page or cloud template (the individual option will apply over the global one). This can be done using tagDiv Composerhttps://i.imgur.com/5AtRPwa.png select the manager and in the header click on the header name – https://i.imgur.com/4D0lqVN.png (not on global, only on name to make it green, this means it is assigned as an individual on that page/template).
Thank you!

Hi,
Do you use the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin? If yes, please disable it. Also, please check if your homepage header is set as global – https://i.imgur.com/LMZozTv.png https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/

I have a different logo for the mobile version of our site. In the Manager, I’ve selected the “mobile menu” option, selected the “header logo” element, and changed it to the proper mobile logo. It shows correctly in the editor view. It also shows correctly in a desktop web browser when I shrink the window size down to mobile size.

However, when looking at the site on an actual mobile phone, both Android and IOS, it only shows the logo from the “main menu”, not the mobile logo. I can see that it briefly loads the mobile logo but then swaps it with the desktop logo. Is there a setting that I am missing?

The site is EUValorMedia.com

Hi,
Unfortunately, the site cannot be checked right now – https://i.imgur.com/CsumvIQ.png
What you can check on those pages is to edit them using tagDiv Composer, select the manager, and check in the header zone if the option for no header is not set. https://i.imgur.com/Kkc6xTA.png

Hi,

You can add anything you want in the header. The cloud header templates can be built with the composer. There are a lot of already made header templates in the cloud library https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers You could import one that you like and customize it https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/ Please try it and let me know if you have more questions.

Thanks.

I have asked for TagDiv support for help with an issue with the header logo image on the Front Page of my Newspaper themed website, https://www.thethinkingconservative.com/. TagDiv’s support person, Bettina, did something to make the logo fit in a larger space on my Front Page which I wanted done, but did not explain how she did it although I asked. There is an issue with what she did however, the larger header logo shows up larger in the Brave browser, but not in the Chrome browser.

I have no idea what Bettina did and a different support person did not know either and told me to upload a larger image in the TagDiv editor for the Front Page. When I attempted to upload a larger logo image like your support recommended, it literally broke the Front Page of my website and now it won’t open in TagDiv Composer no matter how long I wait, so I can no longer edit the Front Page in TagDiv Composer and the Front Page is no longer showing correctly on the website. The header area, menu etc. is missing from the entire website.

This code can be seen at the bottom of the broken Front Page
[td_flex_block_1 modules_on_row=”” image_size=”” image_floated=”hidden” image_width=”eyJwaG9uZSI6IjMwIn0=” image_height=”eyJwaG9uZSI6IjExMCJ9″ show_btn=”none” show_excerpt=”eyJwaG9uZSI6Im5vbmU

I have checked and everything is correct with the templates, menus etc. and it is not a plugin issue, but because I can’t open the homepage to edit it there is nothing I can do. I deleted the larger image I had uploaded from the library, but the image didn’t show up in uploads in File Manager in cPanel which I thought was strange.

I do not want to upload a new Front Page template as it took so much work to get the Front Page correct and I can’t just upload the header template because I can’t open the Front Page with the TagDiv editor.

Please look at the Front Page of the website and you will see the issues.

How do I fix this?

I am very frustrated. Trying to setup this theme and I do not see the theme manager. If I click on header tab I don’t have any options just standard admin menu. I also get prompts to upgrade to pro but if I try to do that it gives a 404 error.

Is there no direct email for support??

Hi,

The mobile header will be displayed when you eit the desktop header, then in tagDiv Composer you select the mobile viewport or you use the Manager to select the headers – https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/

Thank you!

Hi,
Yes, this can be done. For this, you should not use the sticky row option, and you should use the sticky header from the managerhttps://i.imgur.com/WorgraN.png https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/. Using this option will have a sticky zone where you can add rows and elements that you want to have on the sticky header.
Thank you!

Hi,

1. Edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/VtfDXeh.png after that, select the manager and in header, tab uncheck the sticky option for desktop https://i.imgur.com/8nHMYyn.png you can do it for both, desktop and mobile.

2. Select the mobile viewport in tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/8nHMYyn.png then if the image and mobile element are in the same column, use the layout tab to align them https://i.imgur.com/yg1SbqV.png if are in different columns, but under the same row use the layout tab from the row – https://i.imgur.com/UNv0zTL.png

3. For this, you should set the header you want to use as global, then this will be used on the entire website that is not using an individual header. Right now you are using an individual header on the homepage and a global one on the rest of your website. So when the header is edited as you want just set it as global, this can be done from multiple places, for example, from Composer using the managerhttps://i.imgur.com/tBSbwLu.png ot from cloud templates – https://i.imgur.com/ZMHim4S.png or from the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/FE5hmWR.png

Hi,

This situation appears because you are using the header as an overlay, which means that the page content starts from the top, and the header section comes over it. What you should do is to set the header as the default, not the overlay https://i.imgur.com/xsOcQYV.png, and if you want to have a sticky header, then you can add it from the manager. Here is our guide for headerhttps://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/

Thank you!

Hello,

1. What you see is the sticky menu, which can be disabled using tagDiv Composer, checking the manager and disabling it https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/https://i.imgur.com/ZXBFvVT.png. Do the same for both the desktop and mobile versions.

2. This situation appears because the header from desktop is using a different code nad the mobile header othere code, so those can be different, so what you can do is to use tagDiv Composer to edit the mobile header, edit the homepage, selct the mobile viewport and add a new row under the mobile header (make sure it’s under the header not content) an ad box element https://i.imgur.com/Oz1Ev58.png https://i.imgur.com/dxujNzQ.png

3. You need to have created a menu as in this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/, then use tagDiv Composer, edit the homepage and select the mobile viewport, then select the mobile menu and choose the created menu – https://i.imgur.com/MvNUaM8.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/KjMQiem.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/vFflmzh.png

Thank you!

Hi,
If a different header is used for the sticky version, use the one from the manager. However, if the header is the same, use the sticky option from the row instead.
Thank you!

Hi,
Please follow the steps as mentioned:
– open the homepage using tagDiv Composer.
– from the top menu, select Manager.
– enable or disable the sticky header as needed – refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://i.imgur.com/avxI1XM.png
– select the sticky header and set its sticky type to “Always”.

Alternatively, you can select the sticky header the same way it appears on the frontend. Once it is displayed in Composer, the selection process is identical.

Hi,
You can enable/disable the sticky menu using the header managerhttps://i.imgur.com/sn6BVIW.png or you can select the row that you want to become sticky and activate the sticky option for it – https://i.imgur.com/9nuSbub.png

Hi,

What you did was not saving the cloud header instead, you saved a section from the header as an element in the TagDiv Composer. You can access this from the TagDiv elements panel; it should appear after the last elements in the Composer (in the left sidebar).

If you want to have more cloud headers, you can import them from the Cloud Library or duplicate an existing cloud header. These will then be displayed in the header manager. Also, you can set a global header to apply across all pages and templates on your website, and only change it if you need a different header for a specific page.

I saved the header as an element and the theme asked me for a name for the shortcode. Now how do I load the saved header on another page? On another page, If click the manager, the import header option only lists the cloud headers. Not the customized header I saved.

Hi,
If you like a section from your website and you want to reuse it on other pages or templates, you can use the right click on that element/row and you can save it in tagdiv Composer as a new element – https://i.imgur.com/zo723Dh.png
Also, templates can be saved and used as individual or global, for example, a cloud header can be set globally, from 3 places, theme panel https://i.imgur.com/go50ftC.png or cloud templates https://i.imgur.com/8QLfPOu.png or when you are on a page or template from manager https://i.imgur.com/tE96Hgr.png to set a header individualy it can be done from tagDiv Composer using the manager and slecting the text of the cloud header, this will become green https://i.imgur.com/ZKHlyR2.png
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!

Hi,
For an old header (that is using a standard template) you can remove the popup login from the theme panel > header > sign in / join -> https://i.imgur.com/9I27kUV.png for a cloud header, use tgaDiv Composer to edit the header and use the right click on the popup element to delete it – https://i.imgur.com/DwkwrEd.png

Hi,
Did you installed anew pre-built website? If so, most of theme are editable with tagDiv Composer directly on frontend, the same is the header and footer.

Foer the social share should be display after a pre-build website is installed, but in case you do not want to install one, please contact us via email at contac@tagdiv.com and provide a temporary wp-admin access to the website. Include the link of this topic to identify the problem.
Thank you!

Hi,

Ok, I see that the menus are the same, so I will recommend to use the set the cloud header template as global, this can be done from Cloud templates – https://i.imgur.com/LDowYyZ.png this will apply the cloud header on entire website and the problem will be resolved.
Also, if you want to have a different cloud header on a page, on category or single template you can assign an individual template directly from the page/template from managerhttps://i.imgur.com/9gmvt0o.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/bOLq46Y.png

Thank you!

Hi,
This can be done if you are using a cloud header, this can be edited using tagDiv Composer
There are more ways to do this, one of the solutions is to use a row or inner row and set it in 2 columns – https://i.imgur.com/5MrjXC2.png one for menu and one for live search element, anther solution is to set the elements in the same column and make sure that both element have the option for “make inline” enabled – https://i.imgur.com/MKgXe2u.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/UKhq8FM.png
Thank you!
