I have tried two options to change the design of the menu:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_panel (block settings). Here I can select Block Header 1-18, but it doesn’t matter which one I select. I still get the default option.
I have also tried “Edit with tagDiv Composer” from the root domain. Selecting the “Header main menu” doesn’t give me any options for changing the design.
I have also tried /wp-admin/nav-menus.php but cannot see anything there either.

On mobile devices, the header ad is automatically 300×250 while in the theme settings I specify that it should be 320×50. See the screenshot here: https://ibb.co/0FpnYvW
This is quite annoying because 300×250 is so huge on a mobile. See the screenshot here: https://ibb.co/4TP4t9m Adding an Adsense with the fixed size 320×50 is not an option because on laptop / pc the size of the header must be ad 728×90 and on other devices another size. That is why I chose responsive ads.

Are there any options to change the website navigation?
I would have presumed it was possible to choose between several mobile navigation options.
It appears that the logo has to be on a dark grey banner between a left-hand side burger menu and a magnifying glass.
• Can I change the colour of the header to white?
• Can I hide the search facility across the entire site (desktop and mobile)
• Can I change how the mobile menu looks when opened?
– Do I need to add a full bleed image?
I have added the logo, retina logo, mobile logo but still the actual website shows only the plain text instead of logo. I tried everything but it doesnt seem to help.

I saw you created a mobile page, but the header and footer are taken from the standard ones. All you have to do is edit the mobile page, and in Manager (Website Manager) you need to import or the easy way is to convert the existent header like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/z924EIRIMr1Y
The same must be done for the footer.
I checked and I didn’t see a certain block missing.

I did a more detailed investigation and I saw that you have two overlapping menus => https://i.imgur.com/zngUirU.png
What I suggest you do is import a new header and see if the problem persists.
Also, if you want to have that menu, we need to investigate what settings were made to cause that problem and you are agreed to send us – WP admin link access and credentials at contact@tagdiv.com ( please make a full backup to all files and the database before sending the email).

This can only be seen in the TDC.

Where does this difference come from? It’s pretty stupid to work like this because you can never rely on the spacing.

If you don’t want to have a header ad on a specific page, you can import a header template without ad from Cloud Library Templates and set it on the page.

owlnetwork.com is the website. I have made changes to the categories, which I use as tabs, and header with time and weather in Chicago. I view them in tagDiv, save them, view site which shows the changes, but when I go to the website after clearing browsing history in Chrome and Edge, I do not see the new header and categories across top as tabs. Instead I see the older version.

Not on an article, I want to remove it on a PAGE, I have the Page ID, but, no way where to put in to delete the ad on that page…

I’m sorry for the misunderstanding !
You will need to insert Adsense Auto Ads in Theme panel – Ads – Header ads, that will implement the AUTO ads automatically in your website.
For AMP you will need AMP Auto ads from google and insert them in Theme panel – Mobile Theme – AMP Ads.

I was actually up all night and finally figured out what was going on by accident at 5 am this morning. I erroneously thought the first section in the Theme panel was just for ads. The header template was set to none, or whatever the no theme setting was. The footer template, on the other hand, had a cloud template set on it. I guess this was automatic. I knew I wasn’t using a cloud template when I sent the other messages. Like I said, I erroneously thought that section was for ads only and never thought to check that. Found it was I was looking through every single setting. The TagDiv Composer will not allow you to go past the footer to edit. Which it’s a little cumbersome to use anyway, because there are no scoll bars until you drag across the screen to the right and you finally get one to go up and down, but not side-to-side. I had been just clicking in the white space at the top and using the arrow keys, which doesn’t always work. THen when you do go the right to get on the other side of the template, you can’t see the settings menu on the left. Just cumbersome, but Ill figure it out, I reckon. Maybe a thought for the next update or something. Thanks again for all your help trying to figure this out. Hope it will help someone else facing the same issue. 🙂

I have created a Single Post template, with a Revolution Slider Module just below the header. I then edit the template with the slider and input the slider name in the slider block, and it works perfectly.
However, when I apply the “Ken Burns” effect via the RevSlider interface, the individual slide that has the effect shows blank on the post. The same individual slide will show correctly, with the Ken Burns effect, on the template if I choose to see it via the Cloud Template.
It is just on the post itself that it will appear blank. I can even remove the effect from one single slide and it will start showing, and then apply the effect to another one, and only that individual alide will show blank.
Looks like a glitch between the Posts and the Sliders.
I am trying to update the Header Logo and the image in the Footer section of the Theme Panel but when I press upload, choose my image, then hit Save Changes, it appears to be successful, but then doesn’t actually make the change. I was able to remove the previous logo and that change kept. Cannot add a new logo, doesn’t seem to actually save the changes to the database.
I have cleared browser cache, disabled site caching, cleared cache, checked for conflicts, etc.. Nothing changes.
I updated from 10.3.3 thinking that might help but it does the same thing on 10.3.9.1.

If you use a cloud/PRO header template, then please try to add an element called “Ad box” in your header zone when you edit the page with TagDiv Composer and write your code there: https://www.screencast.com/t/JHLCTBhWp
For mobile version you need to modify in mobile viewport.
If you have Mobile Theme, all changes you can do are located in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme, and you will find a section for ads.

If you use a default template, then you need to set up the code in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Ads.
Please note, for a cloud template, you can simply adjust your ad, but not for the default one.

Hello guys,
I’ve taken over runing a blog recently and wanted to update to the latest version of the theme from 4.0 so quite an old version. I couldn’t find an original licence key so purchased the theme again, then uploaded the new theme to the blog which detected the old theme and asked me if i wanted to update. I chose Yes.
As soon as I updated, I’m getting the error message saying that “There has been a critical error on this website.”
It appears that the theme update has totally broken the site. 🙁
I’m working on a snapshot copy of my blog naturally so it’s not the end of the world yet, however, I’d appreciate it if you can help.

I’ll keep this short.
> I import a Blank Footer Template from the Cloud Templates
> I edit the footer, add a row, a column, etc.
> Save the footer template
If I go back tot the Cloud Templates I am unable to re-edit that footer template using the TagDiv Composer. The option is missing for the footer template. TagDiv composer works for the other imported/modified templates (header, post, category, etc)

That effect seems to be from an option from cloud header, please edit it with tagDiv Composer and disable this option https://i.imgur.com/mDBQaKx.png after that the problem should be solved.
