I have been working on a wordpress site using newspaper theme. It is under maintenance mode until its ready to go live.
It had been working normally until about a week ago – when TAG DIV composer stopped loading suddenly – meaning I can no longer open the visual editor to make changes and it did not save the site properly. The main header and menu has disappeared and there are a few unfinished elements on the home page that needed adjusting.
TAG DIV seems to work properly on some of the sub pages – but not on the home page and not when I try to add a new page.
I have been in touch with my host provider who have ensured the settings are as per required for Newspaper theme., and they migrated the site to Managed VPS – but the problem still persists.
They found an error in the error log which could be an answer to the issue.

As discussed, we were unable to find a solution to the composer plugin issue, however we did notice some PHP warnings/notices potentially related to the td composer that might be worth following up with the plugin creator.

We did try disabling all of the plugins, clearing cache, and replacing .htaccess with default. We also ensured that base64_decode was already enabled.
Please check with the plugin creator if they have other possible ideas and let us know if we can be of further assistance.

We’re using a cloud custom header. We’re almost set to go live but have an issue with a sub-menu drop-down appears behind another element. Can be seen here: http://7hh.af9.myftpupload.com
If you click on the main menu in the blue panel you will see the submenu displays behind the lower menu.

I’m trying to create a site based on the Dental Studio demo. In the header image with the woman, it appears that’s a row with 2 columns, correct? One column for the woman’s image and one for the text. But, where does the background image that spans the 2 columns come from? The blue green image.
And, on the right side of the header there is text in multiple rows – 3 text rows and 1 button row. How is that done? With inner rows? And, how is the vertical spacing between the rows set?
Please provide a thorough answer. Sometimes your support answers are short and unhelpful, however usually your support is excellent.
You can add that directly through TD Composer from the homepage, by dragging and dropping the appropriate element and pasting the code.
For some reason, the changes made in the header.php do not reflect on the website.

We want to add a custom ad banner in the header area, different from what the theme-included headers offer.
The following code should be used: <?php echo do_shortcode(“[pro_ad_display_adzone id=142424]”); ?>
We inserted it in the header.php but without any success, as nothing is shown on the frontend.
Could you tell us which file to edit to be able to insert the banner? We are using “Header style 10”.

This seems to be a pretty common problem: Theme Panel not saving changes. In my situation I find that sometimes it saves and sometimes it doesn’t. For instance, the header changes might not take the first time but then work the second time. But the template and post settings NEVER save. I’m starting to have serious doubts about the quality of this product.

I don’t understand your reply. I didn’t ask how to integrate Adsense, I’ve already done it, I’m asking why are my Adsense ads below single post looking broken (smaller in size, cut off) when integrated via Theme Panel –> Ads–>> Article bottom ad. I’ve managed to have them show correctly via the Header and Footer plugin, but the ads are not showing every time. What’s more confusing is that sometimes there is huge blank space below single post and sometimes there is no blank space when the ad is not showing.
Is there are way for me to add the ads via Theme Panel –> Ads–>> Article bottom ad without them appearing distorted?

If I understand correctly you want that you menu bar to be the same size all the time, if is so, then you can achieve this using a cloud header as Vlad mentioned and edit it with tagDiv Composer.

Found the trick, in Gadgets PRO if the header zone is “Display Overlay”, then the Content Zone is hidden, goes behind the header and therefore cannot drag any element on it.
If instead the header zone is “Display Default”, as I have set now, I can see the Content zone below the header.
In the future you should pay attention to this. It is the first time that happens to me with a Demo.

I just checked your website again, and you are using a classic demo, for this the social networks can be set only from theme pane -> https://i.imgur.com/Bb9y0jE.png what you can do is to use a cloud header and from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it with tagDiv Composer, also what exactly do you want to achieve maybe I can help you with a custom css and you do not need to change the header.

more detail the large part of my site was done locally without problem for the modification. But when I hosted it on the server, we noticed that we can modify it on other pages except the home page.
example if we even modify the title of a block, by clicking on the save button, a single message appears at the right edge instead of two

It will be easier to create 2 header/footer templates, so you can use for example different logos if needed, and different menus etc directly in the template. You can for example duplicate the template and customize it for each language – https://prnt.sc/p86qss

I have Google Adsense matched content unit and one more Adsense ad unit below single posts. Sometimes it shows correctly, sometimes I have just a huge blank space and sometimes there is neither the ad and neither the blank space. What could be the problem?
I added the code through Header and Footer plugin, because when I added the code through Newspaper Theme Panel –> Ads–>> Article bottom ad, my matched content unit and my ad don’t look as they should, they are way too small, look broken. Moreover, I’ve tried with just one ad unit and the problem persists.

Thanks, yeah unfortunately these image guides don’t work for me. I can’t edit the social icons at all as when I got to TagDiv editor it won’t highlight them for me, same with the category headers. It’s like everything on the page is editable except for the social icons, they are live links that just click straight through rather than letting me edit them as a group. (Like a box doesn’t surround them allowing me to edit information in the TagDiv sidebar. I might have to have support go directly into it if possible?
Hi, After the Newspaper 10 update many people are angry beacsue they have to rebuild there entire website or use Standard Pack plugin. Fortunately, my website is new and it was easy for me. However, after using Cloud library for a month, I,ve reached to this conclusion that theme need to solve many issues in next update.
1. Update Mobile theme
I am using mobile theme and there is no option in theme panel which allow us to choose what we want to show and hide in Single post. For example I don’t want to show Post view count, Author box and Facebook like button, but there are no option to hide them. So please update the mobile theme and allow us to customize it.
2. option to hide Featured Image
There are few posts on my site on which I want to hide the featured image but there is no way to do it. I made a new cloud library template for such posts and removed the featured image in this template but problem is on mobile theme. Featured image is still showing on Mobile theme. SO again update the mobile theme and make it compatible with Cloud library
3. Cloud library header not showing on Mobile theme
Again same issue: Make cloud library compatible with Mobile theme. I have created header from Cloud library and its not showing on mobile theme. Instead mobile theme is showing a Header from Theme panel.
4. We need an Option to choose style (font, colors, etc) of cloud library directly from Theme Panel.
I am using Romania News demo on my site but I want to change the font and color on my site. To do so, I had to edit every cloud library template (single post, category, Author, tag, search, 404 etc) and change the color and fonts on every block. What if we have an option to choose color and fonts directly from Theme panel instead of using default by Cloud Library template.
5. How to use smart lists on Cloud library?

Hello, I just update Newspaper to the latest version and try to use only cloud library but no standard kit.
Main language: everything is working.
Other languages: here is the list of problems
– Newspaper does not display correct footer or header.
– Custom template with different footer or header display always template configured int theme panel
When adding a template translation with WPML, the template has to type (footer, header, category, ….)
I fix footer and header by patching the following file with in td-composer
legacy/common/wp_booster/td_global.php

1. Is possible to use a demo that do not have set the socials from theme panel, these are set using tagDiv Composer, for this you need to edit the page/template click on the social and edit them.

2. This demo is an very old demo and it have set some custom css that is quite strong, therefore there are some settings in theme panel that will not apply, as header background colors on some elements can be change only using custom css.

The social on this demo are not set using theme panel, these are set using tagDiv Composer, for this you need to edit the page/template click on the social and edit them.

If you are referring to this button -> https://i.imgur.com/WWBPqCj.png for this you need to set the link in the theme files, because in the theme is no option for this. There are two file where you need to set your link, one is for standard templates and one is for cloud templates.
Cloud -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/parts/tdb-login-modal.php
Standard -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/td-login-modal.php
-> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/register.php
