I have figured out one of these problems — the not being able to save anything. I had to go back to PHP 7.4 (down from 8.1). I can now save things.
BUT…my malware program has flagged these files (list below) from your TD Composer as MALWARE.

Ok, I checked on homepage, post, author and category and the menu elements seems to be moving on posts when the sticky sidebar is used. I think this is what you referred. Now this can be a result from css optimizations, what I will recommend is to check if this is happening when you are logged in, if is happening then there is a different problem, and not related to css optimizations.
Also, just for a test you can try to disable the sticky header -https://i.imgur.com/leWpFEG.png, clear cache and create a new one an see if the score is better.

I created a custom post type using ACF and linked categories to that post type. However, when I attempt to add a new post, I can’t see the specific categories I created for that post type; instead, I only see the default post type categories. I can assign categories through the quick edit option, but why is this happening?
This issue may be related to above. How can I display a list of categories for custom post types in the header menu? I’d like the menu to show all the categories for custom post types when someone hovers over the categories.

You need to have proper open graph tags setup, using something like Yoast SEO or Rankmath or similar. This connects the title, description, and featured image into the header code for your posts. Then when you click share button, if you have share buttons enabled on posts, that data is pushed to twitter. Note, X/Twitter “rewrites” your URL to a shortcode and no way to disable that.

I checked the theme editing section in the header because I wanted to inspect the H1 headings, as there are two H1 headings set on the page. I didn’t make any changes, I just took a look. How can I fix this problem?I restored a backup from the previous day, but it didn’t help. The code is only visible in the Firefox browser.

The w3 validator unfortunately does not provide accurate results anymore.We have stopped trusting it altogether. Please use google’s structure data testing tool You can test any major site you can think about and you will see the w3c validator providing errors for each one.
