Hi,
Please try this custom css
.td-header-background-image .td-container-wrap {
background-color: #fff;
}
Set the code in theme panel>Custom code>Custom css , this should solved the problem!
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/Xqj605JIPJ
Thank you!
Hi,
Maybe you entered an ad code in the theme panel ads section, or maybe in the analytics section or the theme header file (auto ads maybe), that is displaying those ads. You could check if that is the case, by the default the theme doesn’t contain any actual ads.
Thanks
Hello !
I pressume that you want to change this logo: https://www.screencast.com/t/cp8CI68yIA22
In order to do that you have to go to Theme Panel – Header – Logo & Favicon like here: https://www.screencast.com/t/sKc0GkLLfx
Thank you !
Hello !
It seems that your menu overlays the text. Try editing the overlay option using the tagDiv Composer like here: https://www.screencast.com/t/fBqqpghib and set it to default.
If the problem persists you can paste this code in your css editor and it should be working: body .td-header-mobile-wrap {
position: relative;
}
Thank you !

Hi,
All you need to do is to click on edit template -> https://www.screencast.com/t/eLJ0xlGxD is look like you have set a flex block in header
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/g2z11LYBkjQ and in this one the flex is set in content -> https://www.screencast.com/t/7MRfNPIrwDf
Thank you!
Hello !
I pressume you mean to have a full width page. That you can achieve by using the tagDiv Composer, selecting the row you want to stretch and selec the stretch method you want like here: https://www.screencast.com/t/yVyvk8yTQCCO And for the header you can do it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/xf56tQN0. In order to stretch post pages you will have to add a template from the cloud templates to it and then modify it.
Thank you !
Thanks Calin. I don’t know why I did not see it my bad.
Related question : I noticed the titles are H3… is there a way to remove this Header tag ?
Thanks
Hi,
Yes, there is an issue with header style 4, this will be fix in coming update.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
This warning https://prnt.sc/njf963 appear when the page is open in back-end editor and saved the page -> https://www.screencast.com/t/gB5El0tWFC if you will click on save on TagDiv Composer and open the page again directly in Composer that warning should not appear.
In order to export the header content on the live website please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/child-theme-and-9-7/page/2/#post-293314

Hi @pmats777,
If you want to set the header that you build on staging site on the live site all you need to do is to click on edit on header template ( on staging site ) -> https://www.screencast.com/t/j1UiTHWHbnXU and copy all content -> https://www.screencast.com/t/nsYZjSzbjtrG after that in live website ( make sure that you have tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library activate ) you need to add a new blank header
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/K2LSWksv9 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/MHd04d4gd after that edit it in back-end -> https://www.screencast.com/t/1MsvPSy4n and replace the code -> https://www.screencast.com/t/CXgssPz5
Thank you!
Hello !
If you use a header from the cloud template that can be edited using the tagDiv Composer. If not you can stretch the header from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/XEswRarTK
Thank you !
Hi,
You can use the Header manager to customize the menu -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-customize-the-header-manager/
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link were I can the header, in this way I will be able to provide a better answer or a custom css.
Thank you!
Hello !
In order to have the same menu there is no css needed. All you need is to use a cloud template called Header Template 10.
Find out more about how to import a cloud template and how to edit one from here: https://tagdiv.com/what-is-the-cloud-library/ ; https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-customize-the-header-manager/
Also you can make only your header full width using this option in the Theme Panel: https://www.screencast.com/t/45Evgmiw
Thank you !
I created a custom header and everything works fine, accept for on mobile (portrait mode). For some reason all the content of a post/page snaps to the top under the header when on mobile (portrait mode). On the link below you can see what I mean.
https://vimeo.com/user33093694/review/334304796/5c2d5c9615
Changing the row’s margin doesn’t have any effect on the post’s content. It looks like the menu becomes an overlay header with the content of the page/post simply “snapping” to the top of the browser. Also when I make the header much larger as a test, the content stays in the same location (snapped to the top) and the bigger header simply hides more of the page/post. First I thought maybe it was because I hid the breadcrumbs of the post with custom css, but the problem persists and is exactly the same even when I remove that custom css.
It’s just my custom header with this problem, the header templates in the Theme Panel work fine.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
Thanks!
We are using the recommended format for the header ad (I blanked out the href and src for this post). But the ads are not always loading, leaving us with a blank page on mobile. Any suggestion to give priority to the header ad?
<div class=”td-visible-desktop”>
</div>
<div class=”td-visible-tablet-landscape”>
</div>
Hi
I have the same issue
Warning: getimagesize(https://soynuevaprensadigital.com/news1053fm/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2019/04/news-logo-180×180-negativo.png): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden in /home/soynueva/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 639
I tried and reviewed everything you mentioned and the issue continues, no matter which header template the issue continues to appear, it is only solved if I do not use a header template.
I need to solve this urgently

the header ads,footerads,loop ads,category ads are not displaying
There seems to be a bug in the file td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/header-style-4.php file, probably a path that hasn’t been changed, when moving theme functionality from the Newspaper theme to the tagDiv plugin.
This needs to be changed:
File: td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/header-style-4.php
Line 27 change
<?php require_once(‘header/ads.php’); ?>
to
<?php require_once(‘ads.php’); ?>
Best regards from Lars
Hi, It works, but is there any way to override plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/td-login-modal.php from child theme?
I would like to keep the plugin and theme updateable also.
I successfully overridden the mobile registration link, but can’t do it with this file.
Hello,
I puchased newspaper and things were going well, however i just realized that if i am not logged into my site, the header of the webpage reverts back to the default colors rather than the selected colors.
how can i change this? once i log in, the colors work perfectly again.
I was able to migrate my customizations to the footer in a child theme by moving all of the customizations to /footer.php and disabling the footer in the theme panel.
When I tried to do the same with the header..no love. I even experimented with deleting the file in /parts/header one by one and they and no effect.
So I did what was suggested and tried to build the header in tagDiv Cloud library.
WHAT A NIGHTMARE!
I’ve been working a lot with ELEMENTOR lately which is pretty much drag and drop with granular control over everything you do.
To get things the way I wanted, requires extensive CSS manipulation (there are only limited options for creating columns) and worse when I tried to create the mobile version of the header, I started getting a barrage of error messages, which ended up nuking the whole template (hours of work lost) which I now have to go in and recreate and hope it doesn’t happen again.
If you want your big plan was to “require the use the tagDiv Cloud Library” then maybe you should have made sure that it was up to the task before this release.
And oh by the way, how the heck do I migrate from my staging site, to the live site. I don’t see any way to export anything from the library. Since your initial post said to use a staging site first to test, then what accommodations did you make for getting the template from point A to point B?

sorry, but creating a header with the tagDiv Composer is a nightmare, especially compared to Elementor. For one you can’t set the column percentages individually, there are only a limited number of choices. Then everything has some padding in it by default, so I have to go into every element and either code is via css because setting the padding and margin within the interface does nothing.
and worse the whole thing is buggy as hell. I spent hours creating a header then when I went to create the mobile version, it kept giving me error messages. Now when I open the file, it says that it the content wasn’t created in tagDiv Composer, and the column to add content to the mobile header has disappeared. So now I have to recreate the whole thing again, on top of which I don’t see anyway to export this to my live site, so I’m going to have to recreate it a third time (or more depending on how many more bugs I run into while recreating it).
This is what I get when I tried to activite TagDiv composer:
“The plugin does not have a valid header.”
“Downloading installation package from http://staging.shelterforce.flywheelsites.com/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/plugins/td-composer.zip?uid=5ccc6f540d20d…”
“Download failed. Unauthorized”
What do I do?
and the header fullscreen?
