Hi,

I don’t think I fully understand what you mean. I see the header has a red background, and the row has a blue background. There is no red background underneath the row from what I can tell

Hi,

The pink color comes from the demo you have installed. Each demo has it’s own custom styling. One way of changing the hover color would be to modify it in the demo stylesheet

Google Rich Cards and JSON-LD Markup - topic

Totally ignorant here about how to insert structured data as JSON-LD markup. I really need to figure out how to insert it for recipes. But in the meantime I just created this markup for a product on my website using Google’s Structured Data Markup Helper. What do I do with it? Do I insert it into the header code area of the product’s landing page?

And more importantly, if I insert it on the landing page for this product is, will it screw up the Newspaper theme? I don’t want to slow anything down. But I think my recipes, especially, are going to suffer in mobile searches without it. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help shed light on this!

Hi! I’m trying to add a background to my mobile logo, exactly the same one I have on my header currently. Is it possible? I tried using this code:

but it only changed the background of the menu button, not the whole mobile header.

TD Composer and TD API - topic

Hello,

I have quite a few custom blocks/modules/header/footer/topbars setup currently via a plugin. They display and are able to be used perfectly in Visual Composer. When I try to make a new page with the TD Composer though, none of the blocks are visible/able to be selected from the add elements section. Is this by design? Are there updates that need to be made to the TD Composer still? If I was able to select my custom blocks I could move away from Visual Composer. Please Advise! Thanks!

thank you very much. Is there any way to make the image appear higher up the page, closer to the header, or both header and image for a post to appear a bit higher up the page so they are more visible when first clicking onto a post

Hi!
https://holographica.space/ – I made a row under header by editing the page with TD composer. I copied the code and entered it as header ad with header style 6, but then there’s red background UNDER the row. Is it possible to add the row to header without adding background below it?

Hi,

You could do that by modifying the header style template file. This template file can be found here

Opening the template you can see the structure of the header and the elements. Try and re-position the header ad foe example, above the main header menu

These modifications to the header files can be made through a child theme as well.

Hi,

Here you can see the required logo sizes for each header style

Notice that Header styles 9, 10 and 11 do not have a limit for the logo image. You can use any logo size that you wish and it will be displayed in full

For the top menu you can set a background color in the theme panel

Hello,

If you want to remove the ad for the 404 page, you will have to edit the theme code as there is no option in this regard.
You will have to wrap the header ad code in a condition to check if it;s a 404 page and not display the ad there.

Also try adding explicit https setting to your wp-config.php file. You may also be able to delete the login section from header.php file which is I think what we did 🙂

Thanks for the guides, they are very basic but provide a good guideline, not enough when you are trying to remove a malware. In my case I had an entry on the header.php (easy to spot and remouve) but also a js script was inserted into theme panel custom js of Newsmag theme. It was an harmful script and was loading a js.trysomethingnew.eu that was redirecting to malicious website. It’s a Newsmag theme vulnerability, so I have updated the theme into latest version.

Hi there,

Here is the link to my site:https://amourabroad.com it is in “under construction” mode, can you still see it?

The green Main Menu with the logo, blog, destinations etc sits above the large image on the home page (currently still as the stock image that is supplied with the “travel guide” theme). When you scroll down the page the sticky header works well and the green turns transparent, but I would like it to overlap the “stock” image right from the start. No white space between the top of the page and the image (where the main menu sits).

I hope I have explained enough here.

Ads are not supposed to appear in 404 page. But ad code provided in Header Ad is also appearing in 404 page. Is there any way to block it.

Hi Tagdiv Newspaper forum…

I have been having some issue with errors on another plugin I use called Optimizepress. To eliminate plugin conflicts I went through the usual process of elimination by deactivating plugins and activating again.

When I activate Slider Revolution this message appears at the top of the plugins section:

The plugin generated 211 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

What does this mean and what do I need to do to correct it?
