You could try to manually upload the tagDiv composer editor in the plugins folder. Simply unzip the plugin and upload it to the plugins folder in your wordpress installation by FTP.

The only sticky ad bar plugin that I found has not been updated for 2 years. A lot has changed in WordPress since then, and it may not work properly.

If you want to use this way of applying your images, notice that you should use a bit of CSS code for this process. You could simply try a code like this to remove the header search in this situation

It should cover most of the Woocommerce pages, cart and order pages.
