I’d also like to have a video showing where each of these three headers is being edited:
1. Responsive mobile header
2. Home page mobile header
3. Page / post mobile header
I haven’t been able to find these with screenshots.
Here is the home page showing 2 headers: https://app.screencast.com/qWLWODd0ctY67
Here is an article page showing the space still at the top: https://app.screencast.com/4M9EN10KN4nfY
Hi, We are looking into fixing this bug where our header size shifts when loading, and it just looks very unprofessional. Do you have any insights how we can fix this?
The header consists of an image for the logo, a short code for the ad and a raw HTML element for the form.
Is there a way we can set predetermined sizes that may fix the shift?
Thank you,
Calin responded with the following:
“Hello,
1. The mobile header is a different one from the desktop and you should add the ad box on the mobile version too, I see that you have now the code set.
2. I no longer see the empty space on mobile at the top of page/posts.
Thank you!
Calin”
I responded with:
I don’t know where to find the right header; that’s why I was asking for support. Please record video to advise as to where it is.
1. This screenshot shows that the space is still appearing in the top of the mobile header.
2. Now I am seeing 2 ads in the Home page on mobile.

Hi there,
I’ve been attempting to exclude a Custom Post Type (CPT) from the header live search feature, but so far, I haven’t been successful in figuring out how to do it. Despite trying various methods, I’m still unable to achieve the desired result.
Specifically, when I attempt to include more than one post type in the search results through the post type section, the live search module ceases to function altogether. Is there a workaround or specific approach I can take to successfully exclude the CPT while still maintaining the functionality of the live search feature?
Any guidance or assistance you can provide on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Hello @fabioweb90 !
You can set a row/inner row to be sticky or not from its settings: https://app.screencast.com/meYQjYKITuGuR . Also, you can have a header sticky on desktop and mobile too. Please follow the video to see where you can find and build your sticky header on mobile and desktop too: https://www.screencast.com/t/l6v2Belt
Thank you!
Hello!
You can edit the mobile viewport in the tagdiv Composer and customize the header as you like.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please activate the tagDiv Standard pack plugin.
Also, I recommend using a cloud template for all headers, footer, posts, categories, etc. and Flex Block and Big Grid Flex instead of Blocks 1-25 and Big Grid blocks.
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hi Bettina,
I have finally worked out the issue. Your team did some custom work for me around 2 years ago, to create the custom design (below the header, containing h1, breadcrumb and call to action box).
As the h1 page title is part of the design, your coders have hidden the page title using custom css on the theme panel. This doesn’t affect posts, only pages.
Obviously, hiding page titles is bad for seo, so my question is, how can I keep this same design, and a single h1 page title, without having to hide a page title in custom css?
Only page titles are hidden, not post titles, the designs are exactly the same and works perfect for posts.
Thank You! The first solution went well.
But, I am trying to make a customized header for mobile view, but it’s not giving me the option to make customized mobile header and footer
Hello Praga,
I will ask you in the future when you have questions related to the Newspaper to post them on the Newspaper forum – https://forum.tagdiv.com/forum/newspaper/
The tagDiv Analyzer tool will be removed from the theme in the coming theme updates. If you want to improve the performances use a good cache plugin, cloudflare and try the optimization options from Newspaper – https://i.imgur.com/CemImju.png – https://i.imgur.com/FHQ8t4k.png also if you are using cache for mobile version then you can disable the desktop header on mobile and the mobile header on desktop – https://i.imgur.com/lkielK2.png – https://i.imgur.com/ACr3iKD.png
Thank you!
Hi,
For mobile please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport on phone, select the header logo and change it => https://i.imgur.com/cR7F0v4.png https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
Thank you!
Hello, Anamaria.
How are you?
In this print I sent, I did exactly this test. I created a blank page, inserted the slider and told it to save…
But it gave the same error… it saves the header/footer, but keeps saving the content infinitely.
I’ve already updated the theme, WordPress and all plugins… and the problem persists.
Heeeeeelp me, pls! 🙂
Thank you very much.

Trying to change logo in mobile, thread shows to try > Theme Panel > Header and open the Logo & Favicon section but no such section exists in my Theme Panel. How do I change the mobile logo??? Have newest version ~ Version: 12.6.3
Hi,
Please delete the logo text and logo icon https://i.imgur.com/Q0Be2Aj.png. Edit the header with tagdiv Composer.
Thank you!
Bettina,
I think it’s a bug because if I don’t set the header/footer font to default, I don’t have the problem.
So as soon as I set the font for header/footer to default and I go to the post page, I have the problem. The problem does not occur on normal pages.
Can you look into this further?
Our site has an issue that we’ve not had before. Our website name shows in our header on desktops and tablets but not on mobile phones. Instead, the template name is coming up in the header. Yes, we edited it in in the mobile editor and it actually appears correctly in the editor, but not when others are viewing our page on their phones. Please help! http://www.raiderreader.org –
Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out for some assistance with a problem I’ve encountered on my website. I successfully imported a prebuilt site, which initially seemed to go smoothly. However, I ran into a significant issue when trying to edit the global header for all pages.
Every time I attempt to save changes to the global header, the saving process seems to hang indefinitely. There’s no error message or feedback; it simply keeps spinning without completing the save. This issue is preventing me from making any edits to the header, which is a crucial part of my site’s design.
I’ve tried the following steps to resolve the issue, but without success:
Clearing the browser cache and cookies.
Trying different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
Checking for updates for the website theme and plugins.
Restarting the website server.
I’m unsure if this is a common issue or something specific to my setup. I would greatly appreciate any guidance, suggestions, or solutions from anyone who has experienced a similar problem or knows how to resolve this issue. Your help is crucial for me to progress with my website development.
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance!
Hi Support, is it possible to set “Title tag (SEO)” option for “Categories/tags list” widget in TD Composer? (by shortcode/overriding?) Thanks.
Currently we can set them only in Flex widgets, but not “Categories/tags list” widget which uses <h4> for title header.
Agreed, please add the h1-h6 option to header / text for all blocks/modules, thanks.
Hello,
I have a problem with adding the translation to header and footer. Im using the polylang plugin where i create the seperate sites for each translation but when i want to make changes in header/footer they applay to all languages. How i can make the specyfic header for every languages?
Hi Bettina,
Yes I use the global header and folter for the whole site.
How can I check of is not a cache issue? I deleted all cache and the problem is still there.
Hello @marijnvdgruiter!
Do you use the global header and footer on all your pages? Make sure there is not a caching issue.
Thank you!
I’m also noticing that the ad we have in the header is not appearing on the mobile layout.
