Hi,
Since I updated the last version of the theme the design broke. For example in the homepage the menu is in the left (before it was in the right), the titles are smaller and they are in the left (before they were centered), the buttons look different, etc.
I tryed deactivating plugins, cleaning the website cache and the browser cache, and the problem still persists. When I’m logged in the website looks okey and everything is normal, but when I log out everything looks bad. I just can’t understand if all the caches are cleared.
Can you check if it is some problem with the update? Maybe TagDiv Composer or something else is not working properly.

I’ve a video on the homepage for the PC version. And for the mobile version I’ve a static image.
But neither the video is playing nor image is showing on the homepage when I use it on iPad.
Kindly have a look and help me to solve this issue. I’ll be happy even if it will show the static image as on mobile version.

Hello, on my website SneakerFiles.com I want to add one more link to the navigational bar which has Air Jordans, Nike, etc. The text goes down to the left and makes the navi bar look off. Here is an example:

I have a category that is called ‘Where to Buy’. I want to have them display by the release date for each shoe. Is there a way I can do this or a plugin?
Also I was wondering if there is a way for select blog posts not to display on the homepage?

hello, we would like to add 2 sidebars, both left and right, on the home page. We can’t find an option inside theme options, but there are demos with 2 sidebars. Is there a way to achieve this? Also, it there a way to change layout width, for example to make it 1300px wide? Thanks

I see the problem, there seems to be an error related to the theme font responsible with the icons – http://prntscr.com/no9ef4
But it happens only in the mobile homepage, in a post it works – http://prntscr.com/no9ep4 also in mobile category pages.
Could be caused by plugins maybe, you could try as a quick test to deactivate all non-theme plugins, especially any caching plugins or minification plugins. Then check to see if the problem is solved.

What you are describing could be caused by caching, non-logged in visitors usually get served with a cached version of the website. However most caching plugins should automatically clear the cache when new content is published (should be a setting for this).
For example the WP super cache we recommend has a setting for it

Also there could be a server side cache, you could ask the hosting provider about it’s existence, and if it has any similar settings.

The “Church theme” homepage has a bottom section that cannot be edited using TD Composer. It seems to be locked. It’s titled “latest articles”. Any ideas?

This can be a plugin conflict, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Instead of Google Adsense, I want to load codes from an external provider. However, they also load the Google Ads externally when they cannot deliver it themselves. It works fine on the Homepage, but it goes wrong on the homepage in the Banner. The advertisement is not always visible.
When I enter the codes between the articles, they will not be displayed either. I deliberately disabled the Mobile Theme plugin.
When I want to place an advertisement in the article line, I use the following for example. However, the advertisement does not show. Or sometimes very small. When I add your code <div class = “td-all-devices”> nothing still happens.
What do I have to do to make it work?

Hi There,
I have created a sign-up form using the Constant Contact Plugin.
I have created a Footer & Sidebar widget and selected my form from the dropdown menu.
Initially the sign-up from showed on both the footer and sidebar, but then one day it disappeared.
Mysteriously when I refresh the Homepage, it does flicker in the Footer area as visible for a split second, but then vanishes.
Can you advise how I can fix this issue please?

Is there any way to change this? I prefer to define which category I want to show in the 3 blocks, than to be forced to create a new one category (no use for the user) to use this feature on the homepage.
If possible, could you tell me where the mobile files are so you can edit them?

I have done what you say, but the problem persists. On the homepage, the 3 blocks (specially Nuestros Proyectos and Laboratorio de Periodismo) that I integrated from the cloud library load very slowly. They do not appear until a while has passed.

I have Block 3 on my homepage (http://churchandstate.org.uk). Since I updated the theme, the last 2 images (sometimes even 4) are not being displayed. This only happens in Firefox; in Chrome or IE the images are displaying just fine. Obviously if I edit the article and upload the same image again, the problem goes away. In my local installation I have the same problem, with or without plugins.
